There is one female employee who wears glasses who is always wonderful and I never have an issue with her. I have visited this location on numerous occasions and can say from experience that speedy service here is typical as the employees are attentive, efficient, knowledgeable and good at what they do! The only time I encountered a line was last month (December). I stopped in around 11:15 am and the line was packed out allllll the way to the door. I could tell it was moving quickly, yet, decided to leave and return later because I had my children with me and hadn't expected to need to wait. So pro-tip -- avoid visiting around lunch time during the holidays :) I've not yet needed to make purchases at this location but would say their prices are comparable to other copy/print/mail services in the area.

A kind lady helped me with copies I needed made, and she was patient and professional. Two other ladies helped me with a shipping question, and they were also very kind, helpful, and professional. John was especially helpful. I had a large package, a folding bed, that needed to go back out to our minivan. I was going to carry it myself, but John kindly offered to carry it for me and put it into our vehicle. That helped a great deal because I also had other things with me that would have been hard to carry all at once. Someone there, either John or one of the kind young ladies, also gave me the phone number for Amazon Customer Service so I could ask about a prepaid return mailing label. That was very helpful. Another thing we really appreciate is that they keep the line moving. Even when there is a long line, they handle it in a friendly and courteous way, and there is not much waiting time. It is not the typical standing in line, waiting and waiting, that can happen at some places of business. They are fast and efficient, yet still courteous, kind, and down-home friendly. The parking at this location is also easy, and the store itself is comfortable. They even have a little sitting area where you can take a few moments to gather your thoughts or organize what you came in for.
