I've made 3 big purchases of beverages in the past week I opened one of the packages and the can was 1/2 empty and the employee working said I had to come back at 1 when the manager is in. He didn't know how to do it. I asked if I could just take the new can and he could deal with it when his manager is in and he said no. Terrible customer service!!! read more

This is a solid Vitamin Shoppe location! It is typically well stocked and well manned. Usually they have everything that I want or need, and if I have any issues locating something there is always an associate ready and willing to assist. I sometimes get cases of Alani Nu here.. but beware.. if you are trying to get Witches Brew as soon as it is released end of August early September.. try to order it ahead of time online, everyone buys the cases ahead of time and it may seem like it is available in there but it isn't. That is my one gripe.. that they have items on the display shelves but they have already been purchased online but if you are in the store and the item is on the shelf you assume it is available... I am impressed as ever with this location . I stopped in today to get some refills for my immortality stack and was pleased to find not only what I needed, but also something better. I love it when that happens, and it seems to be happening more and more when I come in here. Right next to the ALA was a supplement called Brain Sharp, which includes both ALA and phosphatidylserine. I love phosphatidylserine, so I am really excited to try it. Brain Sharp is in the house brand, so it's a great price point and reliably high quality. When I went to check out, I found out that there was a promotion for Gold members of the Healthy Awards program (that's me!) and that if I grabbed another item, I would qualify for a reward. (They frequently have good deals going for members, and they always will let me know when they do--I love that!) I decided to go for some new protein. It's been a minute since I have purchased protein, and their selection is extensive and can be a bit overwhelming. Luckily, they really know their products, and they quickly helped me choose a new flavor in a familiar brand. The gentleman behind the counter graciously walked me to all my bottles and gave me advice when I asked. Went to buy a case of a drink. It was "dollar a drink day" so I got six cans for $6 but they would only sell me six, even if I paid full price to complete a 1 or 2 case purchase. They were very nice but it really wasn't worth the drive. read more

I just wanted to show my indignation about this place!!!! Every time that I walk in the door doesn't matter who is working there, they don't even talk to you, and look at you like if they asking " what are you doing here?? Leave!! At the first time I thought it was the person in particular that was working in that day, but I just found out , it wasn't!! I get so angry when this happens, cause there are a lot of people that want to be working , and those there just seem so dissatisfied to be there. If you don't like your job, quit it, don't treat the costumers like s**t. read more

The products are good, but the service I experienced was not great. I went up to check out and the cashier was just standing there using her phone to check her teeth while I was right in front of her. Her manager had to finally tell her there was a customer waiting to be checked out and to get off her phone. She apologized, but as soon as the transaction was completed, before she could say anything else and even before I had a chance to turn and head out the door, she was back on her phone, mouth open looking at her teeth again.
