He completely put my (normally grumpy) pup at ease. He took more time that I expected to make sure I understood and was satisfied with my pup's health and any next steps. 2) They are convenient: I got an appointment the same day I called. 3) It was clear Dr Shelton builds rapport with his customers: everyone coming and going seemed to have some kind of 'hello' or positive interaction with him. It turned out that my girl had a serious infection raging inside her and needed hospitalization. After meeting Fallon and hearing her plan of action and going over our options I had no doubt that she would be well cared for and that Miley would have her best chance if she stayed with Fallon, as opposed to us trying to treat her at home. Unfortunately my girl didn't make it through the night but I really can't thank Fallon enough for sacrificing her weekend to care for my baby. We received regular updates on her condition and i truly feel that Fallon did all she could for Miley with the resources available to her. Her care, compassion, and professionalism to Miley, myself, and my husband will forever be appreciated.
