I was warned prior to going here that this mall is a pretty crappy mall. Let me say this and you can draw your own conclusions: The department stores are JC Penney, Sears, Old Navy, Sprouts, and Walmart AND it's not even a 24 hour Walmart. There are about 6 crappy stores here and the only reasons I would go back is if it was for work again or because I moved across the street and wanted some of the Chipotle in the parking lot. read more

The shops here are modern and nice. The restaurant are name brand. This is a perfect place for a date night or just stroll style shopping

This place is a joke! There are barely any stores anymore. I went today to Ross to get a white elephant gift. My daughter wanted to go on those mechanical car toys. 1 out of the 4 worked. Two of them took my money and never returned it. I called for assistance. The "security " officer came to "assist" me. He said he all he could do is put an out of order sign. I asked about the two dollars o lost to those stupid things and he said he couldn't give me money back. It's just two dollars, won't break my bank, but he was such a jerk about it. So I walked away. Instead of placing an out of order sign on the broken machines, he decided he wanted to follow me out the door. I mean, yup i was such a threat. no wonder that place is going down hill. The customer service it beyond a disappointment. I called and left a message for management but if this is what I encountered in person I highly doubt anything will be done by management. It is very nice to look at and not expensive Mall. Parking is almost always possible to quickly find a place. Though always crowded.

The mall itself never seems packed but yet the parking is terrible. The food court sucks... I really only come here to get my nails done. Other than that, I don't really have any reason to come to this mall. read more

This place is great. It's clean and the people there are nice. I like that there are not a lot of places to shop. This keeps kids and out-of-towners away. I think this place is geared towards locals and adults. They have world market and trader joes here, which is awesome. The location is convenient for the people of orange, villa park and Anaheim hills. read more

This little mall has so much to offer with diverse number of shops. The food court leaves much to be desired though!

The Villiage at Orange was just recently renovated a couple years ago. It is much nicer now than it was before. But it still lacking a lot of high end stores. The only reason I go to the village at Orange is for lunch or dinner at Todai. Other than that, there really isn't much to do there. read more

My first instinct is to give this place 1 star, but I'm hopeful that it'll turn around and be lively once again. If you grew up in the area like I did, you would remember the shopping center as The Orange Mall. It was the happening place back then... til we got our driving licenses and hung out at Mainplace or The Block (aka City Drive). I'm not sure when it started to go downhill but I remember a few years ago stopping by and was shocked by the new name. Once inside I saw so many new stores and a whole bunch of coming soon signs in empty spaces. Anyone remember Busy Bee? I used to buy their box of crispy noodles for $1. That just tells you how long ago that was because what can you buy these days for a $1?!!! Anyway, The Village is not worth stopping by unless you're going to Walmart or World Market. If that's the case, don't waste your time going into the mall. World Market is connected to the mall but it has it's own entrance. Walmart is a stand alone building. read more

I really like this mall and have always enjoyed shopping there, my only complaint is with all the construction! I am very glad they are improving, I just wish it was a little easier to navigate between stores and the indoor mall! I am in a wheelchair, and my companions also have some mobility issues. I come in off the bus and it is a very long trip around to find the right door that will let me inside! Since the weather is becoming so hot, the trip has become rather exhausting! But I will still come because I love the staff at Walmart and McDonald's and I hope to be able to visit Subway again soon! read more

If I could give no stars I would . This is in regards to their Easter bunny . Arrived at 2:28 and they said sorry can't take a picture, we are going on break ( the break is at 3:00) they would return at 3:30. So we waited for thirty min and they came back and the guy started laughing saying the bunny was going to be another 15 min . Horrible customer service !!! read more

Don't ever go to Kay's jewelers unless you get a firm repair cost estimate. Dropped a gold watch there got an approximate guesstimate turned out to be $150 more than the estimate. Was never notified about the increase in costs or given the option of whether to get it repaired or not a total rip off I feel totally cheated they would never read more

Before they started adding more stores it was crappy. Now that they've gotten more stores and reduced restaurants it's still crappy. Everything that's outside of the mall, basically what's hiding it, probably makes the "village." read more

Sad little mall with empty stores and horrid food. Don't come here. The only unique store is the old country and western clothing store which should tell you something. Namely that this mall saw its heyday when westerns were on TV. The decent restaurants are on the outside and other side of the mall. No bookstore, no game store no coffee shop. If your idea of shopping is Wal Mart and Penney this is the place for you. There's nothing here you can't find in any mall in the county with better parking. read more

This mall needs better stores!!! Wish it had a forever 21 and victorias secret at least! it's always very clean. Love going there though because there are a lot of nearby stores. Theres target and best buy right on the other street, in the same plaza theres jamba juice, chipotle, coffee bean. read more

