I've been here a handful of times since it's close to my house, and I think the staff and store is great. There's always been multiple people on staff when I've gone and they're very knowledgeable/kind/helpful. They've always been able to answer my myriad of questions about their electronics and help me find whatever it is I need. Plus, store pickup is super quick (10 minutes). The customer service is a huge reason I choose to shop here over Walmart or somewhere similar, where I can never find staff to help or retrieve locked products. The store does tend to be a little empty, but that doesn't strike me as weird. read more

WARD ROAD and 52nd Title: Arrogance I visited this Office Depot location this morning and was struck by how empty the store was and how little the staff seemed to value the few customers they had. As I walked down an aisle, an employee came through pushing a rolling ladder. I picked up on his body language and moved out of the way on my own, without him needing to say anything and without any friction from me. In return, he gave me a hard, get‑out‑of‑the‑way stare that came across less like a busy worker and more like a prerequisite corporate entitlement, as if basic courtesy toward a customer was beneath him. It was an unnecessary power trip and set a very negative tone for the visit. Unfortunately, the same employee rang me up at checkout and reinforced that attitude. The first thing out of his mouth was a demand for my phone number, delivered with the same entitled tone, as if he had a right to my personal information instead of it being my choice. When I declined, he acted annoyed, like my privacy rights were an inconvenience to him, not something the company should respect. He then asked what kind of receipt I wanted. When I said "paper," the standard option, he didn't just process it--he ordered me to press a button to confirm it. I did, but being commanded to push buttons at the register by someone already on a power trip is not customer service. It's condescending and completely unnecessary, and it carries the clear message that the customer is there to obey, not to be served. On top of that, I was then asked if I wanted to round up my purchase for a nonprofit, which I declined and commented that he could round down for me instead. That clearly didn't improve his attitude. At the end of the transaction, he couldn't even be bothered to say "thank you" or "have a good day." No acknowledgment at all that I was a paying customer in a nearly empty store. What makes this even more frustrating is that I actually go out of my way not to buy everything from Amazon. I could have just ordered the notebook online, but I was intentionally trying to support something other than a giant e‑commerce platform. Instead, I was met with pride, arrogance, and an out‑of‑touch corporate mindset that seems determined to push customers away. Going forward, when I do stop by, it will be mainly to observe the cluelessness and how misplaced "corporate ideals" can hollow out a store even faster than online competition. read more

This place is very weird and they never schedule enough people . It's very frustrating and takes forever. The kid helping us is at a disadvantage because he's the only person working . He did save the day and went above and beyond to help us . This Office Depot is not my favorite place to go but sometimes a girl needs copies lol . read more

Evan Walker (the employee behind the counter) talks to people like he owns the building. I was immediately presented with a "What's up dude, what do you need?" I said I need one paper printed off & he snidely responds it's a $2.50 minimum & says how he doesn't have the time to print off a single shipping label for me. Funny part is, another customer walks up after denying service to me & he prints things off for the guy & continues to have casual conversation about music. Absolutely ridiculous. Print services always delivers here. They communicate very clearly and have always been able to complete my jobs same day.

I have been shopping at this location for years and have everything good to say about them. I use the copy center most for printing color copies and am definitely never disappointed. The place is always super clean, shelves neatly fronted and faced and for the most part all the employees seem to happy working there. When shopping every time I walk by an employee, I'm always asked if they can be of any assistance to find anything. Hats off to management, you guys do an excellent job in every respect. I appreciate all of you on every trip. Never a bad experience. read more

In the past, I would have great service, especially in the print department. Now they are terrible. The worst service ever. I live right down the street and have loved the convenience but I am taking my business elsewhere. They need some serious customer service training. I bought a desk and hutch online for pickup at this store. They were the only store in the area to carry both items. Right after I placed the order, I got a text saying that the order couldn't be filled. This is after I placed a different order for the same desk in a different finish at a different Office Depot and they did the same thing. Now I have two transactions for large amounts pending and I can't do anything until they are removed. Their 800 number for customer service is a joke. read more

Walked around for about 10 minutes. No employees. Could have stolen the registers even if I wanted to. I took 5 laps around the whole store and waited, couldn't get any help. Had to leave and decided to try Walmart instead. They were more helpful there. read more

I bought a new office chair and one of those chair matts so I don't shred my office carpet. Simple enough. Except the floor model couldn't be located. Well, that didn't stop one of the sales associates, who pulled their best Spiderman and scaled the shelves to the top...BINGO! Found the right model and color. It's and office supply store. This one does seem to be bigger than others that I have been in, but I am not sure if it's how they have done the lay out or if it really is a bigger store. ~ Close to the office ~ Never very busy. The longest I ever waited in line is about 3 minutes ~ They are the only place that carries the ink I need for my printer at work at a somewhat reasonable price. Let's face it, ink ain't cheap. ~ Friendly staff. They are willing to help when asked and they don't follow you around while you are trying to get everything that you need. ~ They have great deals on printers right now. Might have to go and get one for home. I have never had a bad experience here which is a good thing. Keep up the good work OD, as long as you do, I will keep coming back! read more

