OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! The service at this store is one of a kind. Everyone is very kind, courteous and very very professional. I can't recall the amount of times that I've been to this store needing to use the tape gun to send my shipments and with no hesitation, the owner Florian Napp, will kindly let me use it at no charge. PLUS - Is possibly the only store in Broward County that is open on Sunday from 12pm - 4pm. If you are in the Weston area or close to it, don't look any further. Yesterday I received an email from Old Navy that my package was ready for pick up. I show up to ups and they told me that the package is not ready for me to pick up. I asked if I can come back later in the night and they told me to come back the next day. I asked for a manager and there was nothing they could do. The boxes that were received three hours prior to me picking up were still inside boxes behind the counter that they had not opened yet. Now I have to change my travel plans in order to be able to come in next day to pick up my package. Unacceptable. read more

UPS lost 1 of 3 beds weighing each 100 lbs that I sent through this UPS store on Indian Trace. I called the store at least 5 times and was told I would get a call back. Never happened. When I went to the store the owner Florian told me I had not nothing to worry because my shipping was insured. It turned out not to be true. I went through a long and tediuous process to file a claim with UPS and only got $100 back. Never using UPS again and especially this poorly managed store where everyone is always laughing and joking and not taking their job seriously. read more

Shipped a surfboard from Weston to San Diego through this store. I paid through the nose to have it packed here and it was wrapped poorly. Needless to say it was damaged when i received it. I filed a claim, UPS paid the store in Weston, and I have been waiting 4 months to get my check from The UPS store in Weston. I have since escalated to contacting UPS Corporate since the manager, Florian, seems incapable of returning calls, telling the truth, or being upfront about where my claim money is. I've never had a problem here. The staff may not know what Mylar is (the material the plastic envelopes are made of) and they may be less than enthusiastic but they are not terrible as other commenters suggested. They get the job done just fine. read more

I've been a business customer for over 15 years. I rent a mailbox from them and have always found this store to be reliable and convenient. I ship several hundred packages a year with their store and have always found the prices to be fair. I also make a lot of copies and use their notary and other services. The owner, Florian, is great. And so are all the staff. The line can get a little confusing sometimes but if your patient they will get to you. The Weston Post Office is horrible. The lines are 45 minutes long during peak times. They are also very rude. You will never have that experience at the UPS Store. read more

OUTSTANDING customer service. From out of state, I needed a bunch of boxes picked up, repacked and shipped. The polite and helpful Enrique was my point person. As soon as I called to make all the stressful arrangements, he was ON IT! He put my mind at ease, communicated throughout the process and saw it all through to completion. He even posted a note to each box with my instructions for when the boxes arrive at their destination. What a relief! I didn't have to fly there because Enrique and his team handled it all. My husband and I own our business and every time that I ask my husband to drop off UPS shipments in this store, he hates it. He says the people there provide the worst customer service ever. Last Friday I had the opportunity to find out the reason for how he feels. I came in with 2 boxes/40 lbs each to be shipped to one of my customers in Honduras. The gentleman took the 2 boxes and gave me my receipt, when I was about to leave I noticed (thanks God) that he had given me a receipt for just 1 box. when I pointed this out, the gentleman told me the system only gave him 1 box, he did not know how to get the system to reflect 2 boxes. When I mentioned I needed a receipt for the two boxes, he got the owner on the phone not once but twice and came back with the solution the owner had rendered: they would take the two boxes and would hope that UPS would pick them up. If UPS did not pick them up they would call me so I could pick them up, otherwise they would just ship them. However he continued to explain: "they could only give me a receipt for 1 single box" WT&*^*^*?? The declared value of the total shipment was US$6,800.00 distributed in 2 identical boxes. so the solution of dropping off a shipment of 2 box and only receiving a receipt for one and leaving the second one ($3,400.00 value) in "limbo", was not an intelligent solution to offer. I picked up my boxes, scheduled the shipment on Monday with UPS who picked up the boxes with the same paperwork I had taken to this UPS store. Today I checked the packages on the UPS website and the 2 packages are on their way to Honduras. Unbelievable "Malarky" from the UPS store; this is a UPS store that does not know how to ship UPS :-( I have no use for this store. Not to mention that the staff just loves to "chitchat" among them while the customers just stand there waiting to be taken care of. read more
