I visit the 15 Mile rd ups frequently. They are 5 minutes from where I live, so it's very convenient for me to drop off my packages there. There is never a long wait. And if so, the line moves very quickly. They always say hello, and are always quick to take care of me. I have nothing but good things to say about the employees there. I shipped a package on Monday second day air morning delivery to my son in the Air Force that is shipping out on Friday, the package didn't get there and they didn't know when it would arrive,needless to say I was very upset because all they could say was that they understood how I felt so I asked to refund the second day air charge they told me they don't give refund for second day air and that I should take it up with ups.they take your money and you don't get what you pay for,never again. read more

Each time I go there is no wait. They appear to work efficiently. When I arrived tonight the two workers behind the counter were double teaming assisting a customer with their shipment. One was processing paperwork, the other was taping the big box. Rather than make me wait the person taping the box walked over and assisted me. Took my package, handed me my receipt and I was out the door. All was done with courtesy and a smile. Whenever I think UPS, I think of the UPS store on 15 mile. read more

I like to share my above and beyond, exceed my expectations, and still in amazement experience. Yesterday I had two large awkward packages weighing about 50lbs a piece and to save myself making two trips walking through the parking lot, I pulled up to the front of the store and quickly pulled the packages out of my vehicle and set them on the side walk next to the store entrance. My intent was immediately park and then carry these packages in through the front door one at a time. However in the time it took me to park and walk back to your store entrance, I noticed the store clerk took it upon himself to make two trips and physically carry the packages in himself. The packages where already on the scales by the time I walked through the front entrance and as I made it to the counter my Amazon return slip was already in his hand. For myself I'm a big guy (football stature) and was just being lazy with trying not to make two trips walking through the parking lot. In my mind as I was in front of your store window it had to of been obvious to the store clerk that I was more than capable of moving these packages. However this is where I need to tip my hat to the gentleman and recognize him as he did something that he really didn't need to do with carrying in my packages. He showed me that customer service is not dead and I came to believe this man is a true gentleman because if he's willing to assist me, well you know he's looking out that window to assist someone who may be struggling like an elder person. Rude.. for a family owned business, the son seems to think he's a gift to the world...not! Remember you are dependent on the people that walk through that door and now there will be one less going the the 15 mile and Schoenherr location. Went to the St Clair Shores location and line was out the door and the 3 employees maintained their composure and friendliness! They took their time to help someone measure the item, sold him the correct size package and gave him packing suggestions, and didn't rush him through! Kudos to St Clair Shores location!! read more

Friendly owners, excellent service, and a convenient location. I needed a conference program printed on pretty short notice. They called to tell me that they were out of the plastic covers I had requested and asked if I'd like something else instead. The print quality and binding were great. I'll definitely be using them in the future for printing services, and I'll be looking into their mailboxes, as well. read more

Very disappointed. I shipped merchandise from a band that will never be sold again and they lost it. The store employees were rude when I called to inquire about it. I've also had an issue with UPS being unable to find my house, being told that I don't live where my address is, and the service is crappy. I will not use UPS again. Their service has gone downhill over the years and I'm making the switch to FedEx, especially after "losing" a vinyl record and a tee shirt signed by the band that I sent to my son in Arizona (I am in MI). I have cried over what UPS did, how the employees handled it, the rudeness of the UPS employees I spoke with and the rude customer service person I spoke to when I called them. They don't care. Rarely have I experience the level of customer service that we experienced today at UPS store number 0484 on 15 mile Road in Sterling Heights. We sent over a print order via email, something I've done before with no problem. And my friend went to pick up the order, but when he got there they said there was no email. So he called me a little irritated and said what's going on there's no email they don't have anything. So I checked my email I resent it, and still nothing went through so they offered some suggestions like check to see that I sent it to the right address which I did and of course I had, then Julie suggested that I send it to my email and just forward it to them which I tried but it never got to my email, and then Brett suggested that I send it to his personal email and he would just print it from there but it didn't go through there either! By this time we were all frustrated! But the only ones who were showing it were me and my friend! Julie and Brett were calm and collected and finally Brett suggested that he simply go online pull up the documents that I was trying to print which were just some shore excursions for a cruise we're going on in a few months which he did and easily printed them off for me and off we went. Personally I think they went above and beyond to be able to print this order for us which is just a small part of their business. It's not like this was a multi hundred dollar order that was going to make them a lot of money! This was just a little five dollar order and they spent all this time with us trying to help us print this document off. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore! So whatever type of packaging, mailing or print service you need I highly recommend that you visit this store! You won't be disappointed. read more

Absolute nightmare. These people were rude to me, other customers and a person on the phone. The woman seemed annoyed with everyone she came in contact with and the man working there actually yelled at me. I will never go back to this UPS Store again, which they made sure to tell me over and over is not associated with UPS. Seriously a horrible experience. Mound and 15 is much nicer. read more

The owner was rude. Wanted to charge me $2 to print a label. He lectured me on the difference between a UPS franchise and UPS. When your business is called UPS store is seems reasonable to assume it at least represents UPS and not unreasonable to expect polite service for a UPS customer. He could have explained to me in a polite way that he makes money when customers purchase shipping through the store as opposed to UPS online and then helped me out. I would have been inclined to do that the next time I needed UPS service but he chose to be rude and therefore has lost a potential repeat customer. Good work Mr. franchise owner. I hope you continue to disrespect your customers and go out of business. read more

Awful service. I will never use this UPS store again (15mile rd). I sent a package then they lost it. When I called the store, the guy was rude, impressing on me that it was my fault not getting insurance for the package. The issue here is not that i got insurance or not. I paid for shipping so the expectation is you deliver the package right. Simple as that. When I called to follow up on the claim, I spoke with the female owner. It has been almost 4 weeks and they have not provided me my claim yet. She was saying that there were a lot of issues regarding the claim. She told me I shouldnt have called UPS (corporate) and just called the store directly when the package was lost so now the claim was not processed right. She was impressing on me that I did not do the claim process the right way. I said to her "you are part of UPS", I followed the claim process directions on the UPS website, sent pictures of the packaging etc.. The female owner still insisted I should have called her first and that they are not UPS and that they are just a franchise.. what?!. It literally says on your business sign "the UPS store". Then she goes on saying, "well it says on the report that the item was not packaged right". I said, your guy was the one who packaged it! Oh my oh my! So i just told her not to continue the claim process anymore. Keep the 100 bucks! Use it to improve your service. And may God bless your business. read more

This UPS store is located in a derelict shopping center, that looks abandoned. It seems as if they are going out of business, and will do anything they can to over charge for everything. The staff is friendly, and courteous, but they don't seem to know what they are doing. For packing, shipping, and mail box service there are plenty of other places that will do a much better job, for a fraction of the cost. I would not recommend this store! read more

I wish I would have read the previous review before I wandered into this particular UPS Store. The owner was VERY rude and also lectured me on how he does not make money from pre-printed UPS return labels and how I need to invest in a roll of tape...God forbid you need him to tape your label or package. I have been to several other UPS stores and NEVER have I been lectured and they were always happy to help with my needs. No worries Rude Guy...I will not be back and I will take any other business I have to another store (and tell all of my friends and family to do the same).
