They usually hire people at the low slave labor of a normal person so no getting more , No training at all while I was there sat at a desk wasted my time , they have so many complaints that come in my ring was broken ,a demand missing , the ring damaged Im surprised there still in business. I was a district manger in the past they left jewelry out , the owner didn't do what buy law when it comes to learning disabilities no matter what I never went over a manual , sitting a employees at a desk say go to it is not how someone learns she talked about me in the office the hole time while I was sitting there not getting trained over 3 week. They treat there good employees like there garbage don't pay thats illegal in tge state of MO to change agreement on a contracted . She then came to me and asked how she could help me. I told her I need my watch band adjusted so I could wear it. Immediately snotty she said, "WE DON'T DO THAT HERE!" She then sent me down the street to a real personable jeweler with a better attitude. She either didn't know how to adjust watch bands, or she was profiling me thinking I couldn't afford it and I was willing to pay big money for that perfect fit. I will never recommend anyone to go there if they like to be treated like a beggar. Shame on her for profiling and acting like she was better. I've never been to a jewelry store that did not know how to do or refuse to do the simplest thing such as adjusting a watch band, in which most people have to have.
