We stayed at home all day waiting by the door because we had to sign for the package. I think they stole my package I'm going to drive a half hour to this facility to hopefully get it. Horrible, Horrible service. First day the guy walks up to the door, doesn't knock and places a missed deliver label on my door. Next day, as I am sitting on my porch I see him drive by twice, at the end of the day the tracking says no one home, could not deliver. Now, after the weekend I get the same. On the first day I called to complain as there were three adults at home when he arrived and didn't knock (all of this is shown on Ring) which lead to the no delivery-no doubt. Clearly the delivery drivers don't care or they are incompetent. For the third time in three months FedEx attempted to deliver a "Must be present for delivery" package to this rear, unmanned, unmarked door in the alley behind my business during business hours. Instead of delivering it to the manned, clearly marked (with a street address, company name and logo) entrance on the front of the building. The driver had to drive through the alley around the side of the building and directly past the aforementioned front entry. I have the whole thing on camera ... ugh! We paid for next day shipping and FedEx has no way to contact anybody. They provide the same lousy service as the post office at three times the price! read more

I'm not fair to give a review because I was dropping off a package. I am not medically able to tolerate a mask so I will say as I was going to walk in I was stopped, but there was a drop box outside. Fine by me, but I'm just getting annoyed because no one seems to be concerned about all the other ways contamination happens. This has been an absolute joke. I purchased a chair and have been waiting everyday for delivery. I get a text saying it will be here between such and such time so I wait for it to no avail. I call the service number and time and time again they tell me we will have the dispatch center call you to get your package situated and the past 3 days no one has called. Today after stating I will refuse the delivery and contact the company for a refund, HALF the chair was delivered and the other half is god knows where. This location ALWAYS LIES about making a delivery attempt but they have not really made one. We have complained to fedex corporate office but it is of no use. The last time we had a 'delivery attempt failed' and went to pick up the package, the entire staff disappeared for at least 15 minutes leaving the front office unattended! I usually use USPS but they weren't open later on a Saturday, so I decided to give this place a shot today. Big mistake. The first thing that kind of did (and should've) tipped me off was that they don't publish prices on their website (you have to click ~7-9 links and download a 30-pg PDF, which I didn't have time to search through). After arriving at the store location, I was blown away at how ridiculously expensive their prices are!! Compared to USPS for 2- and 3-day express domestic delivery, it's more than twice as much. The second thing was the discourteous and disinterested employee with whom I interacted at the front counter. As soon as I stepped up, his personal phone started going off at full ringtone in his hand, and he didn't attempt to silence it. It just kept going...and going. I had to almost shout above it. I just kind of stood there, staring at him, as if to say, "are you kidding?" He answered my questions about different shipping speeds and rates but with random eye rolls and an expression and tone that indicated he'd rather be anywhere else. Another horrible experience. The door tag said that i can pick up my package today after 5 pm. And fedex 1800 automated call told me that i can pick it up today after 5. Like the others, this fed ex location is AWFUL. Package was supposed to be delivered Monday. They claim the business (my house) is "closed" but of course they never came here. Fedex reps at the 800 number have told me various things, but the last one (the third call and 5th person I spoke to) called the location and they ignored her too. She thinks maybe they haven't unloaded the container that arrived days ago. I think maybe they saw a shipment from Apple and decided to keep the phone (jokes on them, its an older model) I'm furious and frustrated. I wish there was a way I could keep packages from being routed through that location because this happens EVERY time something goes there -- including pre pandemic. Obviously FedEx doesn't care enough to solve this long standing issue. read more

If I could give less than one star, I would. First of all, when I asked them to ship 2 tracks, they told me they "...are not doing this..." because they couldn't find a box to fit them after looking for 10 seconds. I got back into my car and was flagged down, and the worker told me he would shove them into a box barely big enough because "...I want your money...". After poorly fitting them into a box, I told him that I wanted standard regular shipping, and he proceeded to ring me up. After the total came to over $100, I asked why it was so expensive, and without telling me, he placed the order as the most expensive shipping/ boxing. I asked him to change it, and he proceeded to lecture me on how I should "know better". This location takes advantage of young women, and will charge you whatever they deem fit. Save your time and money and go to UPS. read more

