As far as nutrition stores go, this place has a pretty large selection of just about everything you could possibly want. The prices are ok, not the best, but not the worst. The store is always clean and well kept. Service is friendly. If you're in need of vitamins, protein, weight loss products, or basically anything nutrition, this is definitely a place to shop, just due to a wide selection of merchandise. read more

Super friendly staff. Ps whenever you see someone who leaves a bad review go ahead and click on their other reviews. Some people are so miserable they go through life complaining about stuff like " no hand sanitizer in store" Hey snowflake how about bring your own or if you are too scared of the cold then don't leave the house. This location has consistently let me down. There was a powdered T-booster they carried that they discontinued, then they discontinued flavors as well as the smaller tubs of the platinum ON protein powders, next it was the damn oxygenating pills I took for extra push on my workouts, then the closer Irvine Spectrum location closed down, NOW they close this location at 8pm when it CLEARLY states on google maps that it does NOT! It took my grumbling stomach to come back here. The manager always has been a chill guy, understood where I was coming from & told me that if I need anything to make the customer experience better that I can always go to him to make it better. What has happened has happened. Other than the 2 workout snacks I usually get I don't see myself coming here as often as I used previously. At least they know and aware of my disappointment of products continuously being something they don't carry. We'll see what brings me back here. read more

I take a lot of medicine, like about fifteen pills a day and half of them are vitamins. This place is a perfect one stop shop for all the vitamins I need. I came here today with a list of vitamins to buy and a staff member here helped me find each one of them. They didn't have vitamin B-12 that you can melt on your tongue, but they had the right micrograms that I needed so I just got regular swallowable ones. The other two vitamins I needed they had the right ones. They have a pretty big selection of vitamins, it's almost hard to choose which one to get. I just stuck to my specific brand which was easy. The staff here are super helpful, I was helped every step of the way from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Great place to get all the vitamins I need. read more

I can't believe no one's reviewed this Vitamin Shoppe yet! We went there on a recent Saturday to check out a few supplements and found a young blonde guy working there who was incredibly helpful. He takes some of the supplements we inquired about and made a few customized suggestions for us, too. He took the time to ask us about our activities and noted the supplements we already take, and made a specific suggestion regarding Cell Food by Lumina, which has great reviews on iHerb. It's nice to deal with employees who actually use the products they sell, and who have insightful advice. We also found a good selection of protein supplements and saw that some vegan, pea-based protein supplements were half off, so we cleaned them out. When we inquired about a supplement by Source Naturals they didn't have on the shelf, the employee immediately tried to locate it at other stores or special order it for us. We were really impressed with this employee's customer service and noticed that he gave the same star treatment to every customer in the store. Although this store location is slightly out of our way, we are definitely coming back next time we need to re-supply, or just to obtain some good advice. Great job! read more

So I took my buff ass over here last week. I'm pretty knowledgeable in working out and taking supplements. I'm pretty much a gym rat. Always on BEAST MODE! lol I had some questions to ask regarding what's best thing on the market regarding Post Workout Meal. Colin was very helpful with recommending me one. DARK MATTER! Man it's good stuff. It taste a little jelly but I love the taste! I also purchased a new pre work out called GAT. I can say it's better than SuperPump, 1MR and Jack3D. read more

Very friendly and helpful associates. They don't just want to sell anything. They want to sell the right thing! I went in for whey protein powder and we couldn't find the brand I wanted so he helped by showing me one on clearance. It was even better than what I wanted originally! For only $10! From the second I walked in until the second I walked out the employee that works there greeted and was very friendly. He helped me out the whole time until I found exactly what I wanted and answered all of my questions the best he could, if they didn't carry a certain brand he would compare others and the similarities between them, over all this store is one of my personal favorites. read more

This location is nice, the people are helpful and friendly however the company's customer service dept is horrible. Last time my son was there, he was enrolled in the auto ship program without his consent. We found out when my credit card was charged for protein before even getting any product in the mail. I called their customer service, the first person I spoke with was very nice, apologize for the mistake, ended the auto ship program and reverse the charges. The following Friday we received the protein and my card was charged again. I called back and spoke to 5 different people at their customer service dept. they wouldn't reverse the charges until they received the product. I explained that I didn't have time to take the product to the store or wait for UPS. They didn't care, the supervisors were the worse, no help at all, no apology for the mistake and inconvenience, absolutely horrible. You are better off ordering from Amazon, they have better pricing and don't have to worry about being enroll into unwanted auto ship programs and dealing with their poor customer service. read more
