LOUSY SERVICE! My wife made an appointment to have her car detailed. Visited the location to make…read moreher appointment in person and had it confirmed. She showed up for her appointment 15 minutes EARLY, to have the attendant tell her he had given her appointment to someone else. BIG MISTAKE! We have used this location since it opened. Will take our business elsewhere. Are there any other car wash detailing locations in Medford? That's sarcasm...you may not recognize it since you can't recognize good service! BTW, if your excuse is that you can't make appointments....don't have your employees agree that someone can bring their car in at an appointed time.

WORST CAR WASH EVER!…read more I would give 0 stars if I could. This car wash is a joke. $11 to drive thru a BLAST of pressure that damages your car and that's called a Deluxe car wash? The water pressure is way too strong and damaged the molding and stripes on my car. And these were just put on my car a few years ago, so age is not the issue here. I have a classic car and have never had this happen to my car in over 30 years! And note: there are NO disclaimers that say you and your car are about to enter into a hurricane of blasts that may damage your car. Why take the chance? Their prices are ridiculously high for a lousy job. I called to speak to the supposed 'manager' who said to send photos that same day and I did. No surprise, complete silence from the entire business. They had no intention of making anything right. That is even worse - that they would lie and then hide knowing they caused the damage (see picture attached). Not only does this car wash not know how to properly clean a car (the massive pressure spray just sprayed oil streaks all over my white paint), they don't even vacuum your car mats at least before they ruin your car! Poor 'management', poorly designed car wash system, and VERY expensive for having to drive your own car thru a tunnel. And the guy who 'supposedly' dries your car? He just smears the damage around. DON'T GO!!

One guy helped me to retrieve a silk scarf that I accidentally vacuumed up! Another guy helped me get a tow hitch off of my truck that was stuck! They are kind and attentive. Feeling grateful. I went through the car wash and pulled into the vacuum area, only to find that a piece of my bumper…read morehad been snagged and pulled off during the wash. My 2009 Subaru Forester was in great condition beforehand. The damage happened here. I told the employee at the booth, who called over the assistant manager, Tyler. Tyler was rude and combative from the start. He handed me an incident report with a disclaimer stating the business isn't responsible for damage to cars over 10 years old. I refused to sign it. He also refused to give me contact information for the general manager or any insurance information, and instead gave me the phone number for a different location across town. When I called it, I spoke to two more "assistant managers" who said I'd have to wait for the actual manager before anything could move forward. Total runaround. If a business damages a customer's car, that should be handled between insurance companies, not decided unilaterally by the business that caused the damage. Of course they're going to say it's not their fault. I ended up waiting in the parking lot for over an hour for the general manager, Dustin, to show up. When he finally arrived, he walked straight to my car and started inspecting and touching the damaged bumper without a word. No introduction, no acknowledgment that I was right there. I was alone in the back of that parking lot with two men telling me their business wasn't responsible for damage they caused, and Dustin's whole demeanor made it clear he had no intention of being cordial about it. When I pointed out that he hadn't even introduced himself before putting his hands on my car, his response was, "If this is how we're starting off, it's not going to end well." That's not how a manager should speak to a customer, period. It came across as a thinly veiled threat, not customer service. He was short, dismissive, and clearly agitated that I'd pushed back at all, like I was the problem for expecting basic decency after his business damaged my property. At no point did he attempt to de-escalate, apologize, or treat the situation with any professionalism. If your business damages a customer's vehicle, the bare minimum is: reimburse the cost of the service that caused the damage, treat the customer with respect, and carry insurance to cover it. Instead, I got aggression and intimidation from the person in charge. Worst $11 I've ever spent. Dustin and Tyler both need serious training in how to handle conflict without becoming hostile toward customers.
