    This is my go-to UPS store. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. Today I had 12 individual Amazon items to return. All 12 codes had to be scanned and processed. It took me a while to pull up the Amazon return codes from my cell phone as my cellphone reception was a tad slow inside the store. Isaiah was the representative that assisted me. He was helpful and very patient with me. I owe him a coffee or tea (offered by me) because his positive demeanor and patience was very helpful for me. Thank you Isaiah and great location overall !

    Having them return Amazon items is the best. Also do my notarizing there. Never had any issues. Great staff as well

    I just got a notary done and had great, fast, friendly service. I even got a discount for checking in at Yelp. Would recommend!

    First, this was a second attempt to take care of an important concern that required me to email…read morefour different sets of documents, with one set consisting of 48 pages. I first attempted to do this twice on Saturday, June 13 at the FedEx Norwalk location. Needless to say, I wasn't successful and kept getting an error message. First I didn't select enough money. Secondly, an error message occurred saying that the file was too large. This error kept happening. Therefore I asked for help, and the only available attendant said "just resend it in 2 or more emails. There is no extra charge." I tried that and it still didn't work. I felt defeated. And I didn't want to send 4 to 5 different emails. So I left because she appeared to be free but working on something in the background. And verbally instructing me to do something and not giving me the attention that I required. So I left. Sunday I went to a different FedEx. The location in Whittier on Whittier Blvd. Robert and Mark both eased my worrying and successfully completed the task that I required. They compressed the file and sent it to my email. Because of this, I was able to send one email with the 5 different sets of documents. I was more than thankful for their kind service. So I decided to write this and show my appreciation for excellent service. Robert and Mark, thank you for going out of your way to make this happen. They took the time & listened to me and solved my issue. They didn't brush me off. They took the time to physically help me. No fobbing off at this location. Thank you Robert and Mark.

RUDE and disappointing to say the least . Especially From the Owner Liandra and also the older Veterano guy that would give these rude faces . I asked just wanted to express myself without yelling or no cursing, and she Went from 0 to 300 mph ! Horrible Service , I expected more . Especially paying nearly $400.00 for a mailbox . She does NOT Value Her customers ... Just Go to Google Reviews and You will see there as well ! The only reason Why I did not give a 1 star Review some of the employees including her Son Gabriel were ALWAYS.......very nice and pleasant . I was at postal annex la habra for 8 years . It was for a Reason until they closed down . They had great service ! I had been to a couple of other mailbox center that that were good too . By far this was one PAK Mail LA habra was the worse . DO NOT USE! BEWARE of Liandra ! she is fake and phony as they get ! DO NOT LEAVE A TIP EITHER , its just disingenous show ! A smoke screen ! The only reason why I tried this place was because they are mom-and-pop . I genuinely like to support mom and pop businesses . I even wanted to try to net work with them, Which was taken out of context . Anyways I learned what Not To do , and I am Happy with my new mailbox center service So far.

    Took 12 days to get a package that should have been to me in 4 days FedEx is the worst I would…read morenever do business with them again .they led me in circles with no answer over n over again ..this company needs to b shut down

    Would give a 0 star review if I could…read more I received a package on 2/6, the driver basically tossed the package on to my porch and left it in plain sight of the street and sidewalk , besides having specific instructions not to do that , it was just pure laziness and disrespect from the driver. About 2-3 minutes after my delivery an individual came on to my porch and grabbed not only my package from FedEx but several other Amazon packages that were correctly delivered out of site. Amazon quickly refunded me for the items even though it wasn't their driver that blatantly made the mistake. I contacted the shipper just incase but they told me to contact FedEx since it was their driver. I have been on a long phone battle back and forth with FedEx , all they keep telling me is that the package says it was delivered and that's that . Not sure how the way their " trained " driver isn't responsible for incorrectly delivering my package that resulted in theft . I have received 2 voicemails from a Josie , first said the same as the rest . I called back 3 times during business hours and then finally received a phone call late in the evening which I missed because I was at work . The voicemail said they're closing the case and that they had tried to reach me 4 times which is a complete fabrication . I posted the video on my next door app and one of my neighbors showed me a video from their ring camera of my driver and the individual that stole my packages talking and having a laugh about it . This is completely disgusting and the fact that FedEx will not assume responsibility. What a joke this company is. I have sent my own videos along with my neighbors, the voicemails and screen shots of call logs to the authority's and several news outlets. FedEx had the chance to make this right but declined .
