I found The Vapery + CBD on Google while searching for THC alternatives and decided to stop by I'm really glad I did. Yuliana was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took her time explaining everything and made me feel comfortable asking questions, which I really appreciated. It was my first time trying a mushroom chocolate bar, and she walked me through exactly how it works and how to take it, which made the whole experience feel a lot less intimidating. Yuliana is such a kind soul, and you can tell she really cares about helping people find what works for them. The store itself has a little bit of everything , from CBD products to mushroom chocolate bars, plus a really cool selection of bongs and accessories. You can tell they put thought into what they carry. Overall, great customer service and a solid variety of products. I'll definitely be stopping by again soon to try more things. read more

Stellar CBD/CBG cream and customer service. You can tell they really care and take pride in the quality of the things they sell. We weren't sure about the selection because of how pricey it was, but they were generous enough to let us try some and it relieved a lot of soreness/swelling. We searched so many places to find good vape juice. Finally stopped at the Vapery. They had SO many good flavors, they let you smell them and make sure you have exactly what you want. The employees are kind, personable and knowledgeable. It's also very clean inside which is important. They also have great deals on products! It was super hurtful to say the least. How do you treat a great customer like that. Zero people skills. I will never go back there.

When he was ringing me up, I asked him to check my points card to see if I had an extra one coming before I paid for my vape juices, and he said that's not the way we do it. I asked if he could check anyway, and he said OK, but I'm just trying to help you out, sweetheart. When he looked at my card, he said see you're way off, not even close. Unnecessary. And that's not the point, the point was I would like to know where I'm at on my card before he tells me to pay. Then today Bob was there and as he was ringing me up this time he asked for my name, which I thought meant he was gonna check my points card before he had me pay for my juice. He didn't and instead told me to pay and have a blessed day and asked the next person behind me what he needed before he even found and looked at my card. I said I'd like to see what's on my card first. Turns out I was on my last checkmark, which means one of my vape juices would've been free, had I not been told to paid for it beforehand. I told him that's why I like to check before paying, and he said well you didn't say anything, you should've said something. I reminded him of the last time I had asked him to check first and how he told me that's not how we do it. He said he never said that. I let him know that yes he did indeed say that exact thing to me and that's why I was hesitant to ask this time. He just kept saying no I didn't and refused to take responsibility or apologize or have any semblance of customer service whatsoever. Again, just because he says have a blessed day doesn't mean he's not being condescending as hell. The only reason I'm giving happy days any stars right now is because of the owner, Sam. He is amazing and has never ever been rude. He always makes me feel welcome and I always leave the store with a smile on my face when he is there. Bob on the other hand just makes me feel like shit when I go in and I leave wondering what the hell just happened. Bob is the soul reason I'm not coming back, which is disappointing since this has been my go to vape shop for a few years now.
