I've been coming here since I moved back to the oc. About 6 years now. I've tried other places, but this place is the best yet. The owner and the other employee are both super nice and helpful. I've never had any issues with either of them. Just got back actually. Even while super busy (first time ever I've had to wait) the owner greeted each customer that entered, helped set up the bottles, and worked the cash register. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a new spot to get water. As of today 12/20/25, I paid $8 for 4 5 gallon bottles. read more

Just moved to the area and trying the water places out. Decent size set up they have tanks in plane view and owner operator was very kind. They are at 0.40 cent a gallon at this current time so FYI. Worst water station ever!!!! They will get your bottle and touch inside the cap of your water bottle with dirty hands. They don't wash or sanitize their hands and will touch your water bottle cap. Watch it closely, he always do that and when you try to clean and rinse the bottle cap with water the old man will get MAD. He shout at me for just not even one cup of water and told me to clean the cap of water with Sanitizers if I think that he touched inside the cap. Dumb ass wants me to put chemicals in the bottle cap. These people does not know customer service!!! Both of them are rude. read more

My go-to water spot in the area! $1.50 for the large jugs. CASH ONLY! The gentleman working here is always so nice. I always have a good mini conversation with him during my water fill up. I also appreciate that he rinses the jugs and always fills up the water for me! He even wipes down any water and places the jugs onto a push cart. I've been coming here for many years and there was a younger guy who offered excellent customer service but he is no longer there. Now he got replaced by a man who is so rude, I've tried to give him the benefit of the doubt thinking, maybe he's had a bad day or something but nope. He's just straight up rude (). I come in and he doesn't even greet people he just points at things so rudely, it's like I don't need your help I can do it myself if you feel too lazy to get up and help me out. He also raises his voice at customers whenever there's a misunderstanding. My family keeps coming here but lately we've been talking about just upgrading our home to a water filter, it'll save us the trip, money and having to put up with this nonsense. read more

I used to refill my water at the Neighborhood Walmart around the corner, which only has one sprout and takes me over 45 minutes to fill 35 gallons of water. Not to mention a line to fill it as well which can take up to another 15-30 minutes depending how much the person or people have to refill. Now it only take me 10 minutes because I can refill my water simultaneously and when there is a line, it is more speedy. The store clerk is also helpful, setting me up to the sprouts and help me manage the many bottles to stop it from overflowing. Came here for water. The normal place I go to sometimes isnt open when I'm able to go so I was looking at alternate places to fill my water supply. Very reasonably priced, quick service. Worker will even help you fill up if they're not busy to hurry it along. Most importantly, the water tastes very good. Probably has an excellent filtration system that I don't understand. read more

Amazing service, I walked in after work one day and was happily greeted and was thanked a happy new year. Without even missing a beat, the kind man reached and took both of my 5 gallon bottles out of my arms and started washing them and filling them for me without me even to ask. I could tell he really cares about every customer that comes in because everyone that came in while I was also there received the same hearty welcome and service with their bottles. This is such a great place to get water bottles, ice and water filled. Owners are very friendly and greet you once you walk in the door. They are perfect gentlemen by cleaning and filling the water bottles you bring in, carry them to the cart and are happy to assist in helping you load your car. Very honest. This business is not closed! I've been coming here for a couple months now, it's a great value! Tastes like Fiji water, for $.30 per gallon! Buena Park tap water tastes pretty bad and leaves terrible deposits. Water Depot has saved me from buying Aquafina and Dasani bottled water from the supermarkets, which helps cut down on single use plastics to help reduce pollution. Good service too! read more

Water Depot rocks! I never knew that filling three 5-gallon jugs could feel so right. Whenever I'm thirsty, there you are. The owners of the establishment (a wonderful Korean Couple in their 50's) are among the nicest people I've ever met. It's a shame I don't know their names by now. I've haven't had any major issues with the people that work here. One time I showed up at 6:50 and he was joking that they close at 7. However, everything is extremely clean, and I've come when they were cleaning the area where water is filled. It seems like they do follow a set of procedures to give the cleanest water. The owner of this store was extremely rude and disrespectful to me. He has horrible customer service and a terrible business sense. I came in with six empty bottles when I realized this store accepts cash only. I told the attendant that I will be right back after doing some grocery shopping next door. I was about to leave with my bottles when the attendant said he will fill up my bottles for me and wait until I come back. When I returned, the owner was there instead of the younger attendant. The owner said that I am a selfish person for leaving my bottles at his store. I apologized for taking longer than I thought I would be. The owner kept going on and on about how selfish I am and that I am not his only customer and how dare I take so long before coming back for my water. I had my two young children with me (1 and 4 years old) so I tried my best to keep my composure by not going off on him. I asked him how much the cost is so that I can pay. He told me then he said, "you know you are not my only customer, other people need to use my water store space" and yelled at me "don't ever do that again". So I apologized again and asked him to help me take my bottles to my car, he yelled "no!, if you were here sooner then I would have helped you, but since you took so long to come back I won't help you!". I told him that he has terrible customer service and he has no right to treat me badly, especially since I am a customer. I then said that the customer should come first, he laughed that off and said, "the customer does not come first, you should work with me as a partner". He then waved me off with his hand and said "just get out of here". I don't know who this guy thinks he is but he is not the only water store in town. He acted so superior above me and my children, as if he thinks he's the water king or something. Luckily, there were two other customers in the store while this happened and were standing in silence and what I could sense as disbelief that this guy had the nerve to speak to me in such a disrespectful manner. One customer came to me and helped me unload my bottles into my car while, I put my children into their car seats. All I can say is that I will NEVER return to this store again. He lost customers that day, all because he does not know how to treat others. It's not about how to treat customers, but how to treat people in general. Poor customer service! This is THE cleanest water store & BEST tasting I have ever used, so their integrity speaks for itself! The $20 cash 'clip card' is a great value, that I appreciate for our family's needs, and the prices on all his products are perfect! FAST In & OUT, and always parking directly in front. We have been loyal customers for several years, but if I am elsewhere in the county, or despirate on a Sunday, every other store I used had water with a NOTICABLY bad taste! Located beside the CAR WASH on the corner of La Palma & Knott, next to Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream. Closed Sundays, Saturdays 'til 5pm, M-F 'til 7pm, I believe.
