Update: After multiple calls with UPS trying to fix this, I received little to no guidance. I repeatedly asked what was required to move the shipment forward and was only told to "fill out a commercial invoice," without any clear explanation of what information was actually needed. This was a shipment to a business in Mexico, which requires proper documentation, including a commercial invoice and complete recipient details. None of this was handled or explained at the time of shipment. The bigger issue remains the same: this package should never have been accepted or sent internationally without the required documentation in the first place. That failure at the counter is what caused the shipment to be delayed, rejected, and ultimately returned. As a result, I lost $144 and valuable time on a time-sensitive project. I have used this lication for years but under new management I have had 3 returns to Amazon that had the contents switched for something else so Amazon will not refund. 3 times proves systemic fraud not an accident. I hate it because of all the years I've used this closest location. I've even put up with the switch from friendly and helpful to surly, short tempered and cuss words. read more

I came in to get two copies as soon as I walked in I was greeted. I waited for about a minute, and then I was helped by a young man and he was extremely nice. I hate that I didn't grab his name, but you know he walked me through the steps to you know send my email so I can get my copies then he printed the copies for me. This store has become the worst UPS Store on the planet. The employees are very rude, in particular one employee. Today, I had some questions about an Amazon return, and this particular employee became visibly irritated and began raising his voice at me. This was not the first time this employee behaved towards me like this; there were several times in the past he had been rude towards me which I attributed to him perhaps having a bad day. There also were other customers in line with questions, and he was rude to them as well. His demeanor towards myself and the other customers was rude and confrontational. I decided that this was unacceptable, ridiculous, and walked out. I went to the store on Golf Links and Harrison, who were awesome, and helped me out. To the employees there: You are in a customer service profession, so be prepared to answer questions. You might hate sounding like a broken record, but it's your job!!! There was a LONG line the Monday before Christmas week... and only one guy working in the store. Other employees had apparently called in sick. He was swamped and stressed but handled everyone as quickly as possible - shipping packages, manning the phone, and assisting people with the Amazon return kiosk. I felt sorry for the guy but he did a great job and didn't complain. He should be paid the wages of the absent employees since he did all their work plus his own and kept the place running. read more

Never again. Went to pick up this order that was delivered on 03/27/23 to the store. I get there on 04/07/23. The clerk claimed there was no package. Thirty minutes later, I called and ask to check every package. In a very flippant voice the clerk said "nope, there is no package". Clearly, this clerk does not want to help, let alone care. I will not be back. I will "eat" the charge, but I need to get another mail box from another store. My recommendation: DO NOT get a PMB from this store! And more importantly, DO NOT have packages of worth sent there. I am out $173, and I hope to NEVER go into that store again EVER. read more

Matt ... service /integrity /wisdom Matt is an excellent hire for this company. The man is swift, yet sensitive, can juggle 3 customers at once, and is extremely service oriented. My e-bay sales & returns are his as long as I live where I live now. Why I simply e-mail him my shipping label, put the item being shipped in its raw state on the desk & in a matter of seconds my package is perfectly ready & bound to go. We went in to ship a package and have a document notarized, and Matt. the manager is the rudest employee I have ever encountered. We have corporate accounts with UPS stores and mine is several miles away, so I stopped by this one. Upon walking to the counter, we said we need a notary, and Matt not so friendly said what is it we told him a document then he nastily said you didn't sign it yet did you. We replied no, and asked him what's with his attitude, and he literally shoved the document back across the counter to us and said I'm not going to sign it. I regret that we gave them our business shipping off the package as I will never do business here again. read more

About the least helpful people around. Received a box that was WEEKS late, delivered by a U-haul Van at 9:30 at night, thrown on the porch in damaged condition. Go to return/refuse delivery & all they can say is "You accepted delivery". Um, No, having a package thrown on my porch does NOT mean it was accepted. There were vitamins, so I can only assume someone at UPS thought it might be better pills & felt the need to open it. This is the 2nd terribly damaged pkg I've received from OOPS. Mailbox rental at this location. I've interacted with Mat and all the staff for the past 6 months. They are -outstanding-. There are very few businesses I'd even consider giving a "great" to (actually can't think of any at the moment)... this is the first I've seriously considered outstanding. Always pleasant. Always "on top of things". Always know exactly what what is going on. Go out of their way to keep you informed. UPS Stores generally have their drawbacks, but also a lot of positive. This one? It was super easy dropping off a package that I had and they put the label I had printed out on it for me. The only thing is they do NOT have the free UPS boxes for Express and you have to buy a generic box or bubble bag from them if you need a shipping box/bag. read more

Even for a UPS label. why would someone pay $2.59 just to print one piece of paper when FedEX/Kinkos and OfficeMax/Office Depot charges 11 cents??? Go elsewhere. read more

The manager that works here is an idiot. I came in to do a notary a while back and he refused to sign it because I already signed the document stating it's "Arizona law" despite my signature being identical to my drivers license. Look up page 19 of Arizona notary manual dude and educate yourself. Luckily the lady working there stepped in and was able to help me (finally someone with a brain) when he turned away and went to the back. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with this guy unfortunately, he's always rude and doesn't care about customers. I was even thinking about opening up a box here but then I saw him throwing away peoples mail when I walked in. How is this guy the manager or even still working here? This location has overcharged me for parcels on several recent occasions. Today my package was 16"x13"x4" - it was actually under3.5" but I expected them to put it up to 4" - but they charged for 5" which put the billable weight at 7lbs. instead of 5lbs. Just 2 weeks ago the clerk told my husband that they have to add an inch to all of the dimensions - that is not correct. UPS guidelines say they round up or down to the nearest inch. e.g 10.25" would be 10" and 10.5" would be 11". Pretty simple if you know how to use a ruler or tape measure. read more

I love this place! When I called to see if they could overnight some masks to my 95 year old mother in Maryland, the reply was "We are here for you. We know how important these things are." I walked in with an Amazon package to return and they had the scanner out before I even reached the counter! I went there last Saturday for a notary at 145 pm and they were closed and I went back on Thursday at 4 pm and both times they were closed, when I went in today for a notary I was told by the guy working that he didn't have his notary book so he couldn't do notaries, its frustrating when a business isn't opened during their posted hours and that they refuse to provide services for customers that they offer just because the employee is lazy and doesn't want to do his job... I ordered something online and the company gave me the option for UPS access point. I wanted my package to be safe so I paid a little extra to get it deliver at a UPS store. I finally went to go pick up my package and was told I had to pay $10 to pick it up! I was of course in a hurry but I did question the girl helping me but she couldn't even give me an answer as to why they are charging me when I had already paid through the company. Again I was in a hurry so I just paid it so I could leave. I called the manager at the ups store today and was told that if the "company" didn't package it correctly they have to charge me and that I had to call the company to reimburse me. So I called the company Scentsy.com and was told that is 100% incorrect and that I should've never been charged at all and I was taken advantage of from this store. Luckily Scentsy was extremely nice and they are refunding me my money but they will be filing a report and getting reimbursed by UPS! I will never again use this specific store! Both the girl I had to deal with yesterday and the manager toys were rude! I find it very sketchy! read more