Walmart, and I agree not the best place to shop but I come here because its convenient and I can shop anywhere :) I have to admit subway at the food court delish and great costumer service always happy with my sandwich :) oh parking sucks! Ive been going here since I was a kid and I still just call it "orange mall". Its nothing big and they have a lot of big stores missing, but for a quick trip to grab something or to just roam it's fine. The center of the mall is nice to just sit and relax and people watch. Cost plus is my fav store and I love roaming in there even when I dont have $ to buy anything. I find myself there every two weeks or so, and I'm sure that wont change. read more

Went here recently and it's still the same for being a somewhat dead zone mall. Like sure they added a couple more stores but they also closed some that were part of my childhood ;-; anyways I find this mall actually more crowded than the mall in Buena Park and would prefer to go to this one since it has so many restaurants and businesses nearby. This place needs a facelift and botox. Not a great selection of stores, but the few that are here are affordable.

This place used to be good... now it's just- EMPTY. Don't go here, guaranteed disappointment for people looking to hang out with friends and have a good time. It has only about 5 stores or so and now NOT EVEN HALF a food court because of the stupid beauty store. read more

This mall has got everything you need. Easy to park, great places to eat from Red Robin Yum! to City Wok and Panera Bread! an anchor blue just opened and their are great fashion stores like Fashion Q and Melissa bleu always a great price for trendy clothes and favorites like Wet Seal and Pac Sun too. The Village at Orange has everything you need a great place to get a hair cut or your nails done too! I definately recommend this mall to my friends! read more

This poor mall is hanging on by a thread, I have been coming here since I was a little kid ans this is as empty as I have ever seen it. If things do not change for The Village soon it will go under. I will try to make a few purchases a year here to try and help it survive, to anyone in the area try to do the same because it could be the difference of someone having a job or not. read more

The Village at Orange is a calm and smaller mall. We were coming back from Downtown Disney when we saw the mall. Some of the stores include: A HUGE Sears, Ulta, Claire's, Kay Jewlers, Famous Footwear, and more. The place also has a lot of dining options such as Panera Bread and Olive Garden. Walmart, Homegoods, Ross, Party City, And World Market are also in the center. Overall newly remodeled mall with some good stores. read more

This place is fun to walk around. So many nice shops and the area is so well capped. It's just a relaxing place to go.

The "mall Santa" experience really needs work. Our son has autism and requires a tiny bit of consideration to ensure that he has access according to the ADA. My husband was abused by the "helper" who not only did not assist my husband with purchasing the ONE package they have available, he was rude, nasty, and simply said "go print them online yourself I can't help you." Terrible, awful experience bordering on violation of the ADA. Truly disappointed with our treatment, particularly in the holiday season. read more

I guess my money is no good at #TheVillageAtOrange. They cannot wait to kick you out! #JCPenney locked us in before 9pm and forced us with 3 kids to walk ALL THE WAY AROUND THE MALL because they were too lazy to re-open the gate. They said the mall was closed anyway. I'm lucky to be blessed with good health but what if I was in a wheelchair or disabled? Would it not be worth 1 minute to unlock a door to make a customer happy vs making me fear for my safety? I regret giving them my business! #fail. read more

I remember coming to "the Orange mall" when I was younger. It was one of my favorite things to do with my mom on Sundays, we would ride the bus from East Orange to get there and it was always full of people, during the weekend it was almost impossible to find an empty table at the food court. After years of not visiting this mall I recently went back this past Sunday and it is just depressing, for starters the recently "redesigned" main entrance reminded me of the Theo Lacy jail entrance, more than half of the stores are now closed, the food court consists of Subway and a Filipino restaurant only, that's it. The part of the mall close to Walmart looks like a dead end from the shady part of town, since they closed the entrance connecting to WalMart, I wouldn't be surprise to see some homeless people living there or some drunks fighting that way it would at least look alive. Store employees (jewelry stores) look kind of sad, It's obvious they don't get to sell as much. Overall I'm just amazed at how this mall has managed to keep its doors open. Two stars just for the memories. I had my first Carl's jr. burger at this mall. read more

I miss what it was in the 80's when I was a preteen visiting Grandma and she'd take me there, but I still like it. And yes, I still go with grandma (we're both just 25 years older!). As a kid, I wished it had a second story like the mall in my hometown ended up having, but Orange Mall was still a bustling, pleasant, family-oriented place. Now it's in an odd position. It's trying to be "cool and modern" and has thus made unnecessary upgrades to make itself more "hip". In so doing, it has lost that pleasant family feel. At the same time, the economy has not been kind to malls in general, this mall in particular, so it is not doing well business-wise. They would have done well to reamin The Orange Mall. If you're in the area, though, stop in. It's still nice. read more
