I've been here several times for notary and USAA deposit services. Each time the lady working at the counter was very rude! Today I came by to drop off a book rental for Amazon and the man at the counter began to say I had to tape the box and place the label me self next time because they don't make any money from this, which I can understand. Then the lady came and said the same exact thing but in a more rude manner. The guy was more customer oriented and was trying to tell me nicely but that lady is something else. She needs customer service training! I will not be coming to this UPS location any longer. There are other UPS stores which are more customer service oriented. I have rented a mailbox at this UPS Store for several years and have had such a great experience with everyone at the store. Nha and everyone working there are the friendliest people I have met - at ANY business - and the customer service they provide to me and all of their customers is absolutely fantastic. Everyone there is also extremely knowledgeable and efficient in what they do, and their expertise in all things shipping and printing, etc., along with the superior customer service they provide, makes this by far the best UPS or FedEx Store I have ever used, and by far the best UPS Store in the entire area. If it was possible to give them a half star, I would. I went here after I heard I could fax from this location. The older lady that works there helped me when I walked in. I told her I needed to fax something & I heard they provided that service. She said yes & offered me a cover page. Since I already had one, I gave her the number & she went ahead & started faxing my papers. Not once did she tell me prices, so I figured it would be cheap (like I was told it would be from a friend). The lady went in the back & the manager (who was on the phone the entire time) gave me my papers back & a confirmation. Since he didn't say anything I asked him if it cost anything. He then proceeded to laugh at me & said "yeaaaa $1.25 a page." Since I had over 20 pages, you can imagine how irritated I was since the lady never told me how much it was to begin with! Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with how the MANAGER treated me. Never laugh at a customer when your staff didn't inform me in the first place. Went there ro ship my dads x-mas presents overseas since I mail all of his cards from here. The FIRST time I went in, the lady tells me I need to give them his phone number so they can check to see if he's planning on receiving something from us. So I have his number at home but I don't have it memorized because its like 15 digits long. So, I go home, write down his number and go back to the store. Now I wait in line for 5-10 minutes, which is fine because it is the holiday season and people need to ship items. When its finally my turn, the same lady tells me to fill out a form for shipping it. So I fill out the form, wait in line another 5-10 minutes and finally reach the front. "Oh we don't ship there, why don't you just go to the post office. Horrible horrible service!!! I went to drop a package off mind you I've never dropped anything off anywhere before so I don't know what to expect... It was a package being shipped back to att. When I gave my package to the man working he asked if I had my account number I said no I do not and I have him the paper att had me print out and give to ups with barcodes on it he said okay your good this is it... So I get a call that the package still hadn't been received its been since 11-19-14... So they said they needed the tracking number ups gave me... The man at ups did not give me a tracking number. So I went back to the ups store and asked the man for my tracking number and he said very rudely umm I gave you one. I said no you didn't he said what's your information phone number e mail address I told him and he couldn't find anything on me. And I said well when I came here you NEVER asked anything. He said I didn't give you a receipt I said no I left with nothing. He then said I was a liar. In front of my daughter he called me a liar and said that never happened... I said excuse me?? He said your a liar. I said if you would have asked for my number or e mail I would have given it to you but you asked for nothing but my account number and then when I gave you the paper you said okay this is fine... I then asked for his corporate number to see if there is someone else I could speak to and he said call them tell them whatever you want I don't care whatever... This man was the rudest person ever. As a Notary Public I visit this store almost once a day to drop signed packages. And I have noticed that not just the owner but the whole family including his wife, his kids, niece, nephew etc. are at work. They really provide great customer service. I have never have to wait more than 5 minutes. That actually helps my business because I have appointments that I need to reach on time. Whereas at Fed Ex there is always a wait. Sometimes I have waited more than 30 minutes at Fed Ex. Excellent! The owners are the most kind-hearted and hard-working couple. Nha and his wife Chau own and operate this UPS store. They are there every day to make sure that their customers have the best care possible. They are always friendly and happy, even during the busiest times of the year. I have been using their mail box and package delivery service for almost two years. There is 24 access to the mail box by key access. I have also been able to pick up my large packages after hours by calling ahead and having them set my package aside. I have multiple large packages being delivered every week, and they always ask me if I need assistance with getting them to my car. I have also utilized their faxing and notary services, and have been pleased with the pricing and help that Nha, Chau, and their staff are able to provide. So I went in to get a document notarized. The lady that notarize it did not notarize the actual document but did a attached because she says the wording was off. And of course when I turned it into the bank for the loan they would not accept so of course I go back to the notary and of course no refund and they would not notarize the actual document. read more

DO NOT GO FOR NOTARY. **If I could give no stars I would!** Michelle is the notary and she is AWFUL. I went in to get an I-9 done and I did not know how to fill it out so I asked her to show me how to. She told me where to write things for my Drivers license and social security card. When I took my paper into my employeer they said it was filled out wrong and to go back and get it done. I had to get it done by that day so I had no choice then to go back. When I got there she was not at the notary desk and they had to call her for me. When she was on the phone with me she was very rude saying it was my fault it was filled out wrong and that IT WAS ON ME. I told her that she cant blame me becasue she told me how to fill it out, THEN she told me that she did not tell me how to fill it out because she would have had to have an attorney present. BUT SHE DID TELL ME HOW TO FILL IT OUT!! She told me I had to pay AGAIN and that she would be down in 15 minutes. I waited or 30 minutes until she showed up. She then asked for the first I-9 and reviewed it and said that it was my fault and I had to pay. I decided to be the adult (take in mind I am only 20 and this lady is like 40) and not argue because I had already told her over the phone I would pay. I had no choice because I needed it done that day. I told her "Im not going to argue, just sign it and Ill pay, good bye."
