I was really impressed by the 4 people they had drying all of the nooks and crannies of my car. Talk about commitment! Quality: The car was beautiful and clean afterwards. I had a lot of dog hair inside but in the end they did a great job of cleaning it out. Value: $29.99 was supposed to be the price. Haven't been to a car wash in a long time so I don't know if that is a lot or not. I will say that the added $5 fee for a large vehicle was not cool as it doesn't say that in their website. It is only an SUV. Overall: I was really impressed by the experience. The staff was nice, the car was cleaned really well, and the value acceptable. The loss of a star is solely due to the surprise of an extra $5 charge for a large vehicle, even though it is not advertised on their website. I will definitely return in the future.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I've been coming to this car wash for awhile (before the remodel). both…read moremy parents AND sister all pay for the monthly unlimited washes and tip well. I've even referred friends. I only say that to show how shocked and let down by the lack of care they have. I brought my car in for a usual wash, got a snack and sat outside to watch and wait. When done, the guy honked to let me know my car was ready and tried to hurry off. I called out to make sure I gave him a tip. He didn't even look me in the eye when he took it. I thought "weird" but whatever, as soon as I turn the car on, it says I have no air in my two left tires (also weird because I just got 4 new tires a few months ago). I start driving and it feels like they're FLAT! I get out to look and see that the tire valve was ripped from the wheels ONLY on the left which is coincidentally the side that has the rails to close on and lead the vehicle through the wash... The assistant manager comes to me and asks if there's something wrong (he was watching the guy finish my car the whole time -- presumably because he knew what happened. He then told me that I must've run something over or hit something, kissed the curb, or it had a "slow leak." After pointing out how ridiculous that sounded, given the valves were TORN OFF, and only on the left side, he proceeds to walk it back and says they aren't liable for damages on a modified car (there are no modifications on my base model c300. Picture of "aftermarket mod" he says caused the damage is attached, showing the damage. He then tells me I can fill out a damage report to file, but that "the owners aren't going to pay for this" so I shouldn't even bother. He tells me that they don't allow those caps and if he'd seen them he'd have told me. When I told him I pay the $50 monthly fee and come a few time a month, he says he "maybe didn't notice" and "it only takes one time for this to happen." I had to leave my car there overnight bc all shops were closed. I then get my car towed and spent ~$220 to have the valves replaced (thank God I didn't have to get all new tires again)! I came back Monday as this happened on a weekend and the assistant mgr (Edgar I believe) says he was going to send to damage report in later (even though on the day it happened, he told me that he was going to send the report "in the morning. " The next week, I must have called them 15 times and physically walked in to talk twice, only to be told "IDK, corporate hasn't responded." I am beyond upset with how they treat their customers and honestly doubt they even bothered to say anything or passed along my report. The company has insurance to cover the $200 damage they caused but would rather lose more than that from a customer cancelling a recurring payment, as well as the good will of their loyal customers knowing they actually care. Shame. I hope every person reading this decides to spend their money where it is valued because the owners and admin staff at Alicia Auto Spa don't even care to return a phone call. If I could give ZERO STARS, I would. Insteaed I'll just have to be happy knowing I cancelled my monthly unlimited wash, so i get to save that expense until I find a new wash and detail and let my family know to cancel theirs. The LEAST a company can do is return a call and respond, but if they can't do that, how can we expect them to own up to their mistakes and pay the damages (which are a drop in the bucket)? All shiny upgrades don't mean a thing when the integrity doesn't match.

I had accidentally spilled watermelon juice in the trunk, and with the summer heat it fermented within hours. The smell was so bad that I honestly didn't even want to drive my car anymore. Jorge somehow managed to get rid of it without just masking it with overpowering fragrances, which I really appreciated. Another thing I love about Deetz is how reliable they are. Booking is quick and hassle-free, communication is great, and they always show up when they say they will. It's one of those services that just makes life easier. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: The owner reached out to me because of this review. He now thinks Claude may help with…read morescheduling, especially when one of his crew teams doesn't show up and a domino effect takes hold. He's dealing with what is effectively an airline scheduling problem. Planes. Captains and crew. Airport gates. Weather. Like them, he has to schedule all of this every day, live, and I think AI may help so I will offer a suspension of this review, hoping this will help him fix this problem... - - - If you're considering Deets for regularly scheduled mobile detailing, read this first. I signed up in 2024 for twice-weekly service on a standing schedule. At first, Deets was excellent -- appointments happened as scheduled, calls were answered, texts returned promptly. That changed about a year ago when they moved to what I think they told me was a new automated scheduling system. They acknowledged it caused missed appointments, and I was patient at first. But the problems never went away -- if anything, they got worse. Over the past several months, my standing Monday/Thursday appointments have been missed multiple times -- not last-minute one-offs, but the same recurring slots. No one contacted me beforehand, no one followed up after, no rescheduling was offered. The technician simply didn't show. That's the core problem. Isn't the whole point of working with a company like Deets greater reliability than working directly with an individual detailer? They have multiple trained technicians and a scheduling staff who are supposed to make sure your car gets cleaned when promised. If one technician can't make it, that's on Deets to solve -- send someone else, or at minimum call me promptly to tell me what's happened and reschedule. Instead I now get silence. For me, the middleman isn't adding any value. When I asked them to simply text me if a technician wasn't coming, I was told I'd need to re-enable "appointment status messages" -- which last time I tried it only offers two settings: a constant stream of annoying generic updates ("on the way," "arrived," "done") or nothing at all. There's apparently no way to get a real person to simply send a message and/or reschedule when something's actually wrong. Calling in, you now reach what sounds like an AI receptionist that can't seem to resolve anything I ask, transfers me to voicemail (no humans answer), and texts usually go unanswered for hours -- or days. The last straw was the loss of ownership. Early on, if something went wrong, the owner called me himself and made it right -- I felt like he cared. Recently, I've tried more than once to raise these same issues with him directly, not to complain but because I wanted to help him see what's happening to his own business. He hasn't called back. If you're shopping for a mobile detailer, spend a few minutes on Yelp first. There are plenty of owner-operators at similar prices, and dealing directly with the person who owns the business and does the work means real accountability. With Deets, I ended up with the same scheduling failures of an individual technician anyway -- plus AI receptionists and automated texts standing between me and the person cleaning my car. A middleman only earns its keep by being more reliable than going direct. In my experience, Deets no longer is.

Gray haired woman came out yelling, "You can't use that!" Told her I was filling car and didn't know it wasn't allowed. Based on her accent I assume she had immigrated from Eastern Europe. Only relevant because her next comment was "Everyone in this country expects things and want something for nothing!" How anti-American!!!! Many of my family members fought and were lost in WWII to free those countries and never asked for anything for all they sacrificed. Had there been a sign, I would never have touched the vacuum. Her aggressive rudeness was startling. Can only imagine her reaction should you disagree with quality of detail or wash.
