I have never had a reason to step foot inside of a jewelry store until now! When I walked in, I was instantly greeted with friendly smiles and an adorable dog named Pippin, who was dressed with a cute Justice Jewelers handkerchief. I visited the store to get an appraisal on my diamond earrings and to get sized/look at engagement ring styles. The staff made me feel very loved and cared for in the time I spent there. My appraisal came back and was thoroughly explained to me - and with vocabulary I could understand. (Who knew there were so many terms to know!) I found two beautiful ring styles from Gabriel & Co. (pic below) that the owner, Amelia, picked out for me according to my opinions of other styles I had tried on. She has a sharp eye and really gets to know her customers! I helped guide my friend's fiancé to pick a style of engagement ring she wanted and he purchased a stunning Pandora ring. A while after he proposed the stone was a bit loose and she took it in. Amelia told her that her ring would always have a problem because it was a "fashion" ring and not to be worn everyday. After 2 more adjustments, frustration, and a replacement, he ended up feeling SO BAD about his purchase for her that he had a much more expensive, custom ring created for her at another jeweler and it still arrived before hers!!! I understand with COVID there are delays, but the poor customer service for such a sentimental purchase will keep all of us from ever going back. read more

Justice Jewelers is the greatest! 6 and 1/2 years ago I walked into Justice Jewelers after being rudely run out of another Rolex dealer not far away from them. I was treated with kindness and fairness, Woody was a great man (whom will be dearly missed). I spent over $20000 on Rolex watches that day and told them I would never deal with anyone else. In total I have spent over $150,000 there since and they are still the greatest even with changes in staff, etc. I am on the other side of the country and trust them over anyone else. I have brought my ring here for 16 years and was told just today that they will not do a rhodium dip on my wedding band which is soldered to my Engagement ring wIthout charging me almost $50 for the extra ring which I cannot take apart from the engagement ring which was purchased here. They said this has been their policy and I have been told wrong for the last 16 years. I think this is a terrible way to do business and I will never recommend this place or come here for any of my future jewelry needs. read more

My husband and I have been purchasing Pandora items from Justice Jewelers for the last several years... since they are about, or maybe are, the ONLY Pandora retailer in the town of Springfield, MO. I have 3 Pandora bracelet and dozens of charms!! Our last visit was less than a good one. First... we read the signs on the door, and both had masks on. I had pulled the mask away from my nose JUST to be able to SEE a ring on display in the Pandora area. Glasses fogging over. Our first sales woman approached us and immediately informed me to put my mask over my nose!! REALLY... I read the signs... had a mask ON... was not wondering around. I explained that I had to lower the mask to SEE through my glasses. She was less than understanding. Looking for a gold Pandora bracelet and charms... she tried, but was less than accommodating. Perhaps, it was our TRUMP 2020 masks!! We purchase a couple of sales items... about $150. Not much in the scheme of things for things for them, I am sure!! I had a Pandora bangle on with several Christmas charms. While my husband went to pay, I want to the service area to get it cleaned. Waited behind a couple, then stepped up when they left. The woman in this area told me that "THERE ARE OTHERS AHEAD OF YOU WITH A PAGER!!" Not in a nice way!! How am I suppose to know THIS?!! The lady who returned my bracelet to me was super nice!! Then found a few more items to look at and our 2nd sales rep was sweet and friendly. But, we were already aggravated!! Left the store and headed to Branson to the Pandora outlet there. Spent $700, with a every sweet and friendly young woman to -help us!! Plus, other employees that seemed interested that we were there and the items we were taking home for Christmas!! Will be a while before we grace the doors of Justice Jewelers!! Of course, Pippin was great to see!! What a wonderful ambassador she is on the sales floor!! That same evening... we had super with friends. She had been to Justice that same day. AND, had the same cold prickly feeling!! Not good Justice Jewelers!! read more

Horrible service. We have the bridal guarantee. You have to get the ring inspected every 6 months to keep coverage. I've had the ring for 10 years and normally make it on time. When I make it on time for inspection they say everything looks good. When I am a month or 2 overdue that is always when they decide I need maintenance on my ring (new tips specifically) and I have to pay for it before they'll put it back under warranty. Today they quoted me $477 for new tips and one small stone missing ($30 for stone, the rest for tips). Absolutely ridiculous. I won't be back. I'll get my maintenance elsewhere and we certainly won't ever buy here again. This isn't our first issue here but it will be our last. read more

