Zoila is always accommodating and her new team Diana and Sebastian are extremely friendly and knowledgeable as well. I usually go by myself to get a wash, hair treatment, split ends hair cut and a blow dry with curls. I'm there not longer than 2 to 3 hours and that's including the treatment. If I only go for a blow dry and curls, I'm done and out the door in less than an hour. Last two times I took my fourteen year's old stepdaughter to get a hair cut, frizziness treatment and blow dry and now she only wants Zoila to do her hair (she used to hate getting her head/hair touch) now she won't go anywhere else. Matou was so friendly on the phone when I called and we decided on a time. I arrived on time and showed her what I wanted and she said they could totally do it but they were running a little behind schedule and she asked that I just relax and watch tv and offered me a beverage while I waited. Matou and her sisters all took their time studying the style I wanted, getting to know my hair texture and pattern and making recommendations for slight adjustments based upon my hair density and pattern which I 100% appreciated because other braid shops would've just done the style I showed them and it wouldn't have been to my liking, but Matou and her sisters took the time to make sure I got a style that would look best on me and that I would be happy with. They all literally did a portion of my style because they are each experts at different things (one did the basic braid down in the back, the other did the patterned braiding and the other finished off braiding the ends and setting the hair at the end). Pricing was also very reasonable and fair and the shop itself was clean and air conditioned. I will certainly be back for my next style!

They did my hair and the idiot whoever it was had my track showing as a PART! UGH I was livid never went back. I was desperate this time and decided to try again, I came in with my son and was told immediately he couldn't be there. I was annoyed since I had called earlier and would've appreciated a heads up. But alas, I came back and got my hair done. I had braids already in and thought they could just go straight to sewing in but they weren't the right type for a closure. So I was charged for taking out the braids, washing my hair and re-braiding. THEY CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING! If they could charge you for breathing they just might. They were about to charge $20 for using already used hair and I almost lost it ;( but the receptionist was nice enough to actually waive that fee. Now my hair came out great I believe her name was Toya who did it. The braider a slim white or Hispanic girl made me apprehensive. As a natural of 10 years I had to ask was she well versed in combing black ppl hair. But she said she was and did a great job of washing, combing and braiding. Why? Because there were only two stylist working. One went home early and didn't clear it with the manager who thought the stylist was still present in the shop(she called the stylist and found out she has left early for the day). The second, now frustrated that she had to pick up the slack, went on a break and left. Since my hair was already braided I had no choice but to sit and wait for her return... I don't have a problem with this shop, but this is not a good reflection on this business what so ever
