I ship the exact same item every week from another UPS location for about $26. Then another employee came over and changed the price to $39, plus the cost of a box. I was told that the box would be delivered to my home on Friday but it didn't arrive until Monday. What happened wasn't the store's fault but the driver who said they attempted delivery but did not. We were home the whole time they said they would deliver as they gave us a timeframe, then I got a message on my phone that they attempted delivery but they did not. On that Monday I saw a UPS delivery truck in our neighborhood and asked the driver about my package that I was having delivered to myself and he said it was not on the truck. So he said he would make a note of it when he got back to the office. However, a few hours later, I see this same driver carrying my box up to my front door and that was very nice of him since he knew I had been waiting for it since Friday.
