I go here all the time, maybe weekly, to return amazon packages. I LOVE that there is a kiosk with two stations where you can return without even having to get in line or talking to a human. You just scan your Qr code, print a label, put the label on a bag with your item, and dump it in the bin. You don't even need a box or tape, they handle it all! I also usually get my refund fully processed and returned within a few hours. It is SO easy. When I do have real packages, they are always quick and helpful. I feel like they understand what I need easily and I can just ask for something and get it. Always verifying addresses, printing receipts, being helpful in whatever way they can. I feel like they do go above and beyond here. Whether it's letting me use a little of their tape or getting me detailed tracking, I always walk in the door with a need and walk out with the need fulfilled. They rock! read more

I came to this page to check if they'd be open on Memorial Day and was shocked at all of the negative reviews. I've had a UPS box at this location for a few years now and I always enjoy going in. And I'm really not that agreeable of a person. I have plenty of complaints about customer service experiences and have left very negative reviews of other establishments. I will say that I've witnessed a lot of unreasonable and impatient boomers while in there to pick up my packages. Rude service, came in and there were 4 people sitting around. 1 in a chair in the back on their phone, one laying against the back counter, 2 at the front just leaning against the counter. The male associate was busy processing an order when I arrived and tried to convince me to use the self-help kiosk. I had both arms full of items and explained I'd rather wait to be helped. He again tried to convince me to try it and he didn't seem to notice I was struggling to carry my items for return along with my keys and phone (no purse or pockets on me!) She said it needed an additional box even though it was already inside of a box, because it was a sharp object. I asked what my options were and she said you could buy a $10 box. There is ALWAYS an issue at this store, I only go in when I absolutely have to. Sent a package with a ceramic figure last year, paid over $300 for THEM to pack it properly..it arrived broken in pieces. Went in today to return something & it took 3 of them who were goofing off to try to read a blurry tracking number from their printer, and were ultimately unsuccessful... until I had to ask them to use a different computer & they were like "well we still have to figure out the printer issue" .. yea, use your logic & do that later- be efficient & get the customer out the door by using a different computer/printer in the meantime?! They walked me through the process step-by-step with greatly appreciated patience. To my surprise, even the manager came out to see if he could help when he heard us. Not sure how they managed to send one package and lose the other but hey if you choose to ship out of here you've got a 50/50 shot of it reaching your destination. Called to have them look for my package and never got a call back despite being told I would so we'll see how long it takes them to file the claim for me since you can't file it online yourself. When I went they had one person who didn't know what he has doing but I assumed we would be fine with the other guy. Clearly not the case. Find anywhere else to ship your stuff from. I'll update with how long the claim takes. 10/11 - Went through shipping process for two packages 10/18 - Package 1 estimated delivery date (missed) 10/20 - Package 2 estimated delivery date (delivered) 10/26 - Call and ask where package 1 is, don't hear back despite following up same day 11/1 - Call to have them submit claim Wish they would take some initiative and actually look for the package since it apparently never got shipped but I guess that would be asking too much. read more

This UPS now charges you to print your PDF label. It costs $2 to print a single piece of paper. Talk about nickel and dime! They used to print for you if you emailed them. It costs them a penny. Go to literally any other UPS store, or FedEx in general. read more

I came here to return several items to Amazon and the transaction became a little more difficult than it needed to be. The convenience factor was awesome but the guy behind the desk helping me didn't double check his work and I almost lost out on one of my refunds do to an almost fail of the return. Luckily I figured out the issue before I left the parking lot. I went back in and another employee had to jump in to fix the perform. So my takeaway on this is if you have a single return this is a great place to do it but if you have more than one at the same time double check your receipts and returns to verify everything was processed properly. With all the negative reviews I had to write my experience with this store... It has been nothing but excellent idk why another reviewer would say they goof around... because I have never seen it.. and I go in there at least one time a week.. 2 times more often when I'm mailing out for my job...or if I have a Amazon return.. like I said they are great.. recently I had a garage door opener.. and I ordered the overhead one.. and there wasn't enough space.. so I had to get a side mounted one... so I had to return it well instead of going to Amazon it needed to go back to the manufacturer which meant I needed a printer to print out a label.. and I think it had batteries in it.. so I needed that battery sticker too... and I didn't have a printer... so I just forwarded my Amazon return label to them. Needed to get a package shipped asap. The closest UPS Store was only a few blocks away but it was 30 min. before closing time. Got there with 10 min. so spare. When I tried the door it was locked, the employee came to the door and when I pointed out is was still 10 min. before closing time she got very snotty and said my clock must be wrong because hers said it was 6:30. I guess the clock on my phone, in my car, in front of the bank and every where else in town was also "wrong". Can't stand rude behavior from anyone, never mind people working in customer service. Really not sure what the issue is at this UPS. It used to be convenient to stop in and handle Amazon returns here, but I stopped going after one of my returns (that I watched get scanned in!) somehow disappeared. Stopped in yesterday to drop off some stamped outgoing mail and there were two employees with a line of customers waiting to ship. I asked the young woman who was working if she could just take my mail (the outgoing mail slot is visible but sort of behind the counter and I didn't want to overstep). She gave me a weird look and said "I'm sorry"...like, what? You can't take my mail and drop it into the slot while you're waiting for the other employee to help you? She may have been very new and maybe she didn't get much training because it seemed like she wasn't really sure what she was doing, but the guy was busy looking up a tracking number for someone who had left a package for pickup on Friday and it never got scanned, so beware! read more

