I am usually just dropping amazon returns but they are gracious and kind and seem genuinely happy to interact with their customers. I normally wouldn't write a review for the UPS store but today I'm making an exception. I arrive at about 5:45PM (15 minutes before closing) and I was greeted outside by the staff that magically knew I was going to be dropping off the package (probably based off the way I backed into the parking space in front of the doors). I told them I was dropping off a package and they saw what it was and brought the dolly immediately. The gentleman whisked me and my package inside, scanned it for my receipt and sent me on my way! The staff, especially the gentleman who works here are all amazing. I come here a lot due to their hours of operation is very convenient for those who work a normal weekday shift as well as their personalities. During the height of Christmas season esp during the same week of Christmas, they are efficient at moving the line while still providing great customer service. I've lived in Vacaville for about 26 years and for about the last 8 to 10 I have frequented the UPS store in Harbison Drive. The store is run by a husband and wife team with absolutely amazing customer service. If you've ever seen them in action they are amazingly fast and efficient. The store is one of the busiest UPS stores I have been in, and yet the wait it's always minimal. They always greet you with a big smile and their customer service is off the hook. I was in Vacaville and had a return so I figured I'd drop it off at the closest station. This one was it. I almost knew the type of reception I'd get before I went in (I have been treated rudely at a few stores in Vacaville..) and I was right. I'm a black woman so I'm always aware of the different treatment between myself and other ethnicities. Long story short, I walked in and waited. Two people were already being helped and the employees were super duper nice to them. Someone walked in after me and again, the employees were super duper nice. Nobody greeted or spoke to me though:/ So next it's my turn, the clerk waved me over and says I can help you or something similar. I waited for the super duper nice greeting and question about my day. Instead I got a basic hello and a receipt after handing her my package. Very awkward. And it's almost as if she realized it too because after I said thanks she told me to have a nice day. What happened to the sugary sweet convo that all the other white customers got tho? Anyways, I'll stick to the one in Suisun next time cause they do a good job and are friendly to everyone who walks in. read more

I had to have some documents notarized and went to this store twice. My own fault for the second trip. On both occasions as I entered the store I was greeted and was asked how can I help you before I made it to the counter. The people who work there are friendly and know their job. Everyone who entered the store after me was greeted the as I was. It's refreshing to see such customer care. When I need to ship or need notary service when in Vacaville I will return to this location. read more

Each time I come here, I'm usually helped by a younger Asian girl named Sam. You can tell that she's been doing this for awhile now. She can eyeball something and is pretty accurate with respect to the size of the box needed, which is pretty impressive. When I ship things they're typically care packages with multiple items, so it's pretty cool that she is spot on when telling me which size box to grab from the shelf. Service has always been quick, and they are always super friendly here. This is usually the only place I go when I have to ship things. read more

This UPS store is the BEST!! The workers are SO kind and helpful! I've come here many times with preprinted labels and it's been quick and easy! Today I had my labels and brought my own tape and scissors to prepare my Amazon returns. One of the workers came running over with sleeves to put the labels in that were sticky and fit my labels perfectly and just stuck to the package...for free! The highlight of my week is when Sam me with my coffee shipment. At Journey Coffee Co., we believe people matter most and Sam believes this to her corps. She helps me with the custom tape, the stickers for my bags, my thank you note, and ensures it looks beautiful in the box and meticulously sealed. This handy little store carries your standard Mail store items such as: shipping services, boxes, cards and packing material. They also have PO boxes for rent but the best feature of this store is the Notary service. If you need a notary don't go to the Fed Ex Kinko's because they don't have one! It is a good idea to call first and make sure the Notary is in before you head over there. read more

I needed something notarized so I made an appointment here online. Most people didn't make appointments so I'm not sure it's necessary. The staff was polite, efficient and thorough. I was greeted right away and shown where to wait. While I was there, four people got documents notarized by the two notaries and no one waited more than five minutes! I paid $15 for one document, which I think is reasonable. I will definitely return here for all my notary needs! read more

I've been to this UPS Store location a couple of times. The first time to return a package. The lady at the desk promptly took my package with no questions, and no wait. The 2nd time I came here was to have a paper notarized. I was surprised to find a notary station set-up in the store!! The notary was at the desk and helped me right away!! The fee was only $10.00, which I feel was well worth it. I was in and out within 2-3 minutes...can't beat that! I am very impressed with this store. The store is located in an area that also has a Safeway, Target, Hallmark Store, Pier One and many restaurants to choose from. I plan to return here again for my future needs. read more
