This is my 3rd car we take in, they are quick and fast. Most shops won't take older classic cars because they are too much work etc. I have a 1966 mustang being worked on now. I've tried many other shops and they required 3 month waiting list and 10% deposit. Vip Body Shop took me in right away with no deposit. They have great communication and service. They have updating me all along the way. On my other car they did the insurance claim for me and helped me with the whole process. I highly recommend VIP Body Shop. I only write reviews when the quality of product or service is outstanding - in this case it was with both! My car already had a few door dings from other careless cars, but some fender damage acquired in a parking lot recently put me over the edge. I couldn't look at my Audi A4 without seeing the damage. After two weeks, I decided to shop around. Finding a trustworthy shop can be hard - but I don't think you can go wrong with these guys! If cost is a concern, I felt these guys were fair and honest about what they could do. In total, I had six dents that needed to be removed - one of them on a crease, with a slight bulge below it. Other than a light scratch left behind by the fender damage, all of the dents were removed - leaving my car like new. I can't tell where the damage was! Paint-less dent repair was an option, and I'm so happy I went with it. The before photos don't show the dents very well and I haven't taken any "after" photos. But I can say all the dents are gone and I'm beyond happy! A special thanks to Ed, Elkin, and the rest of his crew that were friendly, kind, communicative, and accommodating! I brought my car to this place after a front passenger accident. They did an amazing job and above all they are very fair with pricing. Wether you go through insurance or out of pocket the price is the same, which is good, bc my concern was I didn't want my car insurance going up too too much. I had the worst experience with VIP body shop. Not only did my car get raided by rats the very first night my car was there overnight, the other questioned me as to me already having rats living in my car. When another customer complained about rats raiding their car while at the VIP body shop, they then believed me. My car was detailed inside to get rid of the urine and feces small but my car has not been the same since, it still reeks. When I calls the owner he tells me he sold the shop to a new owner. I drove my Mercedes C 63 AMG through a pothole coming out of the parking lot at the gym and jacked up my entire driver side of the front bumper.
