They seem to have loyal customers and I understand why. I brought in five quartz watches and took a seat in one of the two chairs inside the shop. The shop itself is bright and airy with multiple displays of watches and accessories. The gentlemen who did the work commented that four of my watches have the same Swiss movement. I wasn't sure about one of them so I learned something today in addition to getting batteries replaced. Street parking was free and plentiful near the shop on an early Friday afternoon. The price was very fair and the work completed while I waited. They also gave me a card for one watch battery free after five purchased. Since I have one more quartz battery watch at home that I will bring in when its battery needs to be replaced.

They told me I needed a new movement which would cost me $200 and take 2 months to get the parts and repair it.... Well, long story short, TimeScape was able to diagnose the issue in 5 minutes and all it cost me was $20 for a replacement battery! Overall, the folks at TimeScape were very friendly and obviously provided fair/honest service for my watches. I'm definitely coming back for my future watch repairs!

Raza is very skilled and honest!…read more I took my watch for repair to the 3 other jewelry/watch stores in the mall and no one was able to fix it, one refused to take on the job as it was risky, one said they don't do repairs and last one did not want to fix it because I did not buy it from them and then I found Raza as I was walking by the food court. He looked at it and said that he can get it done within 20-30 minutes and shared the cost upfront which surprisingly was very reasonable compared to what I thought it would cost. And long behold, he sure did fix it within 30 minutes. He shared pics of the work performed also, again skilled and honest! I will definitely be recommending people to him as he just does not do jewelry and watch repairs but also sells some pretty nice jewelry and watches. Looks like his shop can get real busy but it is definitely worth the wait.

This place is a kiosk right across from the food court. I came in for a new watch battery and was greeted right away by the friendliest guy working in the mall that day. It took only about 10 minutes. They've got some good stuff in the cases to check out, so it could be dangerous to linger, you might end up coming home with some new pieces. The service was super fast, ultra friendly, and the cost was reasonable, along with a one year warranty on the battery. Can't beat that.