I was near the Woodinville UPS store so I decided to drop off two Amazon return packages, both already packed and labeled. I usually use my local mail store, and I expected the usual quick, easy drop off. But no. There were two customers in the store, but the door was locked. Outside, the line of three people had to wait to be buzzed in, one customer at a time. The store refused to permit more than two people into the store. The sign on the door was the usual one now, no masks required for vaccinated customers. After standing at the back of the line for several minutes, with no one leaving and therefore no one entering the store, I had to leave. It was not only a huge waste of time, it was just stupid to not allow more customers into the store. There was plenty of room to socially distance inside, and if we just had to drop off a package, no interaction was even necessary. If they are this afraid of resuming semi normal business, pursuant to the State Governor's and the CDC's mandates and guidelines, they should not be open. Nowhere else have I come across this form of restricted access except for the State Licensing Offices during the worst of the pandemic, late last year (2020). Nowhere in our state does this anymore because it's neither required nor necessary. read more

Before I realized there was another ups store close to me I would go to the ups store in Woodinville. I would be so anxious before I went because I knew I would be chastised for not having my label printed out. This has happened to me several times. Now they have a new excuse for not helping with the label. My phone did not get internet in there and they would not help me get internet because they said they have no Wi-Fi. What liars. No decency. I can't stand straight up liars. I will never step foot in that store again. I should add that when we got there the doors were locked with the sign that said they were short staffed and they were in there putting everything together for the UPS driver who was there and they locked out the customers. No wonder they are short staffed. It must be miserable working there. Lying is not acceptable. I would like to add that the UPS store in Kirkland on 124th is amazing. We had requested a return on Amazon, a simple pickup by UPS that we have done many times. The driver knocks on your door, you hand them a package, and off they go to return it to Amazon. Except a couple weeks ago, the driver didn't knock on the door. He saw a package on our doorstep with a USPS label on it and assumed that was the package. In fact, that package had just been delivered by... USPS. It was a handmade gift for my wife of a gold necklace with our daughters birth date on it, certainly not an Amazon return. The story continues -- we contacted UPS to alert them to the issue, and having spent 2 hours, talking to 4 customer service reps at the Woodinville and general customer service line, along with 2 supervisors, we finally got to the bottom of it. They put an immediate return to sender alert on the package and guaranteed it would be returned to us "in Woodinville" ASAP. Then we watched as it continued its way to Las Vegas, Amazon's return HQ. Today we just spoke with another UPS employee who said the label on the package had Amazon as the sender, since it was a return and therefore was "returned" to Amazon. So now... thanks to a UPS driver who did not follow the regulations of having to collect the package from an adult, our precious gift is now with Amazon. Having spoken with the another UPS rep today, he said Amazon will have to sort out the problem now since they have it. This is an outrageous excuse! Your employee did not follow protocol, your customer service reps wrongly identified it would be returned to us, and todays rep told us it was Amazon's problem to deal with now, this leaves me and my wife with more hours of work to try and reclaim this package. Stop stealing packages from my doorstep UPS - I am sick of this situation! read more

She talked at the man who had just finished for several minutes...he didn't respond or say a word back....all the while people were entering the small store. Dropped my package off at 3:30pm, the delivery truck left at 4:30pm yet the older man who works there didn't bother to assist in getting my package on the truck and just tossed the package aside. What is usually overnight shipping ended up getting to the recipient a day late. Total waste of time of money and time. read more

Friendly yes, but this pace is disgusting, cramped and extremely unorganized. I have only been in here twice because of convenience but each time there were boxes all over the place, filing boxes with papers hanging out of the boxes. An employee here was rude to my wife and unhelpful when trying to ship an international package. The employee said that a package sent to this country would "never arrive", a pretty prejudiced thing to say, even though we're sending to a trusted non-profit. My husband and I both use this UPS store for mailing family packages overseas to handling basic Amazon and other online store returns. We have ALWAYS been happy with the service received. Even when these folks are busy, they are friendly and helpful. We had a crooked Amazon seller who claimed they never got our return. I had lost my receipt (shame on me) and when I called the UPS store, I was given the tracking number, the date/time of delivery and even the guy's name who signed for the package! Good luck finding that kind of service at USPS. To the woman who wanted a greeting when dropping something in a box - get a friend. I am glad to have a place to safely leave my packages, I don't need a "thank you" when they are providing me with a service. These guys are great and I will continue to use them regularly. read more
