Mr. Omar is extremely sensitive to the needs of his customers. He makes sure that his employees are trained well and that they are aware when customers are having to wait in the long lines that sometimes occur. They make adjustments, they open an "express lane" to get those people who are doing simple things like Amazon returns in and out quickly. They do all of that with a smile on their face and a thank you, have a nice day. I've also gone into the store when I had several complex transactions to make and they work cheerfully to work through it to get me on my way. I always feel better after I have left that store because I am confident that my issues have been attended to and completed. Mr. Omar tries very hard to run an extremely efficient business and I think he does that very well. read more

I arrived at 6:01pm and closing time said 6:30pm. The female employee locked the door while I was getting my heavy package out of my car. When I got to the door it was locked. I knocked but no one came out. Lights went out and that was it. I was so upset. read more

I drove a little further to this location because they close later (5PM) than the ones by my house! I showed up with my packages and the two gentleman behind the counter offered to help with the other package in my car and were overall really helpful in answering questions! Great customer service! Ownership is horrible, Omar Numan. I just needed 2 docs notarized. He was too busy chatting with his friend in the back, made his employee ask me to fill in my own ID info in his notary booklet, and when he finally came out, didn't even know what he was doing. He sure knows how to tell his staff to do tasks, but he literally stared at my affidavit and gave me a blank stare. It's an affidavit of character for my friend I needed to sign and I gave him my ID, and he asked me where my friend was? He's not the one signing this form. Just didn't seem like he understood what he was doing, just liked standing behind the counter telling his staff what to do. So I asked him if he could actually notarize the form, he kept trying to read the document (there was only a few lines of text on it...), so finally I was tired of it, grabbed my forms and started to leave. Then Omar proceeded to say "I didn't say I couldn't notarize it", at which point I'd had enough and just told him it didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and left. I hate businesses with horrible customer NO-service. On another note, if you get Jared as a notary, Jared is very helpful and I'd support whatever store Jared opens. read more

This UPS store is a jewel in our neighborhood. It's near me and the owner, Mr Omar is so nice and so contentious, it is a delight to go in his stores and feel confident that my shipping needs will be handled quickly and efficiently. They have all the shipping supplies one could ask for as well as fax, notary services and printing services, as well as others that I have not used so far. I highly recommend using this store. read more

"We don't use UPS accounts" so don't come to this store because they apparently can't even use their own accounts to ship things. The staff acts like they've been previously microwaved. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called because I was trying to search for my package. The man who answered the phone wouldn't even take the tracking number and just started yelling at me that the post office lost my package not UPS and that I should take it up with them. Didn't even know what package I was talking about because he refused to look it up but still had the audacity to yell at me that it was someone else's fault. I had already contacted the post office and a very nice lady had informed me that they never received the package from UPS. Having a lost package is stressful to begin with during the time of covid19. Having someone yell at you about it and not even look up the tracking number to know what they are yelling about it ridiculous. I will NEVER go to this place again or call them. I will go out of my way to make sure they don't get my business or my family's. If I could give zero stars I would. read more

This is the worst UPS store there is. They never accept the cable boxes they're supposed to accept. There's always one problem or another. Then they will lie and say you need to bring your own box or buy a box from them but that's not true! They are supposed to provide the box. Same thing with amazon returns. They are supposed to package the item themselves but they always try to make you buy a box. The workers there are rude as if they hate their lives. It's totally ridiculous. read more

UPS need to do some thing with this store customer service.It was horrible, I called in to asking about what time they close. A person who has an accent answer my phone calls and instead of greeting me,he asked me "what do you want ?" so I was politely asking what time they close, the gentlemen said " 6:00pm" and then I'm asking about the close time on the Google map says 6:30pm so I just curious, so I asked him like why they closed early. He said " well because of COVID-19,sorry" I was wondering what kind of customer service is this? He answered my phone calls aggressively and it made me felt like he want to fight me. I chose this store to visit because it was near my house so I could save time, but now I prefer to go to a different store far from my home, but at least I get excellent customer service. Please UPS, if you guys want to stay in business during this pandemic, retrain your staff or replace the management. read more

I have been into this location several times and each time I visit, I am more impressed by the staff and how they go above and beyond to help me and I have seen them go out to customers cars to help bring in packages...even on a rainy day. Even when the lines get long... and of course 'tis the season, they are always courteous even to the customers who seem to be frazzled and not in a good mood. :-) I live in the area and they recognize me when I go into the store - even with the mask on. They are practicing social distancing and I have seen them wipe down the counter tops in order to ensure we all stay safe. The service is incredibly slow. Not sure if it is UPS IT systems or employee performance. Probably a combination of both.
