This has been my go to UPS store for a very long time. I think a couple of years ago it went under new management. The crabby lady who grumbled at everything is gone. Now there's a guy named Rozohn and he's awesome. Always helpful, polite and professional. I was there one time, waiting in line along with 4 other women and this blustery man came in and demanded to cut in front of everyone else because he just needed to pick up a package. He got really rude and obnoxious and was yelling at Rozohn, who never lost his cool. I on the other hand did not refrain from telling the guy off who left in a huff. But Rozohn never blinked. He just smiled at all of us and took care of business. Whatever I bring in whether Amazon return or UPS package or USPS mail, he's there to help. read more

The workers in this store are the rudest people I have ever encountered in a service oriented store. It must be under new management as I have frequented this UPS location for years and in just the last few months the entire attitude has changed. We dropped off papers to be shredded and were told if we wanted these papers to be secured we should just go somewhere else. This was yelled out in a shop full of people. Now, when dropping off an Amazon return we are loudly told to use the Amazon kiosk and not use the front counter. . There was no one else in line. My return items were supposed to be PACKED AND LABELED BY THE UPS PERSONNEL, per Amazon instructions. I don't know what backwater burg these worker bees came from but they have not been taught even the most basic customer service skills. They are very rude, arrogant, people and don't know the first thing about dealing with people. These people are not foreigners, they are white with a totally hick vibe. Thankfully there are many choices in the Denver metro area and I will not have to deal with this garbage again. I would discourage anyone from going here to do business. read more

I never write reviews. In fact, I think this is the first one I have ever written, but the customer service here is atrocious, especially from the little man who works the front most of the time. I had a package that was delivered to this location without receiving any notification from the shipping company or this UPS store. I received a call after it had been at the store for a week notifying me that they were going to send it back. I called and asked them to hold it until I could get there, which I thought would be that same day. They said they would keep it for me. I couldn't get there until the next day to be told they sent it back. The little man immediately got defensive and snapped that it's not their responsibility to notify customers when packages arrive. I told them I didn't receive any information from the company that sent it so I had no idea it was there until they left a message the day before. Both employees were incredibly rude. Their attitude in the way they spoke was horrible. It should be the store's policy to notify customers when they receive a package. Both employees were adamant that it was "not their job" to let customers know when packages arrive, and it's "not their problem" that I had no idea. The little man escalated the negative encounter very quickly and unnecessarily. He seems very angry. Yuk. Luckily, there are other UPS options at Denver West and in Golden. read more

The female worker wearing the hijab head covering treats people like garbage. She's condescending, dismissive and straight up rude. She exudes un-welcome vibes as soon as you enter. I encountered Miss Pleasant last week, and was utterly floored by her horrible attitude. Yesterday my husband dropped off a package, and came home talking about the very rude girl wearing the head covering! And I had never mentioned the encounter I had with her! Apparently she treats everyone like crap. UPS management: I will not be going back to that store if this person is at the counter. read more

I scheduled online for a Notary service only to arrive at my schedule time and the only person working wasn't authorized to do them. I was only able to choose from 2 time slots for the day so when confirmed time that's exactly when arrived. They asked me to wait for another employee to come in. I stated there were only 2 times for the day and came when it confirmed my time so why wasn't someone here at that time. The answer was we don't get access to what's scheduled we don't know. So please choose another location for for a Notary if have a deadline. read more

Dropped off a high-value 2nd Day Air parcel on Saturday morning. Was assured by the staff it would be picked up by a driver that afternoon. Well, that didn't happen. Package finally made it to the local hub at 10:15pm on Sunday. It now says "The package was given to UPS after the cutoff time and the delivery date may be impacted." Still no scans on the package and it's currently Monday afternoon. Would have been better to avoid the store altogether and just have the parcel picked up from my office on Monday morning. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. They are so unhelpful with things just as easy as dealing with Amazon. Not to mention that coming in the door they can see you waiting and don't even come out to help. They know what you need to mail the packages but give no help whatsoever on how to get the information you need. read more

My husband and I have sold a few musical instruments through eBay and this UPS is the spot we come to pack the items and get them out the door to the customer. It is pricey to have them pack it but we have never had an issue with any of our deliveries and the staff has always been really friendly. You pay for what you get and the service has always justified the expense. read more

The worst. I've given this UPS store WAY too many chances to win my business. Today was the last straw. Every time I walk in, they seem bothered if not annoyed to come to the front desk. The charges are alL over the place and none of it makes sense. My shipments end up crushed or damaged in some way. They are slow on the computer and act like your stupid when you ask simple questions. Today, the grumpy lady (and she's always grumpy) with the mask on charges me $30 for a small box and bubble wrap! $30 !!! Just for the friggin' box and bubble wrap. I'm an idiot for paying it. Went to ship some items there (because it's nearby) and got the ultra hard-sell from them about letting them pack my stuff rather than packing it myself and letting them ship it. Usually the service there is pretty lame, but this interaction was basically hostile. Shipped my stuff from a nearby FedEx and had a very positive experience. Went to this location on 5/11/19 for an Amazon consolidated return, where UPS performs the packaging. When the UPS associate asked for payment for packaging, I put Amazon Customer Service on the phone, who confirmed I should not be paying for packaging. Despite Amazon's insistence I should not be charged, the UPS associate proceeded to demand the cost of packaging. Amazon was kind enough to give me $15 for my trouble working with these thieves. I e-mailed this store an offer to discuss the issue with the store manager prior to writing reviews, but they declined to contact me. At least it can be said they are consistent with their terribleness. read more

I paid $58.00 to have a package shipped with overnight delivery and it was delivered three days later. If I wanted my package to arrive in three days I wouldn't have paid for overnight delivery. When I called and requested a refund they told me that overnight wasn't guaranteed during COVID. No one said anything about that when they ran my credit card. Be leery of going into the store if you are excluded due to medical conditions. Staff will refuse service. Filed a complaint with the ADA. Went into rent a mailbox. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Highly do not recommend the store for anybody that meets the exclusions. Not only were they rude when they were refusing service but they are not educated on the mandate and put it in with adding that I shouldn't be out if I have a medical condition excluding me from mandate. read more

I asked when package would get there. Agent said "On Friday". Not at all true. Tracking said, "next business day due to holiday." She could have told me that so I could have decided how to send the package. It was a lazy lie. We all know there was a holiday, but we don't know that UPS does not deliver on Friday, Saturday or Sunday unless you pay more ( which I would have done if she had told me the truth). I love the service here! You can ship by UPS or USPS and they always do a great job of presenting the options and costs so I can choose the most economical options for what I need. I always buy my stamps here (so much easier than the post office) and they even do passport photos! They also have cute animal cards for every occasion. The management team and staff at this location are first rate. I rent a mailbox and use them as my primary shipping location for our business. They recognize me when I come in and if I have packages waiting for pickup, they usually have them ready for me by the time I get to the counter. Yes sometimes there are other people in front of me when I get there and sometimes I have to wait while other people with complicated issues are serviced. I don't see that as a negative towards the store nor the people working there. I understand not getting everything the way we want it when we want it can be frustrating but I believe the team at this store does a great job handling all of our needs in a timely and professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend that anyone use them. read more

Disappointingly and irresponsibly inefficient. Do not bring your business here unless you have ample extra time, saint-like patience, and aren't concerned about the accurate delivery of your items. The poor woman working counter clearly had insufficient training and could barely work the computer keyboard. A decent manager should never put someone on the floor unless they can guarantee the employee's skills. A respectable employee should admit when they aren't comfortable performing a company's services. It is irresponsible and inconsiderate to compromise a customer's belongings like UPS on Youngfield does. read more
