Worst experience ever. Rude clerk chewing his nail, no eye contact says "put it on the scale" when I arrived. He says "have you ever shipped with us before?" I say I no. He says "well I'll try to do this before my shift ends I guess" No shipping options given just tells me without checking no other options unless I want to pay $100 bucks. There were more rude comments he made but he probably can't help himself, he needs to work in a place with no human contact. Don't bother going here, there are plenty of places where transactions are normal and respectful without incidents like this. read more

Came in to ship out a package. I was unable to get the package shipped out because of an issue with the system of the company I was shipping to, but despite all of that, the service I received was very good. I was quickly greeted by Bruce. He was very helpful, and tried a few different things to get my package shipped out. I won't go anywhere else. Every single guy in this store is s friendly and helpful. Always polite. They are all fast , you can walk in with 10 people in line and before you start to try to stomp your feet your next. It's nice that they even take the time to get to know you. You can tell they have there regular customer because of the smiles that go on in there. They never keep taking about personal stuff like some offices do when there is a line of people. I have recently had to go to UPS many times for many different requirements. Just in the past month, I have had to do multiple Live Scans, notaries, and various mailings. I have been so pleased by the excellent customer service at this store. It is so nice to see a store running so smoothly. Getting treated with kindness even while just doing a quick Amazon return makes the day better! I just called and have given this store a lot of business. I've seen how rude and harsh he can be with the young men that he hires, but just right nowI called to ask what time they closed and was going to ask if they shipped a particular product . He was rude and short with me. Taking my business elsewhere. This store has the best customer service on the phone and on-site. Despite busy hours, they are always courteous and so their best to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. I've only ever shipped one thing at this location. I honestly have no idea how shipping works but Bruce is a very friendly helpful non-intimidating person that helped me ship out a big package that I sold online. I have been here multiple times in the past mostly because I needed to print something out and I use the UPS printer. I have always been treated very respectfully and even when the store has been super busy I am always greeted. Literally every worker at the store has treated me good. Went in there to print paper for my father's funeral and first off the tall Asian guy expressed his condolences, which was thoughtful. Next he wasn't getting my email and knew that I had at&t for service and his store was a dead spot, he then proceeded to tell me to go tell me exactly where to go so my phone could work. To me that's excellent customer service. He made me feel welcomed to the point I wanted to do more business with him. I call to ask for help on a damaged item one of them employees working 12:30 pm was so unprofessional and rude. He tells me he can't help me because claims are different or have to be done by another person so he keeps telling me he clearly can't help me so we keep going back and forth so I hang up and he had the AUDACITY to call me back so continue to argue with me saying he's trynna help me when 10 seconds before I hung up he clearly told me he didn't. So when he called me back and I didn't want his help anymore because I was calling another store trying to figure it out he kept arguing with me saying he's a good guy and I don't know what so me being 8 months pregnant I'm not gonna deal with attitude so I give him attitude back and he decides to hang up rudely and when my partner calls back to speak to a manager he argues with her and refuses and is being super rude . So when we finally speak with a manager they're being rude as well saying what did I DO TO HIS EMPLOYEE because he's been knowing his employee so I had to clearly done something to him . I record all my phone conversations for safety reasons so I have all my recordings to back me up. So unprofessional if he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be working there. It's the fact that he had the audacity to call me back that shows how much of a child he is to argue with a pregnant woman just because she's upset because he told her he can't help her. UPS should stand for Unacceptable Professional Skills. I have a UPS Business account that I use often and I use this location to drop off my packages. Very common and simple procedure and never any issues. However, on a recent shipment which I process on line, I had a problem printing out the label so I decided to take the package along with the shipping information including the tracking # to this location. The owner of the store asked to help me. I have dealt with him several times before and has for the most part been capable but today when I came in and explained my problem, he seemed to have no interest at all in trying to help me resolve my problem. He kept telling me that I need to call the customer service number. I explained to him either way I would need to come back to this location to ship the package and if he could help me resolve the problem it would save me a trip. Again, he directed me to call the 800 #. I left the store frustrated thinking, with all the business I give UPS, you would expect to get better service than that. Unfortunately I did not have much better results with the customer service rep that I got on the phone as he gave me the complete Incorrect instructions on how to resolve my problem. In the end, I had to go on the website and figure it out for myself. Customer service fail UPS, I am now looking at moving all my future shipping needs to FedEx read more
