I have come to this UPS store for years to ship packages, purchase shipping items I needed, even use the notary services. I believe ownership changed in the past year or so. However I still continued to support especially as I reside in the area. I had to go in and ship an item my son had sold online. I didn't have a box that would fit the item. So I did what I would normally do and go to the UPS store. I went in asked for a box that would fit. I did have my own label and packing material. The staff was very friendly and assisted in packing up the item. However, when I went to pay my total came out to around 13 dollars and some change. The pricing broke down as: 8$ for the box 2:50$ "service fee" 2:50$ for packing materials Box price totally understandable. Not sure why the service fee, I never asked for it to be packed up. And the packing materials I guess for the tape as that was the only thing I didn't have with me. I paid and left. It's a business so its up to them what they charge. However being a consumer, the pricing was not clear. And even though it has been convenient to purchases boxes from the store previously, I definitely will not be doing so in the future. With that being said, the staff were friendly, the store location is convenient, however be aware of pricing before hand. read more

I have been a customer at this UPS location for almost 5 years and I have to say that I have been very pleased with the new management. They are always pleasant and try to help you as fast as they can. I'm surprised with all the covid related employee issues that they are even able to stay open. Nobody likes to pay high prices including me but at least the owner seems willing to work with customers if they have a complaint. Definitely an improvement over the old owners. So excited to see this UPS is under new ownership. I noticed the store was fully staffed and was organized. New promotional materials and everything was strengthened up. The previous owner was rude and was mean to his employees which is why I can only assume there was always new employees that didn't last long. They were always understaffed too. I asked the lady today if they got new owners and she said yes, her being one of them. She and her employees were all dressed in company shirts and I complemented her for the newly cleaned and organized store. She asked that she was always open for improvement and suggestions. I recently used this store for their Mobile LiveScan fingerprinting services. Narinder and her team are GREAT! Very knowledgeable, patient, kind and caring. Narinder, Raj and Parminder arrived at our location ON TIME, set up very quickly, and were very kind, patient and caring with our volunteers fingerprinting. There were some fingerprints that were tough to scan but they persevered and stayed a little longer than anticipated to ensure that ALL our volunteers were fingerprinted. I really appreciate this team! I will definitely use their store ONLY for all my UPS needs. They have gained a loyal customer with their exceptional service skills. read more

Im giving this place any stars for the service that the elder man always provides (5 star service) and the fact that there's hardly ever a line. I'm deducting 2 starts bc the skinny white guy that works there is a rude ahole. I came in w/ 3 Amazon returns and would have been happy to wait for the older gentleman, but right before he finished, this tall white guy calls me up and decided to be rude right off the bat; I think he was irritated that he was about to leave and a line formed (a line of TWO people). I set the packages on the counter and he goes " you have to put it on the scale." I did so, and asked, "does this one need to be boxed?", and he halfway rolls his eyes, SIGHS, and goes, "it DEPENDS on the code I scan." (Me: "okay.."). He scanned two codes and on the third one I apparently made an error and clicked the khols code, which I had no idea was different cus I've never done a return through Khols and oh yeah, I don't f*ing work for Amazon or Khols or UPS! He immediately waves his hand and his hole head to make sure I knew he was annoyed, saying, "THATS A KHOLS CODE, I CANT USE THAT". I stayed cool and said, "ok, my bad - let me todo this one real quick", knowing full well that it would only take me 30 seconds. While I cancelled and resubmitted my return on my phone (which ended up taking less than 20 seconds), he hurried up to close his screen, and asked the older man "you need anything else?". The man didn't know I was working on the 3rd return so he said no. I said "ok got it", and purposely ignoring me, this skinny POS goes, "ok see ya", and hurried out of the door to make sure the other man had to help me. What a lazy, rude, and miserable guy; that is the type of employee that ruins the score on any business bc they don't know the meaning of customer service. Ok, clearly you don't like your job (even thought it looks chill AF), and you don't give a duck about me (you're lucky I just had a baby and needed to hurry home to nurse her or I would have shown you exactly how little I care about you too), but f**k, no respect for your coworker? Leaving in a rush on purpose over 1 scan, I mean common you lazy f**k. I do Amazon returns constantly and they literally take 10 seconds. This place is horrible! Don't even waste your time there are other UPS stores in Stockton. Owner doesn't order supplies then they want to charge me $2.50 to buy a plain envelope to ship with a UPS pre-label overnight package. On the 2nd time with no supplies this is ridiculous you shouldn't charge the customer for your lack of supplies! Side note you are required to give your employees breaks and lunches by California law. Having one person all day without breaks is against the law! read more

