He told me he couldn't sell me the water on my credit card because it was to inexpensive. Also he didn't have change for $100 bill. Also the water was 1.25 and I also had a $1 bill on me but he said I couldn't owe him 25 cents and for me to maybe go next door for water. I have never been more disappointed and disrespected by a manager where I spend thousands of dollars. This guy has to be one of the biggest idiots I've ever encountered.
