We came here for a bridesmaids nail day and this spot was AMAZING!!!!!! Not only was the salon very relaxing and clean, it was also very spacious and they were able to accommodate our entire party of 10! Amy kept track of each person's service in our party so that it was all organized and one less thing for us to keep track of. The salon was also kind enough to provide us with some cheese, crackers, and water free of extra charge since we were a bridal party! My daughter and I had a great pedicure experience! We came in mid-day on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded at all. The staff was very friendly and quickly sat us for our pedicure. We ended up doing the cheapest option which still included a sugar scrub and quick hot stone massage. The massage chairs aren't the greatest, but the spa is clean and has good music and TV shows playing. We will definitely be back soon! read more

I am very disappointed in this salon. I don't usually post review but this was necessary. I took my niece and sister to get our nails done. I got pink almond shape nails with sparkles. First off I asked for the pink powder and glitter to be mixed and that did not happen, instead she did a glitter gel polish and charged extra. Second, there are multiple nails that are super cricked. Third, there was no filing the extra product under my nails, so there is thick extra acrylic under my nails. Forth, my sister got charged for pink without even knowing it was an up charge and the lines of glitter were super thin and some not thick enough to even cover the pink nail. Fifth, I go to checkout and the price is $257!! I've never in my life have been charge that amount for 3 full sets. The one that I got at other places is 55 , if I knew I'd be this expensive for 3 full sets I would have spent my money elsewhere. Sixth, she cut my finger pretty deep with the file thing. Last but not least, we got there an hour and a half before they closed and our nails were so rushed. Picture below of how bad my nails look and definitely aren't worth paying 78 dollars for. I will never come back here again. The price was outrageous for how rushed my nails were and the random up charges without even knowing. read more

To start with, the guy at the desk is so wierd and rude. The guy my friend had cut her natural nails way too short to where she was bleeding and the sides all came back as hang nails. He also was supposed to put chrome on top and he put barely a layer so there wasn't any chrome. I asked the lady to cut mine and she didn't at all and the top of my french tip is so big. While the place itself is nice, there's a lot of things that need to be fixed in the salon. My chair didn't have the massage function working and I kept getting ant bites on my arm. I saw a lady spray the baseboards with raid and that kind of threw the vibe off. I also asked for the hot stone pedicure and she did the basic. Where do I start? Within the last year. 1. The manager is rude, talks over you, argues, told me I should've called, and I did but didn't ring through his phone. I called the salon number in front of him, it didn't ring, and then avoided a conversation. Proceeding to tell me not to text my nail tech and call them. Avoiding the fact that his phone didn't ring. 2. I thought my appointment was at 2 when it was at 10. I had my ass chewed for that! 3. I thought the AC was broken. You go into a salon to relax, not a sweatshop. Today, a customer brought in her own fan. 2. My sister was cut and insulted by being asked if she was on blood thinners, not if she was ok. 3. I made an appointment, specifically not asking for a tech, and I walked in telling the manager, "No, I didn't want that tech," he argued again. He then proceeded to tell me that a different nail tech didn't know how to do a fill. That was a lie. She's done my nails before. As a result of this, I had a wonderful pedicure from Celine. 4. Two nails with gel polish buffed off, and the tech had to stop to work on another customer. I was told that I could wait or come back in; I made the appointment the day before! Bottom line, it's sad when clients and employees have to deal with his rude attitude. That place needs another manager, and employees need to be more professional. I finally have a day off and I call to make an appointment and they say the best the can do is give me a new set and take of 20%. Really? You're going to take off only 20% of a service your technicians screwed up on? Not to mention, all of my nails started lifting on day 5 after my service. Since then, I have also had two nails completely just fall off. It's just very sloppy and unprofessional I normally really love this place. But this time not so much. I made an appointment at 11 for my friend and I but wasn't getting started until 11:22. I booked for 11 because I had surprise lunch reservations for my friends birthday. The color of my nails came out perfect however the shape is extremely bulky. My friend also got a hand massage when she got her nails done and was still done before me. I'm upset, I walked in to get a dip fill and had broke two nails. The man at the front was super rude to me and asked me if I had them done there. I said yes because I was thinking he was asking me if I had been there before. After a tough encounter I considered leaving but i needed them fixed. I got my nails done with dip. The women did a great job. However, I went to pay and offered to do cash and he charged me $59. I gave the nail tech her tip already and he went to give me $1 and I said to just give it to her for extra and he said "you're tipping $1?" I told him no I already tipped her. When I got in my car I was thinking how is a fill $59 so I called while I was driving away and asked how much a full set with dip is and the same man told me $52.
