Worst customer service ever…read more They were at Seattle Center on 8/19 so people whose kids attend Pacific Northwest Ballet school could go there and purchase required items for lessons. We purchased some items, and one of them was a cute neckless for our daughter - but when we arrived at our house, we noticed that the neckless was not in the bag they gave us. We called them immediately, and Bailey answered. She called the owner Melanie who was still at the Seattle Center. Melanie told Bailey that she handed the neckless to "our daughter" and the daughter walked out with it. We told Bailey that could not be us because we didn't have our daughter with us. So Bailey called Melanie again, and called us back to tell us that if we returned to the Seattle Center with our receipt, Melanie will give us the neckless. So we drove all the way back there - but instead of giving us the neckless, Melanie took our receipt and phone numbers and told us she'd get back to us. Two days later (8/21), no word from them. So we called their store and left a message requesting that they call us back to let us know what was going on. 8/26 (M), still nothing from them. So we emailed them with details of the situation, and again, requested that they contact us. Now it's 8/31, and still no word from them. At this point we don't thing they have any intention of giving us the neckless back or ever contacting us. If this is not the worst customer service or business (for possibly selling the same thing twice and ripping us off), I don't know what is. On 6/12/25 I noticed that one of the small stones was missing so I took back to the store along with my receipt showing what I paid for them to re-tip it. They sent it back to the repair place and I was surprised when they called to say my ring was done and I needed to pay $59.00. The note on receipt says guest brought the ring in Feb and had all the tips done. Looks like one wasn't done well probably due to tight spaces but looks like the diamond came out because of that. WHAT!!! It's not about the $59 it's about the principle that it had only been 90 days and you told me you were splitting the cost with me. Not a great experience and I will not take anything there again for repair.

First of all, they should put the blame where it belongs - with their suppliers, who also sell directly to consumers online. And second, I believe their punitive return policies will put them out of business. There is a restocking fee for shoe returns within one week and not at all on socks. They will waive the restocking fee and give you store credit. Then, it's so old school with everything a huge paper trail mess. The whole process would be so much simpler and easier if it was computerized. I will most likely take the loss on my store credit because I don't want to go back there and be in the same boat of them holding onto my money if I can't find something that works for me there. I need to walk around my house for at least a day in new shoes to see if they will truly work for me.
