This UPS has some of the best customer service I've experienced anywhere. The owners (I'm assuming) is a very nice Asian couple, and they always have a smile on their face. I've never left without them going above and beyond...making sure I have my receipt, making sure my box/package is nicely taped up, etc. I know what I've listed is "their job" but here's a quick story to show how they really are going beyond "their job." I went in recently with a package to send out. The package was one of those envelopes with the bubble wrap on the inside, and it was closed with the glue sticker that came with the envelope. It was closed but the worker got tape and made sure it was super closed. There's tape, staples/stapler, and scissors on the counter for people to use. Very clean store. read more

Friendly family owned business. We wanted to get Live Scan fingerprinting done and the owner told us the hours for service and the ideal time to go. So my husband and I came in right at opening was greeted with a smile and got to fingerprinting. The owner was very patient and made sure our fingerprints were perfect to send off. This location is my go-to store. I like working with Nha and his wife. They recently got some new workers but the owners are top notch. They're quick, and can do anything i need. Address labels, postage, postcards/invitations, Shredding, passport photos and more! I came in 3 days ago with a request to make me a birthday invitation with superhero theme. Nha made me a custom postcard info with all the details i wanted. The price was half what vistaprint would have charged! The prints were thick, glossy AND they even typed my entire address book on each one so I didn't have to manually write each one in! I will be back as usual! read more

This location has the nicest UPS employees. They are very helpful and always have a smile on their face. When they see you carrying multiple boxes, they are quick to open the door for you and help place your packages on the counter just so you wouldn't have to carry them while standing in line. Most UPS stores I've been to, the employees are not attentive as this location, doesn't greet you when you enter, keep you standing in line without asking if you're just dropping off. The wait time at the Vacaville location is not as long as other UPS stores. You can tell they enjoy and love what they do. I was passing through Vacaville and needed to have a paper notarized. On a Sunday around 2:30pm. I didnt want to pay the price of convenience to have a mobile notary. I went in and bam! Was served immediately. I suspect the business is family owned. After my paper was notarized I took some time to sort some papers and heard the three staff members banter a bit and serve customers coming in. After evaluating my encounter with this store and owner to first see (1) If I was in the wrong or (2) If he was intentionally rude to me and just did not give a damn. I figured Option 2 was my choice especially after reading the bad reviews and comments here being that they outweighed the good. The Owner often does not know how to show true Customer Service to his everyday Customers that has kept him in business all Pandemic long. He does not know how to take "constructive criticism and often places place and money over a well done job." You try to explain to him politely where he or his staff made a mistake; (he will argue you down and brush you off). He treats his customers with respect according to who you are and often if he is helping you he would leave you whether it is in the middle of helping you on the self-service computer due to the store's own malfunctions of it's equipment from a program not working on the computer to making prints that are (1) not clear to (2) low ink that has not been placed in his Laser Black and White or Color Copiers/ Printer. Instead he would try to force you to take it as is not considering the fact that he sees the problem and the time charged that never stops for using the self-service computer. His attitude is starting to get bad and carefree and again, depending on "who you are" he's considerate and nice and preferably to White people and if they complain (he's at their service.) I have spent a lot of money with this man from packaging to notary and passport pictures and each time with him he's carefree with the bad services he's given and inaccurate information that causes you to have to return to the store to get things corrected. I had to do passport pics twice because he wanted to cut corners by telling me and my family member to smile and after traveling to our appointment from Vacaville early morning to San Francisco at 7:AM (the pictures were rejected) he then tried to justify his mistakes calling the US Post Office in San Francisco a lie and that we should go to the Sacramento one. When I told him No... He got upset and quickly said "here's your money back and I cannot correct the problem." The last time on January 22, 2021 we came up to get something notarized after giving him specific instructions on what kind of document it was "he stated Okay I can Notarize it but we close at 6:00 pm and we were there at 5:15 pm." and proceeded to close up and say... "Could you come back tomorrow as he took someone else in line after having us wait from 5:15 to 5:30 and then made another excuse that his family who works for him is waiting to get off work and that he needed to go now." This guy has an entitlement problem, he's rude, and plays too much where he want you to pay money for services he cannot provide or halfway deliver on. Do not get Notary Work here, Do not get packages sent off from here, and Do not get copies. He told me I should go to FED EX to because I did not want to take bad copies due to his copiers being low on ink and these were copies for a Motion I was sending for a court proceedings. Be careful with this rude ass guy!!! We cannot blame it on culture. He's just rude and want easy money not earned. read more

Dropped off a package to be mailed to Chula Vista, was helped by a female, only remember her last name, Nguyen. After proving detailed and correct information, the package was sent to the wrong address and the name on the package was misspelled. UPS said there was nothing they could do because the package has been delivered. Looking at the delivery history, the address the shop used was non existent, instead of contacting me, somehow UPS determined another address to deliver to. At least I only lost $30, lesson learned. read more

I love this place. The service and professionalism is 5-Star. I've been here to take care of various things, but over the years, when it has come to needing wet fingerprints taken for federal background check purposes they have gotten it right three or four separate occasions for me. The price is ok for the service, but you don't want to go elsewhere for wet prints and find out later that there was an issue requiring you repeat the process. Their notary service is good too.
