I waited a bit to post a review but here's my review on the roll-on and the 1000mg tincture. Roll-on: I play a lot of basketball and have bad joints in my feet and ankle and a bad back and also bad left elbow and left shoulder. Lol. Like I'm not sure if it's the CBd in the roll-on or if it's just because it's a roll-on but I feel like the after effect of this CBd one last longer and gives a more muscle relaxing sort of feeling, that last longer almost.