Walked in to store to have a printing service done that I have had done at multiple other Office Depot locations. Waited in line for 15ish minutes. A sales associate named Ziva ignored me multiple times and the other associate was helping with another order. Pretty soon Russ came over to help (super friendly) but needed help with my order. Ziva was VERY unprofessional and rude. She proceeded to tell me they do not perform the service I was asking for even though I have had it done at other locations. There was absolutely no reason for Ziva to be so rude and unprofessional, especially when I had been ignored by her for 15 minutes. I will not be returning to this location and will not be shy about telling other people to stay clear as well. read more

What a complete waste of time. Drove here so I could get some printing and laminating services done. Dena in printing was obviously flustered about another morning print job that was messing up her morning and she was taking it out on customers. I gave her my thumb drive that had all the files on it but for whatever reason she couldn't bring them up. I know they we're on there as I was working off those files/thumbdrive last night. She told me "I could wait for it to come up but I have to do something else." and gave me back my thumb drive. Huh? I came home and tested out the thumb drive on two separate computers and lo and behold, it came up both times on both computers. If incompetent employees and horrendous customer service is your thing, this is your spot. Staples in Westminster does a way better job at getting printing services out quickly and efficiently and I know anything I get printed there will have great results. This place is a joke and I'm never coming back. read more

I placed an order online a couple of days ago - two large posters to be printed & picked up in store -- however, I got a call yesterday from an associate from the store (I'm sorry I forgot to write down her name) telling me that their large format printers were having some issues and they weren't able to print my order. I was a little crestfallen, but I knew it wasn't their fault. Shortly after, the woman on the phone found a nearby Office Max that could print it, and she copied the images onto a CD (the files were too large to email) and drove it over herself so that I could pick up my posters in time. I've never received that kind of kind service from any office supply store -- I can't thank you enough -- I was able to pick up most posters tonight. Your kindness truly touched my heart. read more

Good selection in store but so slow to wait on you. I'm 7th in line with 3 behind me as I speak.. 1 person at cash register, other employees walking around. No one in any big hurry to help up front. Will not come back. I'll drive further to avoid this store. read more

This place has really gone downhill with the copy and printing services. The customer service skills of the employees is downright terrible. I have had multiple bad experiences here in the last month. Anything beyond a simple printing of a document they do not want to do. I tried to have two pages printed double sided and then laminated. It should have taken 10 minutes. Instead I was given tons of attitude and told it would take 2-3 days. I have also waited for over 10 minutes to be helped and not a single employee acknowledged that I was in the store or told me they would help me shortly even though they were standing right there. I'm sorry but the combination of terrible service and then acting like your project is a burden to them is inexcusable. I will happily take my business elsewhere even though I get a substantial business discount to use Office Depot. read more

I agree with the other recent reviews about bad customer service in the printing department. I have had multiple bad experiences in the past month there, and usually give people the benefit of the doubt (maybe it was a bad day, etc) so went back a few times but have been very disappointed each time. They are either understaffed, undertrained, or just unfriendly. The one person I did find helpful in this department was Josh, but unfortunately he is not usually the person I deal with. So thank you to Josh, but the 2 ladies I have worked with were horrendous. Yesterday I sent a few files that were honestly a 2-3 minute printing job, and I stopped by twice to pick them up. When I got there last night (several hours after the first time I stopped by, and 12.5 hours after I sent the job), I was told that she couldn't have them ready until morning. She had my email pulled up on her computer and spent more time telling me that she was too busy and couldn't possibly send my 2 files to the printer than it would have taken her to print the files. When I told her I was going to have to find somewhere else to print things, she did not care at all. Boo to this store. read more

I THINK NOT!!! I am not only a business student, but also an active member of my children's sports teams and PTA. I have many printing needs associated with my busy life and this is the only store for miles that can do this for me...... that being said, this stores printing department really needs to get their act together when it comes to customer service and accuracy. Over the past three years I have had many things that I have brought in to have printed and without fail, have had the job botched in one way or another. Today was the icing on the cake! I came in yesterday to make sure that I could use my own paper in my printing and also to see if there were any discount for doing so (hay, I tried). Got assurance that I could in fact use my paper and that no discounts were offered..... went and got paper last night and on a time crunch, came in to print today, making sure all of the issues I have had in the past stayed there and backed up my files three different ways. Pick my kids up early from school so that I would have time to get the job done, only to have the exact same associate and her manager tell me that I can only use their xerox approved paper and had them shut my file on the computer without my knowledge (or at least I hope) . If I hadn't came a day early to verify before coming today, this wouldn't be as big of a deal but even the simplest of my tasks seem to difficult and tedious for this group. My only salvation was the computer tech that was jumping in and helping in other departments doing all he could to help. Even though I had to deal with the same incompatible as always, the techs helpfulness and knowledge helped more than he knows. Thanks Mr IT guy, you rock! read more
