I contacted the store this morning to tell them what happened. I spoke with Fred (I think that was his name) and explained what I had ordered and when. He set aside replacement boxes for my sister to pick up. I was unsure when I hung up the phone whether my sister would have a bill when she picked up the replacements or if it would be no charge. I was delighted when my sister told me that there was no charge. The damage happened via FedEx, not this business, but I really appreciate the incredible customer service on the back end of the sale. I was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I could see how much care and attention to detail goes into every step of the production process. A lot of the production is impressively hand operated. The factory was pristine. I was struck by the precision and use of real herbs behind the scenes. It was clear that quality control was a top priority, and it was fascinating to learn about the rigorous testing products undergo to ensure they meet high standards. The tour itself was incredibly informative, and I gained a deeper understanding of the science and care behind the skincare products. I was impressed that the brand wanted to deliver fresh products to the customers. Overall, the experience left me more confident in the brand's commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovation. This location has a retail store. The store is open to all. It is a small shelf in the lobby but it is full of various products for men, women, babies, and pets. Some products I have never seen before (like shower lotion bar and herbal detangler wash). There's everything from self-care to outdoor adventures. I purchased Cocoa Whip Hair Butter, Cocoa Butter Body Butter, Cocoa Shea Shower Lotion Bar, and Chocolate/Honey Soap. While I went for basic scents, there are so many scents available. So far I only used Cocoa Butter Body Butter, and love it. I can't wait to use shower lotion bar during a sauna visit. I can't wait to continue using their products, knowing the care that goes into making them. Parking is available onsite. You have to find the doorbell at this location in order to enter and shop at the store.

I drove 1800 miles from Texas to visit Chagrin and wanted to stop by this place. Would have been nice to know it wasnt open at all before driving over there.
