This guy was the most unprofessional and most rude customer service rep that I've ever encountered at all FedEx location that I've been to. I can't even name him because he wasn't wearing his name tag, and if he was wearing it, it wasn't visible at all. Talk about a bad experience!…read more From the minute I walked in today, it was obvious the woman behind the counter didn't want to be bothered to do any work for me. She told me I would have to wait 3 hours for my order--before she even knew what my order was! Told me they didn't have the right color paper I wanted, but when I asked her to look for it, funny thing, it was right there. When I asked her if I could do the copying myself, she said, sure, but I have to charge you (A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY) just for the paper and then you pay for the copies. I told her this was not what I used to get at Kinkos. She said, this isn't Kinkos anymore. If you don't like it, go somewhere else. I said, I'm about to do that, because it doesn't even seem like Fedex any more. So I left and went down the street to Staples, where funny thing--the woman behind the counter was friendly and helpful. She was able to do the job fairly quickly. They had all kinds of color paper choices available, that didn't cost extra. And guess what--she got the job done very quickly AT ABOUT 25% OF WHAT FEDEX WANTED TO CHARGE! My advice: Absolutely positively avoid this Fedex office like the plague. Drive the 2 blocks south and let the nice folks at Staples take care of you properly instead. p.s. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have. Sigh.
