Sign says open at 10:00am on a Saturday. Got here at 10:02am and doors still locked. Waiting with numerous other people. It is now 10:25am and it is still closed. Ugh! Now to drive across town to another location just to mail a package. Thanks UPS store. read more

Came in today, had a good experience. Jason, one of the workers, helped me out with copying some documents. He was chill and very helpful. Also, the copy machine was jammed from a previous customer and got it up and running within a few minutes. Jason, definitely got me in and outta there. Guy needs a raise for his great customer service skills. read more

The individual "Christian" that assisted my husband and I was condescending and rude. While I was in the store he was extremely rude to several customers. I have never seen such horrible customer service. read more

The lack of basic customer service has been evident here on multiple visits. I have witnessed, more times than not, myself and other people in line rudely been told they can't accommodate their request. I have seen the gentleman behind the counter speak rudely to everyone in line. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I'll take my business elsewhere to someone that doesn't have to take it out on me. I wanted to mail a package (and I admit my printer didn't print the best bar code.) I was told to reprint it. I tried to use their archaic computer and after multiple crashes, I gave up. I took the same package with the same substandard barcode to another mailing center and was graciously told "it's okay, I can read these numbers here and it will work fine". I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN. TO THE OWNER: If your business isn't doing well, you might consider how you treat the people who are handing you money. read more

Always a long wait during peak hours. The carpets are very dirty. The place is not kept neat. Sometimes gives you other customers packaged. Sometimes miss-places your packages. read more

Waiting for the kid to finish with another customer. Took at least 10 minutes. Finally he got to me but had to take a phone call! Another couple minutes. Took exception to my complaint that he should have put the caller on hold since I was there in person. "I'm the only one here. Gotta keep things moving". Walked in there to get a 50 inch TV shipped but had to wait a little bit due to the "be back in 15 minutes" letter. When the gentlemen (named Brandon) returned, his professional customer service made it worth the wait. Despite a couple of mistakes on my part, all the business was done within about 10 minutes or less. Brandon is an awesome and professional worker! read more

Terrible experience. Between my husband and I we spent 1 hour and 10 minutes dealing with this place. Went in to pick a package up and waited behind 10+ people. Only one person working. Finally my turn to be helped and the kid can't find my package. He acted like I did not know what I was talking about when I told him my package was delivered. Then asked for a tracking number to verify. He walked around and told me he could not locate the package. He told me to come back the next day and maybe it will be there. I paid 3 times over for this package to be delivered to this location. Went to the car and had my husband speak to the associate. My husband was able to successfully get this kid to do his job. My advice? Don't work customer service if you can't simply do you job. Regardless of if you are irritated or upset. Even the UPS drivers picking up packages were talking amount themselves about how the store is a disaster. read more

The number of times I have come by to drop a package off only to find a "Be Back In 15 Minutes Sign" is absolutely ridiculous. I do not come by that often but this sign seems like it's up all the time. I am sure the employees need a break but there is only ever 1 employee here at a time, more staff is needed so you can stay open your posted hours. Very frustrating. read more

Sign says they open at 8am on the week days. I showed up at 9:30 no one is there yet, multiple other people waiting as well. It is now 9:50 and still no sign of any employees. Tried calling as well and the line just rings, no answering machine either. Apparently "hours of operation" mean nothing to this business. Unacceptable business practice. read more