I am giving this rating of 1 star because it won't allow me to rate negative stars. On Dec. 12, I sent a package from the local FedEx store to the Dominican Republic providing them with all the information they requested, they estimated delivery on or before Dec. 18. After the package did not arrive by Dec. 23, I started contacting them to see where the package was and what the delay was. I could go into the gritty details but I will spare you of all that, but here it is January 31 and I still do not have my package, a month and a half after they said it would be delivered!! I have emailed the same information that was provided at shipping 13 different times to 3 different FedEx people and all I am getting is a run around. I have tried filing an insurance claim for the package, insurance that I paid for when sending, and they are telling me the claim is rejected because the package is not lost. I say, than deliver it! They say they cannot deliver it because it is held in customs because the paperwork was not correct........ paperwork they said was correct! FedEx is taking NO responsibility in this matter, they are doing NOTHING to resolve the matter and they could give a damn if I get my package or not. This is the second time I have sent a package from Michigan to the Dominican Republic and this is the second time I have gotten screwed like this by FedEx. It is no wonder their stock price is falling, their service and customer service is absolutely shitty. Honest to God, I thought US Postal Service was bad but I had another package sent from Michigan the day before this one was sent and I received that one as promised. What a joke FedEx has become. Well for starters I get a phone call while I am at work and walking out with boxes in my hands and I get a phone call telling me that I need to come pick up this package immediately. I was not expecting any package so I really needed to figure out what it was. Everybody was so unfriendly and so unkind. I am a nurse and I am kind to everybody I meet. The customer service there is the absolute worst. Three women working there not one was compassionate or gave any SHI*! No I did not have a tracking number because I did not expect a package. Their tone was condescending and rude. Everybody acted like I had two heads on my shoulders. When really I am just a scared single mom working my butt off. Have two children at home with Covid. And they could give to SHI*less. Unbelievable Merry Christmas to them. I've been waiting for a package this morning. Refresh the tracking window to see "delivery exception -business closed". Nobody rang my doorbell. Nobody knocked on my door. My dogs let me know when a FedEx delivery is here, they start barking when they hear the truck, before the guy gets to the doorbell. No warnings from the dogs. I've been sitting near the window all morning. Didn't hear a FedEx truck. So either the guy didn't even drive through my neighborhood at all or at least didn't stop. I called and they said that it should be here by 3pm. They have no interest at all in making their employee turn around and actually attempt to deliver this package. I'm not sure exactly what this review will achieve other than venting. FedEx has been shitting on its customers for decades. They really don't care. Good job! read more

I paid $10 for a specific delivery date of a very important package. On the day of delivery, I got a call from 'Dave' on a phone with no caller ID. They forgot to put my package on the truck, so it wouldn't get delivered that day. He didn't even try to get my package to me on the date. Not happy with Fedex. I'm contacting the company that sent the package & tell them to use a different delivery service. I'll do my shipping with UPS. read more

However, the problem is with the drivers and sorters in the Clinton Township, MI location. *** I was supposed to get my package delivered just after Christmas and I was fine with that. Until today on 1-9-17, when I check to see what the hell was going on with my package and I noticed that FedEx stated the business was closed when it was not at all. Then, when I called them they stated the address was wrong ( when it was not at all.) Then, I called the shipper and they stated the correct and full address to me. The FedEx driver was (flat out lazy) and didn't even attempt to deliver the package correctly. I called FedEx customer service and the first rep was extremely rude trying to talk over me and the second was better, however, I believed he lied to me to cover-up the fact that the company just didn't want to do the job they are paid to do. All they had to do was walk up four steps, open the door and speak to the front desk. That's all and the package would've been delivered, period! FedEx you need to fix this. I have been extremely inconvenienced by this. Shipment now most- likely to take two weeks and at least three hours on the phone, an hour filling out paperwork and emails ( all because you driver didn't walk up four steps, walk in a door and talk to the front desk. Drove approx an hour to get here and the blonde clerk shut the door in my face. This place does not know good customer service if they were hit over the head with it. Will never recommend this fed ex location to anyone! Avoid it like the plague if you want good or even ok service. FedEx Express envelope reported "Left at Front Door, package delivered to recipient address" om Friday 1/23/2015. No envelope, no delivery notice on front door, and someone was here all day waiting for package. I did receive a package that day, oh wait, that one was from UPS. At least someone was doing their job. I called to report the missing package and received a call from FedEx on 1/24 @ 9:30 am. They said they would contact the local FedEx branch that delivered the packager and I could expect a call from them later that day. It is now 5:17 pm and no call yet. I stressed to the agent the importance of locating the envelope TODAY! Now, to add insult to injury; FedEx is CLOSED ON MONDAY!!!! I guess it is up to me to wander up and down the street knocking on stranger's doors here in Detroit!! All this for premium $$$$$$$. read more
