She didn't prep or prime the lashes nor did she place any padding on top of the bottom lashes, which she ended up glueing my top eyelashes to my bottom waterline and tried to use beauty SCISSORS and sharp tweezers to unattached the hardened glue to my waterline. Talk about dangerous and unprofessional, which all could have been avoided if taking the right precautionary steps. She took about 15 minutes total to finish and had no precise procedure on how to apply the lashes what so ever and clearly showed in its result. The lashes were extremely uncomfortable and were tugging at my real lashes and all came off within 24 hours. More than half of my real lashes are now gone. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. The manager with the purple hair... not so much. I told my group that next time we will take our dollars to my home store in Westwood where they know how to treat people and have fun. The Westwood crew is everything, including the manager. South Bay is also a great option. I still spent almost one hundred dollars even with the managers behavior. Dear Ulta, our dollars can be spent anywhere. Please keep that in mind when you train your managers.
