I honestly love this place. I used to never come here. A good friend of mine recommended Vitamin Shoppe and since then I've never looked back. I mainly come here for energy drinks, and there are always great deals. $1 daily drinks and buy one get one offers always to save. Only place I allow to text me because the deals are something you don't want to miss. Customer service is excellent. Today I didn't even know about a certain deal. As I was standing in line, the associate made sure to let me know about a buy one, get one offer. I ended up getting a full case and more! read more

I love this place. The person at the front desk is very knowledgeable and will help you pick the best supp or answer any questions you got about a product. They got just about everything, even the less obscure stuff. I like that they have the cbum pre and the ghost protein. My only complaint and the only thing stopping me from leaving 5 stars is because they don't have ANY "5%" brand supplements by body builder Rich Piana. During a recent visit to the Vitamin Shoppe, I encountered extremely pushy employees who followed me around the store, asking multiple times if I needed help and attempting to upsell me on products. Despite telling an employee that I did not require any assistance and did not wish to be followed, the behavior continued. The situation became even more uncomfortable when the manager attempted to push me into signing up for their rewards program. Due to the overly aggressive behavior of the employees, I would not consider revisiting this store. Despite this experience, I could find all the necessary things I was looking for, and their price was not too high. They had a large selection of every product. read more

I just want to update my review to shout out some of the wonderful staff I've gotten the chance to receive help from! Jason & Rebecca are two of the people I've worked with and they are truly wonderful! I feel like they are so friendly and knowledgeable about the products and what are best sellers. I've been trying to find a protein shake that I really really love (you all know the struggle!) lol and when Rebecca helped me - she took her time to help me see which ones are the best bang for my buck - including which ones have the best nutrients and even what is most popular. I really appreciated her effort to help me! Then Jason has always been so welcoming and friendly whenever I come in! This has been such a pleasant franchise to visit! I purchased some protein bars online and when I opened the boxes 3 of the 4 boxes were semi melted ( no fault of the store) I spoke to Veronica and she told me to bring the bars back in so she could help me find less melted ones. I have been a customer of Vitamin Shoppe in Rancho Cucamonga for many years and have had many interesting experiences. A couple weeks ago I visited Vitamin Shop to get a few items. I want to speak specifically of my experience with PATTY and give her big THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU WERE SUCH A BLESSING!!!! I will make sure I go to her in the future, because she helped us so much!!! Patty stuck by us thru a difficult online and in-store purchase, and went the extra mile to assist, when the original person that was helping me left me to fend for myself. I actually really like this place! I used to go to nutrishop and some other place off campus next to LA fitness and I didn't like it. They didn't wear masks and didn't really answer my questions. But here at Vitamon shoppe they always answer all my questions and I even started a membership with them! Great varieties of all supplements and SUPER SUPER helpful!!! Sometimes it can be pricey that's why I gave 4 stars, so I try to wait for sales sometimes haha but the products do last awhile so that's a plus!! So go get your nutrients on!!! read more

First time here and I was impressed! I walked in to find tea tree oil because I have this red bump in the back of my left earlobe. The associate was very helpful and friendly but I didn't get his name. He mentioned that the tea tree oil has to diluted with a little bit of water before applying to skin because it'll leave scar if applied directly. That was very helpful and good information. Also, they match price if you find an item cheaper from their website. Try to get their free membership to receive free coupons. So overall, great customer service, very organize store and great deals. read more

I came into the store not knowing what to get and confused on which products I want. I spoke to the store manager Mike not knowing he was the manager he listened to all my concerns and helped me tremendously. He was able to show me what products will help me in my concerns. Knew which products were right for me. He helped me feel at ease with my vitamins and knowing I'm making the right steps in my health plan. I have to say Mike knew that I although I have special needs it's like he was a vitamin google and was a wealth of knowledge. I wish I got the name of the guy that helped me at about 4-5pm yesterday. He was so helpful. I came in to get a green superfoods powder after going to a different place that was closer and the guy at that place knew nothing and had never tried a single one. I flat out left cause I don't like to buy stuff blindly. I came in and asked this guy "have you ever tried any of these?" Expecting maybe he had tried one or two... He had tried all of them, and that's a good sized wall. He launches into taste, quality, benefits, mixing, etc. and I picked the one he recommended. I must admit I was skeptical cause the packaging of the plnt brand isn't as flashy... I get home and try it, just like he said with a bit of vanilla almond milk. He was so dead on right! It was so mild and easily drinkable. Whoever this guy was, I want to thank him!!! I feel so good after drinking this stuff and i will probably be coming in to stock up on more very soon!!! read more