I needed a last minute notary service and went to this UPS store last night a little after 6pm. Noted two customers ahead of me, but movement was fast! I got assisted by Parminder within about a minute of walking in. I told him I needed notary service done and my husband, son and I were directed towards the corner of the store. My son who has Autism was getting anxious, was loud and kept pulling my husband outside. Parminder noted that my son was somewhat distressed and so he tried to assist us quickly, had my husband do his section so my son's needs could be addressed. I felt that Parminder addressing the needs of the people inside his store, not just the business side of it, but the emotions within his customers, was going above and beyond. I sensed his sincerity when he addressed that my family is strong having to deal with a special needs child and commended my husband and I as parents! Usually, all we get as a family are stares and a sense of judgment, because my son can get very loud and behavioral, and that's the last thing a family with special needs member in the household needs! Thank you Parminder for the awesome customer service with our notary and for making us feel comfortable, most especially for showing a caring side that doesn't need to come with simply getting a piece of paper notarized! Scammers!!! Beware of shipping from this store. The manager charged us for next day guaranteed A.M. delivery then changed the shipping method after we left the store to a different method! We were charged $100 and the store is saying they never guaranteed anything. Why did we pay $100 then when ground costs $10??? We called UPS to find out what was going on and they said the package has not even shipped from the UPS store on the day it was guaranteed delivery. We called the store and the manager was not helpful and argued that the package was shipped even though he confirmed both confirmation numbers (the next day A.M. and the one he changed it to) showed it was not shipped. We told him to cancel the charge for the guaranteed A.M. delivery that was not met and he said he would not do that. UPS cannot help us since the package shows it was never shipped. As of now we have a missing package, $100 charge and no explanation from the manager other than he charged us for guaranteed delivery but it was not really guaranteed! read more

I have been lied to by a representative that signed me up for my Suite box couldn't get a goddamn thing right when sending me up had no idea what he's doing and then gave me a line of crap that the UPS location at Trinity Parkway is no longer a 24-hour access facility... Unfortunately when I was told this it was already too late ask for I had already signed up paid $124 to get started for 3 months and signed all my documents etc... I find it completely does not educate their employees teaching them how to activate new customers in the system for standard ups mail boxes and UPS Suites even more said for somebody who works at the location and is employee they should know the damn policy and not be feed a line of crap to new client's signing up *(especially a returning clients such as myself) I have had my service now for over two weeks and have been unable to get my mail at my convenience what used to be a 24-hour access center... Stay away from this place if you need dependale mail service. I have a box here. Several times they have lost my packages. they dont notify you about package delivery. Thjis is a service I pay for. The only way I know My mail is delivered is when the sender emails me. Then I have to go in and wait for the crew there to hunt and search around for my mail. Thats after they tell me that nothing has been delivered. Im not one to write reviews on line... But Ive finally had enough with this place. They dont care about you or your mail. I will never do business here because of my experience with Christian. For some reason my package was delivered to their store even though it was clearly addressed to my house. (I had two boxes clearly labeled 1 or 2 and 2 of 2. Box 1 of 2 was delivered to my house whole box 2 of 2 was dropped off at this location). They accepted my package and called me since my phone number was clearly printed on the package. Christian told me to come claim my package and I would be charged a package holding fee. I figured I'd skip the hassle of trying to find out how my package ended up there and just pay their fee. I showed up and Christian came from the back to "help" us. He was extremely condescending and treated us as if we purposely had the package sent to the store. He stated we needed a photo ID and proof of address to claim the package. I informed him the name on the package is my mother's and the address on my driver's license doesn't match the package since it is a new adddress and unless he has the ability to look up updated addresses through DMV he would not be able to verify our address with our driver's license. He then began to insinuate that we had our package sent there to use them as "storage". I advised him that the package clearly states "2 of 2" and has my address marked on the box. He then stated he will not accept responsibility for the package but would not release it to us if we couldn't provide proof of our identities. I showed him my order confirmation for the product and he took my phone out of my hands and began scrolling around. He then scrutinized my order confirmation for a while until he finally decided that he had enough information to allow us to pay the fee and take our package home. He was extremely condescending and rude. I originally thought about opening up a PO box there but after this experience I will not be back unless they get rid of Christian. Christian is a complete sociopath. That is not how customer service should be. Shame on them for allowing employees to treat people this way. read more

I have been to this store many time because it is close to my work and should be convenient the mail things on my lunch hour. I have finally decided to write a review after being upset each and every time I leave there. Today was the last straw and I will never go back. I waited in line for 35 mins of my lunch hour to finally get to helped. (There is always only 1 person working) I had 1 very important letter I need to mail certified. The poor kid working was new and there by himself. He had to call the owner to get instruction on how to do Certified mail. I could hear the owner yelling at him over the phone. I finally decided that instead of trusting this important piece of mail with and untrained employee I would leave and make the trek across town to the real Post Office. Also, the store is ALWAYS a mess, Very dirty and boxes everywhere. I asked the employee why they did not have 2 people staffed and he stated that he was told by the owner that he could not afford 2 employees. I went there mainly because I was close by. I needed an I-9 form notarized. The guy working there did what I thought was ok and I left. After calling my new company, I was told that what he did was illegal. I went back after that and he simply refused to change what he did. I got new forms and went back the next day. I showed him the instructions from my company, telling the Notary exactly how to handle the form. He again said, I can't do that I'll get into trouble. I then called the Lodi UPS store. I was assured that he knew what to do and would take care of it. I went there and had him read the instructions. He refused to do it the way I was instructed. Both admitted that they stamped their seal on the I-9, but I later learned that it is against the law! I am never going back there for any reason.
