This is the rudest store I have ever been in. i did not have a mask with me (since the CDC has dropped their mask guidelines!). I told them I would be happy to put on on if they would provide one. I was told NO in no certain terms, was not offered ANY options. They basically kicked me out of the store. I went to another one close by and was treated like a real customer. If I could give these guys a zero I would. They kept their doors locked during business hours unless you were masked (mask mandate has been dropped). They then tried to charge me $1 for a piece of tape. Refused to tape my box for me and shipped it untaped and said it would be okay. It's not okay. Stinky customer service. I do not recommend this UPS store and suggest anyone needing a package delivered for business use FedEx. On 4/1 I paid over $30 to have a package delivered next day. The shipping system auto-corrected to a different address without the salesperson or myself knowing. When the package was returned the UPS store charged A $18 return delivery fee and could not guarantee that the package could be delivered. No refund was given. I then went around the counter to Kinkos/FedEx and was able to have the package shipped at 1/2 the price. The correct address was available in the FedEx system. I spent over $50 to find out UPS is not a good service provider. read more

Went to Northlake Tucker store late on a Friday afternoon March 2021. Was perturbed because a friend wanted me to get some paperwork to him in Maryland the next day. Zaki was the greatest individual ever. He got my material into proper envelope and assured me there was an excellent chance it would be delivered the next day. Would you believe delivery was made by noon the next day? Zaki had made sure my envelope got on a UPS truck waiting outside to pickup items for the distribution point. I have been going to this location for two years. I pass other UPS stores because the crew at this location is very efficient, has great customer service, and very knowledgeable. They are able to help customers quickly and sometimes more than one customer at a time. Every time I enter the door, I am greeted with a smile and how can I help you? It is nonsense that the horrible reviews are being given when a person is using this store as a drop off point for something they should have already had a printed and attached label on as well as a box taped up. This is a business, not a free stop to do what should have been done already while using this store as a drop off location for UPS. That being said, I had a perfectly lovely drop off of my package. The manager was as nice as could be and I would go back to this store to support it based solely on the customer service! It appears this store is under new ownership, rude ownership. Prices are higher and they charged an elderly lady for her Amazon returns and then ignored her when she inquired why. They told her to move out of the way so they could serve the next customer. I walked out and won't go back after using this location for years. read more

I'd give this location a zero if I could. The manager, the Indian woman had a horrible attitude. I go to this location on occasion to drop off packages since it's close to my work. Whenever I drop off return packages for Amazon, the guy, Brandon usually will tape my box and ship it off. This Manager, always wants to charge for taping the box. Brandon the usual person that is there told me that the fee that Amazon pays for the package includes taping the box. When I told the Manager what Brandon had told me , she yells out. Well, I'm the Manager (as to say ,I don't care what Brandon told you this is my store) I didn't mind paying the dollar fee it was just inconvenient having to go back to the car for my wallet. The Manager here is super rude! I will not ever patronize her store again and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know how nasty of an attitude the "Manager" has. This store lost my "2-day delivery " letter for over ten days. When they found it they shipped it a week later. I had to pay another service to deliver another check, pay a fine for the late payment since UPS never sent the letter and when I complained about their nonguaranteed delivery they pointed to a small frame on their counter that states they do not guarantee delivery. So despite what UPS promises apparently independent stores can make their own rules and it was my fault for "not reading" the little framed notice. They escorted me out of the store for having the audacity to expect a refund for the 2 day delivery I paid for after 14 days of no delivery. So beware UPS lets each store make its own rules despite what is posted all over UPS advertised web sites. This has nothing to do with Covid either the store misplaced my letter and refused to be accountable for it, apparently I am "not the only one who has complained mam, sorry for the inconvenience" Store #0806 has pathetic customer service and irresponsibility for their negligence. read more