Definitely has changed since Woody Justice has died. A friend of mine and I went in there to find something for his wife and the staff members were pushy, and the prices were outrageous. Needless to say that we went to Maxon's and found a lot more for a lot better of a price. If I could rate less than one star I would. read more

Apparently Justice Jewlers cares nothing for indoor air quality. The perfume air fresheners are cranked up so high you can smell the stink outside. Hard to see anything you might be shopping for when your eyes are watering. read more

This store was highly recommended by some family members in Springfield so me and my future (at that time) fiance were excited to look at engagement rings there together. It was two days before Christmas and they were busy but not too busy to explain the service we received that day. We were approached by a female sales associate so we told her the purpose of our visit. She told us to look around a bit and let her know if we saw anything we liked. Well we did see a few things that we "liked" and let her know we were interested in talking about them. She spent about three minutes with us, took down the item numbers for the rings and told my boyfriend that she would email him some prices. Being first time ring shoppers we had a million questions and were curious about pricing, financing, and quality. She did not volunteer any additional information and went on to help the next customer. It's too bad for Justice Jewelers that she treated us like that because we went to another local jeweler the same day and received fantastic service and attention. I found a ring that I fell in love with and received an education on how to select diamonds. My boyfriend went back on Christmas Eve and bought the ring for me (paid $6XXX cash!), and proposed on NYE. I would not recommend Justice Jewelers to anyone, the only reason I gave them one star is because they had a nice selection of rings. Go to Maxon's! read more

Terrible. I took my engagement ring in to be repaired because a prong was loose. As it was being repaired, the sales associate told me my center stone would no longer be covered under the bridal guarantee because they have a "new system". I asked to speak with a manager because my Fiancé was told the center stone would be covered under the bridal guarantee on the day he bought the ring. The manager changed the story and said it was NEVER covered under the bridal guarantee. All she could do was apologize because HER ASSOCIATE "misinformed" my Fiancé. When I took my ring in for the six month checkup (because of the bridal guarantee) nothing was said to me then about it not being covered, either. read more

Had a very poor experience. Well I had a great experience until I learned we had been lied to on more than one occasion and the manager there did not seem to care. I mean there is no possible way a "seasoned sales representative" could ever make a mistake, right? Went in with a card with my sisters ring size to help my future brother in law purchase her ring. She had been sized for a 6, he was under the impression that is what he was purchasing. Disclaimer: not a size 6 as she said. Also, not a free ring sizing as promised. Went in to get it sized and the two girls look at each other and say "why does Terry keep saying it's free when it's not." Maybe a better question is why isn't the sizing fee coming out of Terry's pocket when the employees know she keeps telling people it's free. Every time I tell someone of our experience we are told that the seasoned sales representative was intentionally taking advantage of a young couples that might not know sizing is usually free when you purchase a ring. People say when you shop local they make you feel like family, we definitely didn't feel like family. read more

We have shopped at Justice Jewelers since Woody opened. Unfortunately, I have noticed a decline in the quality of customer service since his death. Today put the icing on the cake. A month ago I took my watch in to have a new battery installed. I donated $10 to Camp Barnabas, which the salesperson did not even request. My watch stopped working yesterday. When I took it in there today, the salesman told me that the battery was dead and they replaced it. He said that the battery that was in the watch was not one of their brands of batteries and that they marked and dated the battery that they put in it today. Thank you salesman for insinuating that I lied! Don't worry about the time you wasted to mark and date that battery. You won't see me in your store again!! Sure miss Woody! read more

My ring is falling apart and nothing is honestly being done about it. I did the inspections - they claim to have no record of any inspections being done once they finally found the warranty they initially told me didn't exist. Later in the night I found 2 of the cards for the inspections and had originally been told it's being tracked on the computer. They had the audacity to MAYBE offer a discounted repair after my husband and I took more time to go over there and show them the ring AGAIN and were surprised that I didn't think that was a good offer and I would rather pay someone else to fix it! No way would I waste money on these people. It's a totally different place than it was 5 years ago. They told me that rings only last as well as they're taken care of... Well, sorry that you sold my husband a ring that THREE OTHER JEWELERS told me that the ring itself was the problem, not how I take care of it... not to mention the fact that I have another ring that is over a hundred years old that I also wear all the time and it hasn't lost any diamonds. It was a nice touch telling me you also have a selection of antique wedding sets while trying to smooth over this deal... They'll try to suck money out of you no matter what, I guess! read more

