During our search for a local bar, we came across Wet Willie's. I saw the photos online and immediately knew that this was the spot! When you enter, you are carded and led to the long bar where you get to choose your frozen daiquiri flavor or mix it up! The bartender was nice and friendly and gave us plenty of time to choose what we wanted. We both ordered large, thinking we'd go back for another. Boy, a large is enough! I ended up finishing my husband's drink so you know it was a fun time. We sat down at a table and enjoyed our drinks. They do offer food but no one came over to us so I don't have a review on that. We had the Monkey Shine and Chocolate Thunder daiquiris. Both were delicious and strooooong. I definitely want to come back and go smaller in size so that I can try different flavors. If you're in Savannah, this is a must-visit!

On Sunday, December 21st, at around 1pm, we made a stop here. I have visited several Wet Willie's, and this one, by far, has the best service I have had in years. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted, and they took their time to customize the perfect flavors for us. Generally, at other locations, I feel as if I'm always rushed, but at this one, I felt at home. The cocktail mix was fantastic and the staff were beyond words. I did not get the names of the staff members, but they were very knowledgeable about the brand and the product, far beyond most other people at other locations. They were well informed about state laws as well as various drink mixtures and knew what worked. What an amazing experience.

There were very few chairs available downstairs, but there was seating upstairs. And the bathroom downstairs... you can see underneath the doors, basically. So don't go to the bathroom here. Other than that being, the food was SO GOOD!!! It was insane!!! I couldn't have believed a place like this would have some of the best food I've ever had!! They have the fish tacos but we ended up subbing it for shrimp since fish wasn't an option that day. (Or it was a computer system glitch, but either way.) The shrimp was SO yummy and crispy, and the breading was thin in the best way possible. They had a creamy sauce to go with it that didn't taste like much, but when you mixed the lime with the sauce, it was perfect and brought out the flavor. Next was the shrimp gumbo, and I could have fallen on the floor from my shock. It was savory in a way that I didn't know something could be. I would be eating there pretty often if I lived in Savannah. Lastly we got the chocolate freeze mixed with the White Russian and it was phenomenal. The mix blended very well and complemented each other. The chocolate tasted like a fudgesicle and while that was good, it would have been too much to only get that. Mixed with the White Russian, it was perfect. 10/10 food, 0/10 bathroom. It was clean, but nobody wants someone to be able to lean down and see completely under the door. For this reason, and only because of the bathroom, 4/5.

Great place for frozen drinks! Located in the city market. Plenty of places to sit around inside and outside. They have sugar free choices as well, which is pretty nice. Wings were pretty good, flavored with a little kick. Fries were typical, but in a good way. Servers were friendly for the most part.

Service was extremely fast and servers were welcoming. Your typical wet Willies with frozen drinks. Perfectly located on Riverstreet. The establishment has plenty of seating. Perfect for large groups. Prices are reasonable and drinks are tasty!

My wife decided to cone here today since we were in the area and haven't been here in years. Service was a little slow but very nice. I ordered some wings and my wife got some fish tacos. The wings were baked instead of fried and I thought they were going to terrible but to my surprise they were really good. The fish tacos my wife had were also delicious. I'm glad we did come back for old time sakes. The ambiance was nice as well wasn't too crowded.

Easy place to grab a daiquiri. They have two locations one on river and one a couple blocks inland on Jefferson. The one on river has better people watching and food choices. The one on Jefferson is easy to get to with an Uber or pop in and out. I got the Willie dazed. Refreshjng, would get again. My husband got the attitude adjustment which is like a 190 octane (Fat Tuesday). I wanted to get the Banana split but the machine for one of the flavors was out. So next time! They also have sugar free options (naked Willie and call a cab has a sugar one too). Weak Willie is non alcoholic.

The service was good! Very friendly! We had cheeseburger sliders as we needed a break from the seafood. Curly fries were good and crispy and the sliders were very tasty!! This place is mainly known for its colorful frozen drinks. Those were good too!!

i had the peach marg and my boyfriend had the Bob Marley and within 15 min he was a little buzzed. I got a little buzz as well but i tend to sip slow so it took a minute lol great prices for what you get, and looooots of options to choose from

A staple in Savannah and if you're a there for the first time you have to go. The drinks, although frozen are quite strong! I love that they let you mix flavors and sample some of them. The customer service isn't amazing but I get it, you get a lot of traffic and also drink customers. But it wasn't very busy that day so we were in and out with our drink!

