Not only was he really knowledgeable and all of the options, but he was very personable, and made extra suggestions on how to handle my package with care. I wish I could leave a compliment on an employee page, but I googled and could not find anything but complaints. It was not very expensive and my package will get there in a timely manner.

This was very frustrating and felt pointless, especially since Staples is promoted as a valid drop-off point for this service.