Took my son to Justice ten minutes before closing to get his watch sized. It wasn't a watch from Justice, just a cheap knock off he ordered online, but he's proud of it. Lacey was so patient and so kind. She repeatedly took out links until it was comfortable for him and was in no rush despite the fact that it took past closing time. It's also pretty cool that on simple repairs and watch batteries, all they ask for is a donation to Camp Barnabas. Great customer service and a great community service at the same time. read more

Very unsatisfied customer!!!! I was told to come into the store last Saturday to look for a stone to replace the "lab created" stone in my ring (due to us being on the 3rd stone in two years because it keeps cracking and slivering when being tightened). Two weeks ago I came to the store to have my ring cleaned and looked over. I told the girl not to tighten my stone if it didn't need to be seeing as it breaks my stone each time. She came back to me a few minutes later telling my I was going to be mad at her because my stone was already chipped. Let me tell you, I look at my stone everyday watching it because the stone is always loose in the setting (but I'm told it wont fall out) and I check for splinters and chips in it since it has happened so many times. The girl just told me I could come in and price a new stone for the ring! I am not paying for something that you did when I asked you not to!! I called to speak with the manager, but I was already on my way to the store so he told me to stop in and let him see it. I did just that and was told by him and a fellow employee to come in that following weekend to look through the sale items and see if I could find a stone or pair of earrings to put in my ring. As I entered the store they were busy of course, I asked for Keith the manager since I had dealt with him the previous week. He was in the back dealing with something and when he came out he basically blew me off telling me I would have to get with one of the people on the floor!! I waited for Judy who was very friendly but had no idea what we were doing. I explained it all to her and she was trying to help me find something. Unfortunately there was nothing the right size. We priced a diamond and sapphire neither of which I can afford right now. Judy told me the only other option was to look through the loose stones they had and see if we can find one to fit in my setting. She took my number and said it would be a while since they were so busy! Well I was told to come in during the sale, yet no one can help me right now because they are to busy?? I waited a few days and heard nothing, I finally got a call from Judy on Wednesday letting me know that they had not had time to look through the stones and if I didn't hear anything that day it would be Saturday when she got back and I would hear something then. Needless to say it is Monday and I have still heard nothing!!! I'm sure if I was a "paying" customer someone would be willing to help me right away. But since this is a issue that happened in the store and has happened several times I have been placed on the back burner. Let me tell you this, I will never come back to this store! This store has gone down hill. Take your business somewhere else!!! read more

Terrible craftsmanship and even worse customer service. First, please know that I am not a hot head and always look for the bright spot in customer service. Secondly, I care for my jewelry by having it cleaned and checked at least once a year. I work an office job and remove my jewelry when I work out or do any outside activities. Now on to my experience; I purchased a wedding ring from Justice Jewelers just 2 years ago. Within the first year I had lost a stone (which I had never had happen on any ring before) and they did replace the stone at that time. They told me that the ring would only be covered for such issues within the first year at that time, and I didn't think anything else of it as I was sure this was just a fluke incident. Last week, I lost 2 more stones! I called right away just to see if there was any sort of warranty or coverage due to what at this point I see as faulty craftsmanship. I was told by a manager that they have a new guarantee they "would be happy to grandfather" me into, just to bring my ring up. I was more than ecstatic I even thanked the manager on the phone for the good news. I arrived at the store a few days later to be told that I would have to pay for the first repair, but THEN have the new guarantee (as long as I brought it in every 6 months). For some of you, that might seem like an ok solution and if so, feel free to shop here. I will not ever come back to this store as I was misled, told that I didn't read my maintenance agreement clearly and there is an obvious issue of craftsmanship if I have lost 3 stones in 2 years when I have never lost not one stone in my entire life on rings I have worn daily. For those of you who want a ring that will truly last forever and want to be treated like a real person with respect, please do not go to Justice Jewelers with your jewelry needs. read more
