He came back and said the place was very disorganized and that they had told him to just leave it. They did not check the package in so that we had a record of initiating the send. Apparently #UPS @UPS doesn't monitor franchise store owner/staff customer service/behavior. -When I asked if I will receive "tracking information" on a package that I was sending the reply, not in a positive tone was; "That's not us, we don't provide it, it's them"! Assuming he meant it was the company that provided the label? When I returned home, I realized that information was missing from several fields on the receipt provided. Curious if tracking information from UPS would be provided if pertinent information was loaded into your system when a package is dropped off? I would have used Fed Ex as they automatically provide tracking information connected to ones email address, shipping address, phone number and name in their system. One has to believe, if your staff were to take the time to infill pertinent information when accepting a package that tracking would be provided? Doesn't seem like rocket science, but perhaps it is. In the end, if you're "NOT UPS" as you state in reply to other review and you're not interested in using your game, perhaps you should lower the UPS signs in and around your property.
