All the employees are very pleasant & friendly as well as helpful for those of us, like myself, who rarely sends packages in the mail!

Customer service is at rock bottom here. Traveled through here and needed to send a package out, the guy got irritated with me when I asked him to print a label. Apparently they still write the address on the package here instead of labeling. Pretty old school if you ask me. Back home I use a self-service kiosk to print my own labels, so how was I supposed to know I had to write the address on the package here? Not friendly to out-of-towners and could definitely use some updating on their systems. read more

I was serviced by the most racist woman I've encountered yet since I moved here 1.5 years ago. She had the hardest time helping an intelligent and articulate black man who would not accept poor service from her. I hope she will recover. read more

Have Had this address for many years as mailing address. Maybe not always living here but in and out being mom's house Waiting for housing hearing info 10/2020 Day of hearing housing said check pay office. Hearing was that day two hour notice. No notice of required two suppose to do. Instead it was pointed in a board in back. Post master put blame on me and he will check legal. Friend or family member to housing lady? I'm a Semi-Regular for a couple years now. I used to walk over as a tiny 12-year old and they would explain to me the different ways I could mail things to my grandma. Now that I've lived overseas, they're always very courteous to explain things and even show me loopholes so I can get the same results with lower prices. For example, I brought something in that was too light the other week. The woman recommended I put it in a plastic bag so it would have more weight, and they could use the same stamp I had already applied to the envelope. I recommend this post office and am always grateful for their patience. read more
