This is the most superb UPS store that I have ever frequented! It is all about the service! They are a very busy location, but you always feel like what you need is important to them. I went in one day at 5:55...five minutes before they closed with a request to have some documents notarized. They were exceptional! I was prepared for them to tell me I was "too late" for the notary. But that was not the case. They notarized my documents with prompt attention and never made me feel like I should have arrived sooner. I go here for for all of my shipping needs because they are such a pleasant group of people to work with. This is my first and last visit to this store. I Only stopped by to drop a package since it was in my way to Sacramento. Nha Dang at the counter took a look at my package and said I can't take it like this. I asked why, what do you mean. He kept saying I can't take it like this so he kept saying no no I can't take it like this. So I asked what do you mean because i don't have fully taped around it. Isn't that something you can do? (Mind you every time I take packages to my local ups store in pleasant hill, they always put double tape). So this Nha guy say yes I can't take it like this? I guess he doesn't have many words in his vocabulary. So I asked him how would you take it then? If I put a lot of tape all around you would take it? He said yes. Oh I see he doesn't want to lift a finger just collecting the package!!!! In all this he was really rude with an attitude. If this ups doesn't want to spare any wrapping done by his employees would be good they will tell customers to begin with in a nice way!!!! Nha needs to take a customer service class and adjust the attitude or find a different kind of job. Will never come to this store again. read more

I had a mailbox at the store for 9 months, when I move to Southern California I was informed that the USPS would not do it change of address and forward my mail back the UPS Store had to forward my mail on their own, I filled out all the paperwork with the owner and the frequencies of how often they would forward my mail, after one and half months no mail was ever forwarded to me, I went into the UPS Store and talk to the owner he first said no mail ever came for me then his wife found mail, then he told me that I never filled out the paperwork, then he told me that all my mail would be destroyed there after, very very poor customer service very very poor experience, I would never ever ever go to a UPS Store and get a mailbox ever again! read more

We LOVE this UPS store. We're in several times a month to deposit checks into USAA. They are always so nice and greet us with familiarity. And they are so fast, I've only ever been second in line at their busiest times. I typically don't overly-enjoy having to run an errand like this but have had such great experiences here. read more

The absolute worst customer service. The guy in there has a TON of attitude. I came in today to ask for a package, and he told us condescendingly that WE don't understand the system, because WE have to provide them a tracking number, and WE HAVE NEVER PROVIDED THEM ANYTHING EXCEPT OUR ID IN THE PAST. We picked up a package from them on Monday and they DID NOT GIVE US THE REST OF THE PACKAGE and they YELLED AT US TODAY. Worst customer service and we received NO APOLOGY for this treatment. My experience was good. The man who helped me was very polite, nice and fast with the transaction. However, they store all their packages that are being sent out, OUTSIDE. That is extremely dangerous and it's so easy for someone to just walk by and steal something and get away. There isn't an associate watching the packages ( Though I did notice the male helping me was looking out the window) But still. That is just a reckless spot to store all your out going packages in my opinion. read more

I will no longer be using the services of UPS. I sent a package through this location, and received a call about a week later saying that the receiver had refused the shipment. I was confused and was told that my package was waiting for me at this UPS store. So I come into the store and find out why exactly my package was refused..because the box was water damaged and looked like an accordion. It was smashed in on both sides and ripped open. To my amazement, the gentleman working the counter would not do anything about it. On top of that, he did not apologize for the condition of the box - instead he stated that my box was weak and poorly packaged. This was an amazon box that I had reused and reinforced. I wasn't looking for a refund, I was looking for a new box and free shipment back to where it was supposed to go. I will not be returning to this location or UPS in the future. read more

Owner dual rents mailboxes for extra income. He opens boxholders mail and takes their magazines. Leaves USPS & UPS packages to be shipped at curbside for anyone to walk by and take. They are not honest when you close a mailbox at UPSSTORE that mail can be forwarded through postal service .it cant. It has to be done manually and a pay a fee for UPSStore to give you that service. Get a mailbox at USPS and they will receive all your packages and give you a street address for half the price. Owner overcharges for postal services by 50-200%. Copy machines offer poor copies as they have never been maintained. Go to Staples better machines and same pricing . read more

Will drive across town to go to this location! Even if just dropping off a package the staff are always helpful and happy to help. Recently had a notary done and took care of some mail business. Don't do these things often so wasn't sure how it worked. It was fast, easy, and affordable. Awesome customer service! This UPS has the nicest people and the best service I've ever had. I've read a few bad reviews, but I think they must be the exception. Let me explain: last year I lost my job because of some health problems. For over a year, the couple that works at the store helped me mail off countless applications, health reports, and government documents that I needed for my disability. Every piece of mail has been trackable, and everything has wound up where it needed to go. There is even a huge shredder at the store, where you can take care of all those credit/bank card statements. Yes, bad things can happen to anyone's mail. But I do feel comfortable sending everything through this store. read more

Conveniently located off I-80 and Harbison is this full service UPS Store that changed ownership recently. This review experience consists of ordering merchandise and getting a quote for shipping. Approximately in two weeks time, I have not heard from the owner. Hence I shipped my parcel at the good ol' USPS. When I went to pick up my merchandise this afternoon, the owner told me that he no longer carries the item. With my frustration in check, I shared with him that I brought my business there because he appears to be a hard working, new owner. I asked why he did not call me so I could make other arrangement, he did not have anything solid that I recall. On a prior occasion, a lady from town shared her frustration with the owner about store closing during posted operation hours. She made a special trip to the store on that day (Saturday) instead of Monday after work, only to find store closed. I heard the owner said " If no one shows, and it's not busy, we leave earlier." Bottom line: If you want to patronize a business that does not hold true to posted operation hours i.e. when you go to the store, it may be open, it may not. Then this is your store. And if you're okay with waiting almost two weeks after ordering merchandise, and when you go to pick it up in person, you find out the store does not carry that item ... if you're okay with that, then this is definately your type of store. As I pen this review, I am shocked by the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism I experienced at this UPS Store. I will take my hard earned dollars elsewhere. read more
