Everything is vaguely sticky. My daughter was fascinated. On the positive, the food was good and very fairly priced. It looks like drinks are also well priced. We had wings which were good. Cheese curds also very good but a bit overcooked. My daughter's pizza looked pretty mid but she was happy. It took a long time because they were having oven problems but the server was very responsive around it. In general our server was hustling and seemed focused on good experience. I had fun. This place may not be as large as fins or as rowdy, but it definitely captures the Irish vibe perfectly. I came in here for a marketing event. I sat down on our barstool, avoiding the mixing and mingling across the way. I ordered a Jamison. Is there anything else in an Irish bar? An acquaintance came up and ordered a Guinness... It's really the only other acceptable drink in an Irish bar. The service was astounding. I had a ticket for a free drink, even with a free drink ticket. I didn't get a light watered down pour. The weather was quite nice Sunday afternoon, so we decided to go and check things out. We ordered a flight of crafted brews: Blimey; Big Fat Boss Baby Mocha; and two Student Body Right and our food choices (limited menu for the soft opening). Because it was so nice out, we decided to occupy one of the tables in the "courtyard" area near the IT5 Food Truck. It did take long and I received a text message indicating our food was ready. We had a Mushroom Swiss Smash Burger w Fries and Chicken Tenders w Cole Slaw. Both food items were very good. The chicken tenders were tender and juicy. The smash burger was done to our liking. Fries were made while we waited. We had been to the Fieldhouse a couple times, but we did not know there was a fire ring set up "in the back 40". Nice touch. Maybe IT5 will utilize some of the additional space out back for more than one food truck? Time will tell...
