Customer service is awful. I took an Amazon return in. Fully aware that it said "customer packed", but I didn't have packing tape. I asked the rep if she had some packing tape as soon as I walked up to the counter. She continued to talk down to me tell me THREE times to check my QR code next time since it said customer packed and she wasn't supposed to tape it for me, but she'd do it for me this time. I didn't ask her to tape it for me. I asked for tape, which I would have gladly purchased to tape myself. There is absolutely no reason to be rude. Also, don't hand an entire bucket of stickers to a 2 year old and expect them to know what you mean when you rudely say "ONLY ONE". I've never had an issue with this location until today and I do a lot of shipping here. Disappointed. read more

fast, efficient, and always friendly. I am in there several times a month. There is usually a register dedicated to Amazon returns which is nice. if there isn't, they check every few customers. when it is slammed like last Christmas, they will call for people that have packages ready and just need a QR code scan. I appreciate this. Some people have complicated issues. I don't want to be behind them for a 30 second transaction if I can help it. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I got here. So much so I will be coming here from Now on for any package needs and shipping needs. They will package and make sure that it's packaged neatly and well. I sent out a Package Monday customer got-it by Tuesday. again highly recommended not only for super freaky fast shipping. BUT , for each time I am on there each person is different that I have see. And worked with all are super nice friendly and eager to help! Do know most prices are the same if not cheaper than USPS. This place is a franchise, which means they are bound to their contract with UPS. I had a return through Amazon, which UPS also has a contract with. I was instructed by Amazon to bring my return to a UPS store. The lady working there complained continuously about having to do Amazon returns. She has to use her time, her packing, her tape... then she also charged me a fee, which Amazon said they would not, & I have never been charged a fee anywhere else with an Amazon Prime return. This poor attitude she has, due to the fact that she entered into a contract which she is under obligation to fulfill, would be better addressed with UPS & not aimed with hostility towards the customers. The customer is simply there going about their day. It's not the customer's fault that the owner entered into a contract that she does not want to fulfill. read more

I have been so impressed with the Tooele UPS store. When I place an order they get it done promptly. Their prices are very competitive and I have been happy with their work. I have had them do a lot of color printing for me. They have printed my dad's funeral program, my son's wedding announcements and daughters baby shower invites. This store has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. After ruining several dozen photos I had taken in to have laminated they tried to correct them, failed yet again, and then refused to correct them a final time. I wasted hours of time across several days not to mention my photos, receiving no compensation, as I couldn't provide a receipt for them. BEWARE OF THIS STORE! read more

I'm not usually one to go to a store as they close because yes, I think it's kind of rude but who closes at 4pm on a Saturday!? So, literally I walked up to the door and it was locked. I looked at my phone and it was 4:01pm. The lady working there was standing by the door just looking at me and shaking your head that they were closed. Which is fine. After looking at the hours they closed at 4. From my view as a customer, I've been in her shoes but knowing what I needed done it would've probably taken her 5 minutes max. If it was me as the employee, I would've just helped out the customer or at least opened the door to see what she could do to help. Now she lost my business and I'll have to wait till Monday to take my money else where. I don't mean to complain but living In Tooele, you should know there's not many places to get certain printing done and if you close this early, well, your business is probably losing money. read more