Food came out as ordered and quite good, wait time was a little slow for how busy they were (virtually dead) but the frozen daiquiris more than made The wait okay. I can see why this place is a Savannah staple, well worth checking out! Super cool ambiance, good food and great drinks!

Down here in Savannah for Mother's Day weekend, and we went barhopping on Saturday evening. We sat outside of Wet Willie's Right in the plaza area and had a wonderful meal of nachos with two frozen drinks on the side. Watching everyone go by was a great deal of fun as we snacked on the nachos. The food was delicious, drinks were made perfect, and our server was fabulous! There was limited seating inside, so we sat outside, enjoying the weather and people watching. When visiting Savannah, Georgia, we will definitely be walking this thorough fair of food and drink again I am sure!

While most of the rooftops are regularly accessible to the public, there's something about Myrtle & Rose which has caused it to elude us. Often, it has been closed for a private party, or perhaps it was full. In any case, we finally were carded and sent up the elevator with the slightly aggressive doors. Yes, they close fast. Keep a move on! We were offered a table overlooking the river and served by Will. My wife enjoyed her Amber Hour, and I an old fashioned. I suppose they don't want us getting tipsy and falling off, since my drink may have had 2 or 3 ounces. A good little taste, but not for long for this Wisconsin boy. Let's not go down the road of it being a "real" old fashioned -- I know and enjoy both kinds. (You must when you also own a distillery.) The two shining points of the evening were the view and our server. This spot offers a nice, close-up view of the river from both directions -- perfect for the occasional ships passing in the night. Our server, Will, was very professional, attentive, and thoughtful. By the end of the 50° night, Will had brought a blanket for my wife. While we can handle below-zero temps at home, there's something about 50° on vacation that gives us the shivers. Perhaps it was the dress -- I'm not sure, since I wasn't the one wearing it tonight. Anywho, finally a great experience was had at this well-done rooftop bar.

Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating from the moment we arrived. The biggest issue was the lack of staff. They desperately needed more bartenders and servers working that evening. As someone who has previously worked in the service industry, I understand that busy nights happen and staffing challenges are real, but this was beyond slow service. We stood waiting for about 15 minutes at the bar trying to get someone's attention just to order a drink. During that time, we noticed several other guests becoming frustrated as well. A few people who had been waiting before us eventually gave up and left, and others behind us seemed equally annoyed. After standing there without any acknowledgment from the staff, I finally turned to my husband and said, "Let's go." We ended up leaving without ordering a single drink. I don't know if the restaurant was unexpectedly short-staffed or if several employees called out that night, but something was clearly off. It's unfortunate because the location is fantastic, and the atmosphere seemed like it could have been a great place to spend the evening. I'd be willing to give it another try in the future, but based on this visit, the service simply wasn't able to keep up with the crowd.

It's right in the heart of downtown off Congress Street and across from the Rail Pub. There is street parking, but being downtown, it can definitely be limited. I finally stopped in after dinner hours around 7pm on Friday. Since it was date night we ordered the raw tower, which comes stacked with everything under the sun: oysters, shrimp, snow crab, lobster and mussels. I also ordered scallops and asked if it could be prepared without butter because of my dairy allergy. The kitchen has no problem making them with olive oil instead. Super delicious! I enjoyed it so much that I came back the following weekend with friends. I made reservations online during happy hour (4-6pm) and we were lucky enough to be seated in the small back dining room tucked away behind the bar. Our server was wonderful and very attentive, and I especially appreciated that she actually paid attention to the allergy notes I included with my reservations. Of course we all ordered a dozen oysters each because they're $1 during happy hour and who can beat that? I ordered the scallops again because I liked them so much the first time, and around the table we had a mixture of lobster, mussels, dressed oysters, turtle cheesecake, finishing everything off with espresso martinis. Hands down delicious. The service was top-tier too. Our server never hovered, but somehow always checked on us at just the right time and made sure we had everything we needed.
