Morgan, the Assistant manager was extremely helpful and friendly, answered all my questions, and now I have a monthly pass, and it cleaned all the clay off my underside! thank you very much! will definately be here many more times!

It's become more and more difficult to find a truly great car wash in the GR area. Many of the smaller independents had a great product, but clearly were not as good as turning a profit as Mister. Back when this place was Cascade Car Wash, it was great. The cleaning was more thorough and they provided a large cloth to clean your dash. Now, as in every other case where Mister has metastasized, the work quality and the service have taken a huge nosedive. Mister offers a plan where you get unlimited washes each month for a set monthly fee. This location only offers exterior washes. Also, it's busy. I mean REALLY busy. They have each car enter the wash almost on top of the other. If you live close by and plan to come a few times per week, it might be worth it - but once the weather is consistently above freezing, the coin-op washes give it a serious run for the money. Out of all the Mister washes, this is one of the best. Don't get excited, though - - that's like saying it's the least stinky turd in the port-a-potty...

Let's be honest - we all love/hate buying cars. You want a sweet ride, but can't help but feel how…read morefake the salesmen are, or wonder if you're getting scammed out of an extra thousand bucks. Todd Wenzel was surprisingly painless on the negotiation end. Granted, I purchased my car from them 4 years ago, so some things may have changed. I am originally from the Detroit area, but wanted a Vibe. The 2009 model year was coming in and I, hating the redesign, wanted a 2008. I found one online across the state. I spoke with Jeremiah Jones, who was e-Commerce director at the time (it appears he's not on staff anymore). He said if I could hitch a ride to anywhere around Grand Rapids, he could get me into the car I wanted. We negotiated on the phone and settled for several thousand less than sticker (I'm sure the reason was: there were only 2 on the lot and they wanted to get rid of them for the new models). Still I was happy. My only issue, which was my hesitance of doing this all over the phone, was I got slammed by the rate on my loan. I told Jeremiah I could get one from a local credit union, but he assured me a rate of 3.9% (might have been 4.9%, my memory is hazy). I trecked across the state on a one-way trip, and they must have known they had me, for when I sat down with the financial guy, I was slammed with a 7.9% rate. Perfect credit. Jeremiah was nowhere to be found. I was stuck. It was a bummer, but I still felt like I was getting a good enough deal on the car that I'd swallow the rate (but, really, what choice did I have?) So if I lived in the area, and wanted a Chevy or Buick, I might go back. I'm only giving them 3 stars, but the other dealerships I met with would be much worse - so take what you can get! Just don't find yourself making a one-way trip to get a car from them before everything is in writing in advance.

My truck came with damage to the roof. I did not see it until weeks later when I had to get up in…read morethe bed. I think it was damaged in transit because of the huge dent and the paint was rubbed off down to bare metal. When I went back to Todd Wenzel I was told it could have happened in a parking lot, which would be impossible. They would do nothing for me. It cost me $2,500. to fix it. It's a Sierra Denali Ultimate. It wasn't cheap! I also had a problem with my salesman. For months he would never answer my voicemails when I would call. When I picked up my new truck they told me " Oh he retired in July" This was in September. I kept getting sent to his voicemail after he had already retired. They would not give me a loner car to drive while I had a three hour wait for a recall service on my engine. There are other GMC-Buick dealers I wish I would have picked a different one!
