After the guy who sold them to me said he wanted to be sure they were the correct ones, he even removed My old pod and coil to be sure. I went in today to return them and the stench of pure nearly gagged me, not to mention being told I couldn't get the correct ones because- I didn't check to make sure they were right. GTFOH! Because the staff doesn't know the products they sell, I lose! I'll be doing a charge back on the card I used! Steer clear of this place. I had to look around and over several stack boxes to look for the flat iron I needed. Why would you have a shipment stack outside on the sales floor during business hours. After I couldn't see the flat iron I needed. I headed to the hair care aisle. Where I noticed she looked up at the mirror to see where I was. Then she noticed me walking to the front where the register was she again did not acknowledge me. So as I walked out I said I guess you don't acknowledge customers in this store.
