I'm a big water person. My household goes through about 40-50 gallons per week and I always buy alkaline water that tests "purple" which is about 9.5 and above. Since this store was closer to my house then my regular water store, I decided to give them a shot. I purchased 15 gallons of what he said was high alkaline water. Being the trusting person I am, I didn't ask for a water test to prove their water was indeed alkaline. After I got home, I finally tasted the water and it didn't taste as clean as I'm use to. Therefore I completed the water test for myself. Their water registered at "blue" which is about 8.5-9.0ph. This is closer to "Natural" then high alkaline!!! Perhaps that's good enough for some people, but when I ask for high alkaline, and I don't get that, it's a problem. Just for being deceitful, I would like to give no stars, but that's not an option here. read more

For 5 cents a gallon more than the machines outside the supermarket ( If you can find one), He rinses out your bottle , fills it and helps you to your car. This place is great! Our first time here Brandon was super helpful. We usually went to the self service grocery store fill-up stations and since the ones in our area closed we had to find another option. I'm glad we found this place. Even if the grocery stores open their machines up again we're done with them. This place is super clean way cleaner then just filling it up yourself. I live across the street from here and every time I drove or walked past I'd be wracked with guilt because I was still buying 2.5 gallon single use drinking water from the grocery store. I felt so guilty because throwing those huge plastic containers away was always such a waste. I finally ordered a 5 gallon water dispenser through Amazon and immediately wondered why I hadn't done it sooner. The first place I hit was The Water Barrel. Brandon was friendly and helpful and answered all my annoying questions about alkaline water. I bought a reusable 5 gallon jug and had it filled with alkaline.
