I won't go to the post office - they have become rude robots they won't even allow u to use there tape to seal a envelope and would turn u away to go buy your own. Worst experience ever. Rude clerk chewing his nail, no eye contact says "put it on the scale" when I arrived. He says "have you ever shipped with us before?" I say I no. He says "well I'll try to do this before my shift ends I guess" No shipping options given just tells me without checking no other options unless I want to pay $100 bucks. There were more rude comments he made but he probably can't help himself, he needs to work in a place with no human contact. Don't bother going here, there are plenty of places where transactions are normal and respectful without incidents like this. read more

Came in to ship out a package. I was unable to get the package shipped out because of an issue with the system of the company I was shipping to, but despite all of that, the service I received was very good. I was quickly greeted by Bruce. He was very helpful, and tried a few different things to get my package shipped out. He was patient and friendly throughout it all even though it was frustrating not being able to generate the label. I appreciate the service I received and will definitely be back. read more

I won't go anywhere else. Every single guy in this store is s friendly and helpful. Always polite. They are all fast , you can walk in with 10 people in line and before you start to try to stomp your feet your next. It's nice that they even take the time to get to know you. You can tell they have there regular customer because of the smiles that go on in there. They never keep taking about personal stuff like some offices do when there is a line of people. I've seen how rude and harsh he can be with the young men that he hires, but just right nowI called to ask what time they closed and was going to ask if they shipped a particular product . I have recently had to go to UPS many times for many different requirements. Just in the past month, I have had to do multiple Live Scans, notaries, and various mailings. I have been so pleased by the excellent customer service at this store. It is so nice to see a store running so smoothly. Getting treated with kindness even while just doing a quick Amazon return makes the day better! Dave has been very helpful in notarizing all of our documents, and all of the staff have been great at taking care of customers. I will continue to choose to drive to this UPS location over any of the other UPS stores in the surrounding area. This store has the best customer service on the phone and on-site. Despite busy hours, they are always courteous and so their best to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. Clean, efficient, well air-conditioned and presentable. Bruce did a great job of helping me at the counter, he was cool too. They had lots of parking too. This is a great location to drop off and pick up packages. I had to pick up a package here a few weeks ago. They were quick and friendly. A few days later I dropped off another package and they were just as quick and friendly as the first time. The store is big and very clean, much nicer than other locations I have been to. Recently they hired this young girl I don't know if it's maybe her first job I'm not sure what it is but she's so abrasive she's so rude and condescending. I dread having to go to The UPS store I having to deal with her. I've only ever shipped one thing at this location. I honestly have no idea how shipping works but Bruce is a very friendly helpful non-intimidating person that helped me ship out a big package that I sold online. I have been here multiple times in the past mostly because I needed to print something out and I use the UPS printer. I have always been treated very respectfully and even when the store has been super busy I am always greeted. Literally every worker at the store has treated me good.
