    Go to other locations unless you are printing something and do not need any human help…read more I heard them explain to one man after he took a while to package his box they cannot accept his package type at that location and he needs to go elsewhere to which he justly asked why they could not tell him sooner since he had obviously needed to borrow their cart to wheel in a heavy item and borrow the cart back to his car and now risk the other location being closed. And after printing my labels the guy told me they don't ship my kind of package which is odd since the FedEx delivery truck driver does. He was not actually helpful in either case just eager to not help. Go to other locations or schedule a pickup with delivery drivers who say you can ship almost anything.

The moment I walked in, I explicitly told the female owner I wanted a delivery service type. When I handed her the envelope, I repeated that delivery type for the second time. Despite my clear and repeated instructions, she intentionally processed it as another more expensive delivery type, charging me an extra $20-$30 without my consent. She clearly gambled on the fact that I wouldn't check the receipt or care about the price. This isn't just a mistake; it's a predatory sales tactic. I found I was charged with a more expensive delivery service type after I got to office. Do yourself a favor: skip this dishonest shop and drive the extra 5 minutes to the FedEx on Stevens Creek or Sunnyvale. Don't let her scam you like they tried to do to me.

EVERYTIME I come in this place, I'm greeted by a friendly clerk, some good problem solving, and someone who understands I collect stamps as if they were stickers. Yes, I want to see what everyone has in their drawers. And I'm still baffled that people prefer UPS to USPS. But, it's like that. Lots of folks prefer paying more for less, who am I to argue with them? Maybe I'm fond of this place because it's always the same throughout the years, or reminds me of my childhood?     The award for the worst USPS branch ever goes to the Cupertino office…read more I have had repeated problems when sending packages to a student in the UK through this branch. For the first package, the address entered into the USPS system was incorrect, because I had written the correct address on the box. The package magically arrived despite the incorrect address on the system, after a lot of difficulties for receiver. Her name was incorrect, city was incorrect and post code was incorrect!! The second package never arrived at all. For the third package, I took a photo of the shipping label before leaving. Although the clerk seemed unhappy that I was taking a photo, I did it anyway. When I reviewed the photo at home, I discovered that I had declared the package value as $40, but the value entered on the label was $178. If that information is used by customs, it could result in significantly higher import charges for the recipient in the UK. After multiple incidents, I find it difficult to believe these mistakes are simply accidental. In my experience, some employees at this branch have been rude, have raised their voices at customers, and have treated people disrespectfully. I have also observed customers being pressured to select positive satisfaction ratings before leaving. Based on these experiences, I have lost confidence in this branch and would not recommend using it for international shipments.

Tiana was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and determined to help. She guided me through every step and made sure I got the information I needed. What impressed me most was not just her professionalism, but her genuine kindness. She made a stressful situation feel manageable and turned my whole day around. Tiana, thank you for your patience, care, and outstanding customer service. Employees like you are the reason customers keep coming back. You made my day, and honestly, you made me fall in love with FedEx a little bit more.

I needed to ship something for my employer, and he did not understand the difference between recipient and sender. He had to redo it three times. At one point, he said it would be easier if I gave him my ID. I told him I didn't want to because the sender is my employer, not me. He said not to worry, he could delete it. Again, he still didn't know what he was doing and had to redo the sender and recipient. As adding my ID put down my address. By the third time, I asked if he needed me to write it down, and he said yes. The whole thing took 22 minutes. It ended up getting sent back to my work. In all honesty, it's my fault. I should have quadruple checked. (Or maybe they can hire/train competent employees going forward) This was a complete waste of time, terrible experience, and waste of money.