Clean, as with all the Vitamin Shoppes I've been to lately. I came to stock up on Quest bars and the employees were all very friendly. All the items were in order and properly front-faced, and checking out was also very efficient. My cashier lady even recommended different ways to eat the Quest bars and her personal favorites, which was a nice and personal touch. Corporate wrote me back. They were nice enough to offer a prepaid label to ship back to them. However, this location still gets only one star because I clarified with corporate what their policy was. Apparently I was lied to by Jesse. Customer service emails say that policy is to sell at full price up to two weeks before expiration date. After that, items should be heavily discounted, which wasn't my case. I'll stick to the La Verne location when I'm in town. Those guys were nicer and not liars. read more

This vitamin shoppe is awesome! The store is always organized and stocked. The staff is always super nice and willing to answer any question or concern I have about a product. I am a huge fan of the Lenny and Larry cookies. The vitamin shoppe brand is just as good quality as the name brand for a really reasonable price on things like Chia seeds and other supplements. Chase recommended Ostrim and I'm hooked now! Really good snack for a college student on the go like myself. I am in need of a good pre-workout so I will definitely come here to see what good products they have or recommend. read more

I had some VERY questionable service at the other Vitamin Shoppes in the Inland Empire over the years and then I stumbled across the RC shop last weekend. Half way expecting the same crappy service when I walked in, I was very surprised by the cleanliness and well stock shelves of products. The manager (Kevin or Melvin; something like that) highly recommended a supplement line designed for me and surprising, not the expensive stuff like the other stores try to push on you. He kept saying over and over that if you are not satisfied or you don't feel you are getting the results that "I" want then come back and we will get something that works. I was actually part of the conversation and not being talked down to about crap I did not need. Thank you for that. Highly recommended. read more

I visited this store Friday after a lackluster visit to GNC, the guy over there was rude. I shop here for my protein powder on a monthly basis. The prices are fair and they have a large selection of products. The store is always clean and very organized. I have asked for help on several occasions but the information I was given and the products that I was specifically looking for I was mislead about and actually given incorrect information. I needed calcium citrate and told the associate that and I was sold calcium carbonate (totally different) and was told it was what I was looking for. :( But, their selection of protein and vitamins is so great it's almost overwhelming. read more

I returned some acidophilus I purchase the night before.I took 1 pill and that shit got me sooooo sick with stomach cramps, bloated, extremely gassing all night.I think that acidophilus was expired I have been taken acidophilus for many years,so the next day I took it back to the store, with my receipt and this guy name chase refused to refund the $37.00 he told me that he could only give me store credit, but who want to go back to store like that, specifically having a person like Chase working in there. I've been going to vitamin Shoppe for years now. Honestly I used to order online or play hit or miss with the sports nutrition stores. But I can honestly say I'm going to stick to Vitamin Shoppe most of their senior staff in the store are very knowledgeable about what they're selling. What's great is they'll explain what's actually popular and what other's have shared with them about their products, aside from trying the products out themselves. The great thing is you're not pressured into buying the store's brand like GNC or NutriShop which I heard has some questionable ingredients. Vitamin Shoppe staff have always given really good info and its awesome that their policy is NO COMMISSIONS just give people info and make honest recommendations. Usually have good service but today my fiancee and myself went in to get a good pre workout supplement and have very little knowledge of them but one guy only paid attention to stocking shelves unless you was a pretty girl and the lady other than saying hi only wanted to talk to the guy stocking shelves or talk on the phone.. so after several min standing there googling products decided to just go elsewhere to have someone help us..
