Went in there to print paper for my father's funeral and first off the tall Asian guy expressed his condolences, which was thoughtful. Next he wasn't getting my email and knew that I had at&t for service and his store was a dead spot, he then proceeded to tell me to go tell me exactly where to go so my phone could work. To me that's excellent customer service. He made me feel welcomed to the point I wanted to do more business with him. I call to ask for help on a damaged item one of them employees working 12:30 pm was so unprofessional and rude. He tells me he can't help me because claims are different or have to be done by another person so he keeps telling me he clearly can't help me so we keep going back and forth so I hang up and he had the AUDACITY to call me back so continue to argue with me saying he's trynna help me when 10 seconds before I hung up he clearly told me he didn't. So when he called me back and I didn't want his help anymore because I was calling another store trying to figure it out he kept arguing with me saying he's a good guy and I don't know what so me being 8 months pregnant I'm not gonna deal with attitude so I give him attitude back and he decides to hang up rudely and when my partner calls back to speak to a manager he argues with her and refuses and is being super rude . So when we finally speak with a manager they're being rude as well saying what did I DO TO HIS EMPLOYEE because he's been knowing his employee so I had to clearly done something to him . I record all my phone conversations for safety reasons so I have all my recordings to back me up. So unprofessional if he doesn't like his job he shouldn't be working there. It's the fact that he had the audacity to call me back that shows how much of a child he is to argue with a pregnant woman just because she's upset because he told her he can't help her. UPS should stand for Unacceptable Professional Skills. I have a UPS Business account that I use often and I use this location to drop off my packages. Very common and simple procedure and never any issues. However, on a recent shipment which I process on line, I had a problem printing out the label so I decided to take the package along with the shipping information including the tracking # to this location. The owner of the store asked to help me. I have dealt with him several times before and has for the most part been capable but today when I came in and explained my problem, he seemed to have no interest at all in trying to help me resolve my problem. He kept telling me that I need to call the customer service number. I explained to him either way I would need to come back to this location to ship the package and if he could help me resolve the problem it would save me a trip. Again, he directed me to call the 800 #. I left the store frustrated thinking, with all the business I give UPS, you would expect to get better service than that. Unfortunately I did not have much better results with the customer service rep that I got on the phone as he gave me the complete Incorrect instructions on how to resolve my problem. I don't go to the ups store that often. Once in a while. Usually the people inside the store greets you. Well yesterday I went t just to drop off a package. The lady behind the desk was very unprofessional, very impolite No good morning or how can I help you. As I put the package on the desk. Their phone rings. She starts talking on the phone and forget about me. I said to her very polite. Can you just scan my cell all the info it's in the scan. She did scan my phone gave me my receipt while she was still on the phone and I left. No thank you. Like the customer in front of her doesn't exist. I run a business too. Customer is first. I've used their printing, scanning, faxing, and even fingerprinting services and it's always been a pleasant, quick, and inexpensive experience. I used to rely on Fedex Kinkos by the quad but recently had a really bad experience with a rude and lazy employee that ended up costing me more money than it should have, due to him not feeling that I really needed assistance. Outstanding service!!!!! I work for Bmw and have to deliver outstanding service to clientele that often is unreasonable or working alternate angles so I'm fairly easy to please. I walked in to the store and had the pleasure of working with Jesse who greeted me while assisting a client. I had to ship luggage to New York City. I had a substantial amount and had done my research so I estimated about $300 to $400 of expense. After conversing Jesse made some recommendations that brought the expense down to $143...wow!!! But it doesn't end there. About 2 hours later I realized I forgot to include a suit, so we back to ship it, which should have cost another $60. Jesse recommended repackaging the original package. He did so himself on the fly so that he could get it on the same shipment which only cost an additional $10. He refused a tip insisting it was "his" job. WOW!!! I have no particular love for UPS or shipping stores, but this place is incredible. I've had a PO Box here for over a year, and not only have I gotten great value out of it, I've been offered terrific service and a friendly greeting each time. The place is always clean, and the employees are always polite -- especially Bruce, who is so knowledgeable and helpful about so many shipping-related things. He's really helped make my ebay selling and online trading experiences much easier! Plus, he's open Sundays and gives discounts on shipping if you have a PO Box. He's also helped me package and re-package stuff on occasion, to save me money or to provide for better shipping. Plus, everything shipped comes with tracking and insurance automatically. With any size PO Box, even their smallest, I was able to receive packages of any size (and its cheaper in some cases to send to me because its not a residence), and receive email alerts when I received a package. Often, I can even come on the weekends or even at midnight to pick up my package just be sending them an email beforehand to arrange things. I know most people don't think they need "shipping services', but that's because most people have never had good service and don't know what they are missing. I moved away nearly 20 miles, and still came here for all my shipping needs because they go out of their way to make the whole experience easy and comfortable for me and I know I'm not going to get a better price anywhere else (or if I am, they'll tell me!). Bruce is extraordinary, and you can see that his knowledge and professionalism rubs off on the people he hires. If you can though, stop by sometime and say hi to Bruce. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYWHERE!!! Wow! The owner, Bruce, and his staff chased down a mis-delivered package from out of state, and then went to La Mirada to retrieve it, and let us know they had the package with apologies and apologies that it was their fault it had gone astray, and that it had been opened by the company at the wrong place. The staff and owner at this location are exceptionally helpful. I needed to ship something ASAP to Japan, and knew it would be expensive. Bruce, the owner, did his best to make it as inexpensive as he could. I really appreciate that, because he really didn't have to. Great convenient location on the end of a very busy strip mall, you enter from 2 very busy cross streets into a spacious parking lot. Bruce who is the owner is very professional and understands what needs to be done and is great at figuring out solutions to concerns to meet his customers requests. Bruce and his staff were extremely helpful in processing my UPS shipment to a good friend in Ohio. I was uncertain of how I was going to ship such bulky items, however, Bruce took the initiative to properly package my shipment. He was able to save my some money by consolidating 2 huge and bulky items into one box! He even took the time to properly divide and the two items by cutting out another piece of cardboard and placing it in between, so to protect them.
