These shipping type stores are often a catch all for a variety of services, Going Postal is no exception to this rule. You can pay your utility bills, FAX something, get copies made, ship a package anywhere in the world, get packing materials, rent a mailbox, get a giant banner printed, use a computer to check your email, buy a greeting card for a friend, heck you can even get a jar of locally made honey! And for those of you who suffer from allergies, that honey might be the thing you want to buy first. Rose and the rest of her staff are all great and happy to help you with whatever job you need to get done. This is one of those stores you will come to depend on for a variety of reasons (not the least of that Steve's Stationary is gone) and they will always come thru no matter how big the job. read more

They have courteous service. But they charged me $10 X3 for a signature delivery. Later I found out that due to COVID the drivers are not getting signatures. The UPS store should have known this and not offered that service. None of the recipients were asked for a signature. They were just left sitting outside waiting for the Porch Pirates to steal. read more

I needed to send off a camera rental and decided to go straight to a UPS store compared to a third party courier. I'm new to the area, so googled where the closest UPS store was. I was greeted by the sweetest lady around. She helped me with mailing out my package in a timely fashion. Great people and great service! read more

Update to previous review. My discontent finally came to the attention of the general manager, Jackie. She listened to my concerns and promised to follow through. She has been professional and did everything she promised to correct the situation. She has some new experienced people helping in the store to correct the wrongs of the past 6 months. UPDATE: I contacted the UPS Store office as suggested, via email, as per their reply. I got an email back telling me how important it was that they resolve the matter, how important my satisfaction was, etc etc. 8 days later, absolutely nothing. I just tried to call their office, was met with a rude, nasty customer service agent. THE WORST!!!! read more

Worst customer service I have ever seen. They have me email shipping labels that took me about 15 minutes and then tell me they can't print them because there printer is down and don't know when it will be up and running again. The guy up front had the worst attitude as well. read more

I went in today (Sunday) and there are packages everywhere. I was picking up something that came in Friday but the line was too long to wait to get it then. So today I ask the guy if he's put out mail because I haven't gotten anything in 3 days. He said no and he was too busy yesterday to put it out. He's not sure when it was put out last. This store is so understaffed it's ridiculous. I run a business and get my personal mail here. This is so unacceptable. read more

A few weeks ago I was pleased to encounter friendly and professional staff at The UPS Store in Yucca Valley. I had documents to notarize, copies to make, and questions about shipping. Rebecca and Deborah notarized my documents and even pointed out a couple errors that needed to be fixed. Their attention to detail is very much appreciated. Joe and Abby helped me with various other requests. Their willingness to explain things to me while not exhibiting stress even with many customers waiting for services made me feel heard and important. I was charged $3 to email so I can get charged $4 to print a 24x36 plan. copy enter only charges $2.39 per print and doesn't charge you an email fee. What a rip off the UPS store is. read more

the UPS hub in yucca valley is the worst delivery service in the country management needs to fire everyone and start over ! I have lost count of all the packages that have been lost or returned to sender without us being notified that they were waiting for pick up yes we have to go pick up our packages because UPS won,t drive up our driveway, but FED EX does and so does the post office ! read more

Stopped in this store last week for a quick ship off as we were passing through town. We had a horrible experience with the young man with long hair. He was impatient and misquoted us several times before we got the right price. He was rude and the entire experience was atrocious. We would never stop here again. I generally do not give an entire store a bad review for the behavior of a single employee, but this rating is an accurate reflection of our experience and how we were treated. read more

This is probably the biggest ripoff I've have ever experienced. Went to store #6968 in Yucca Valley to ship a painting to a friend , unframed. It's going from Yucca Valley to Prescott Arizona. They slapped some bubble wrap around it taped two card board boxes together size approximately 30" X 42" X .5 inch. Had the balls to charge $207.25. Pluse $42.85 shipping. A very valuable lesson learned. NEVER EVER WILL I USE UPS AGAIN FOR ANY REASON. I'll go out of my way to use Fedex or United States Post Office. NOTHING. I REPEAT NOTHING THEY DID JUSTIFIED THAT PRICE. It would have been cheaper for me to have it delivered by UBER. read more

2 weeks ago I dropped off a package that already had a label on it, and a female employee told me "next time you don't need to wait in line, you can just leave it on the counter!" 4 days ago, on Monday morning, I went in, only one employee was in the empty store, and I asked, "can I drop this off on the counter?" and the male employee looked me right in the eyes and said "Sure!" Well, now it's been 4 days and the package was never scanned as received, no updates, the package was to be delivered 3 hours away and should be delivered/about to be delivered, the recipient cancelled the order, and I am screwed out of a very expensive jacket that meant a LOT to me, it was hard to part with, and UPS basically just stole it from me. Never going back, never using them again. I usually drop off at other drop off centers and never had an issue. I called the store to ask where my package was and they just said "It's gone, sorry, nothing we can do - we aren't even owned by UPS, we're just a private company, maybe you should call HQ!" Absolutely terrible. I've owned an online shop for 10 years and have had tens of thousands of orders, I ship constantly. In over 10K packages I shipped similarly through USPS, I never have had USPS fail to scan my packages and prompty lose them. I believe the employees at this store stole my package. I have several local friends who run similar businesses as I do and they all said they had the same things happen to them when they went to this location and refuse to use UPS for those reasons. I'd suggest they investigate employee theft, but considering this has been an ongoing issue for years at this location, I'd say the theft is happening at the management level. read more

Don't go here if you need to print something digital. They charge $2/ sheet for sending them an email of what you need printed. Other copy centers do that for free. Other services are fairly priced. B&w copies are only 10 cents and notary service is $15. Staff was nice. read more

I do give this place the 5 stars there always so nice and kind but when i went in to tell them my package arrived they kept saying no not here and they would search the tracking number and it wouldn't show that it was there until he spotted it very last minute if not i would of had to leave for the 2 time :/ , BECAUSE i did go in on a Friday and they had told me that it was not there .... then the man suggested maybe the driver said he delivered it and he didnt . Whenever I need to pay a utility bill or when i need to fax something or make photocopies, this is where I go. Always friendly and helpful with the things that they offer. cash only for bills but other than that plenty of parking and smiles to go around. would recommend 10/10 for anyone in yucca valley. read more
