For my package drop off, I was in and out within less than 5 minutes. I love that my visits are always so efficient. This store is quite big too. They have a multitude of services they offer, so more than likely you will be able to get done what you need to get done. The line moves quickly, the employees are professional and just genuinely nice people. They're always playing the best music (seems odd to say) and enjoying doing their jobs. FedEx isn't always the cheapest or most convenient (especially compared to UPS) so I'm usually here either to drop off something with a preprinted/prepaid label or to charge something to a corporate account. The parking here is a million times more convenient than north Decatur road and without having to take crazy rights/lefts to get in and out of the plaza.
