I went into this store with a few printing projects and I have to confess I was blown away by not only the expert assistance I received but the overall good nature of all of the folks working there! What a great team! I would like to especially thank the wonderful, patient and knowledgeable gentleman who helped me - Tracy Tarrab! He went above and beyond to help me get my print jobs done and I am forever grateful! I had been in the store before usually with Amazon returns so I knew how polite and friendly they were but this time I was there long enough to see how they really treat everyone pleasantly and politely! I had to mail off some post Christmas presents. When I arrived both associates were wearing their masks inappropriately. One as a chin guard, the other just covering their lips. The one wearing as a chin guard.would cover his face when he had a client, but other wise was wearing bare face most of the time. The other adjusted her mask, but pulled it down several times during our transaction to wipe her nose on the back of her hand, and then didn't use any kind of sanitation wipe.on her hands. Just gross any time if year, but with Covid, it's even grosser. Packages were mailed, sent the shippers demeanor was ok, not entirely pleasant, but I imagine the day has been busy, the season has been stupidly so. They were at times abrupt and short as if customer service was an after thought, but the job got done. read more

I had an Amazon return that arrived separately. Two boxes not one. When I returned it to this UPS store for a return I was told by this store they two boxes would have to be taped together and there was a 1.22 fee to tape them together. It's not the money it's the principle. They arrived separately and had two different return labels. It's the way I received them. So it's the way I returned them. The staff was friendly and kind. They shared it was the owners policy. Not UPS or Amazon's. Be ware of unfair buissness policy's at this location. This is your way of retaliation. I've processed the claim and paid the additional funds to have them sent together. With you taking my money and giving me a receipt you have completed our transaction by Fl Law. What you choose to do after that is up to you. It will not affect me as I have documentation from Amazon and two receipts from you. Again if you choose not to mail it now it's your responsibility. It was delivered to your store and payment was given to tape them together as the return was for a quantity of two. Feel free to contact Amazon if you wish. I did! Have a blessed day. read more

I had a package I needed a quick delivery of. I showed up at the store and was greeted pleasantly by the staff member named Amanda. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. I told her what I needed and she immediately set me up to have my package delivered when I needed it delivered. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She served me amd made me feel Important. It's so much of a brush I have fresh air from dealing with regular mail services which are never very pleasant or enjoyable. This store is located in a strip mall with adequate parking. The store is very clean and provides all of the necessary products needed when delivering mail. The service was excellent and I will definitely use this location in the future. read more

Andrew is hands down the epitome of excellent customer service. i Arrived at the UPS store with 5 Amazon returns and one return code. I did not realize they all needed to be in the same box. Due to the size of one of the boxes that was not possible. as I was getting ready to leave to go home and fine one large box Andrew called me over. He helped me with my Amazon app and delete the one large item for return and shipped the remaining four items. He the helped me initiate the return for the large item. Andrew, thank you. You saved an old women the aggravation and inconvenience of going home and returning and solved my issue. What can you do? Train all of your employees to have the same customer service and compassion that Andrew has. read more

This store and its employees is a true gem. I don't know who does the hiring, but you couldn't have hired better people. I recently shipped a high value item through UPS.
